This clinical study was conducted according to a research plan known as the protocol. Panchkola has been clearly indicated in Shodashanga Hridaya for Pratishyaya chikitsa. It is proved that the main culprit of pathogenesis of Pratishyaya is Vata and kapha dosha which cause inflammation of nasal cavity, running nose, sneezing etc. Therefore, the first line of treatment is considered to restrict the production of Vata and Kapha, pachana and liquidate already produced Kapha, improve the function of Agni and use of the drug which pacifies Vata and kapha. These aims may be achieved by trial drug.

The Smart Nebulizer with tracking system is a medical device that merges real-time monitoring system in delivering the respiratory therapy. Specifically developed for individuals with chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, cystic fibrosis, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), this smart device ensures accurate and consistent medication delivery tailored to each patient's unique physiological needs and environmental conditions. The primary aim of this system is to enhance the precision and timing of drug administration, improve treatment adherence, and reduce emergency hospital visits through proactive disease management. Furthermore, the device allows healthcare professionals to remotely monitor patients usage patterns and treatment progress, enabling timely interventions and personalized care adjustments. Beyond its clinical advantages, the Smart Nebulizer has significant social implications. It offers a reliable solution for patients in rural or underserved areas who may lack regular access to medical facilities, thereby reducing healthcare disparities. Its user-friendly interface empowers patients especially children, the elderly, and those with disabilities, to independently manage their condition with greater confidence and safety. By minimizing the burden on caregivers and reducing medication errors, the device promotes a more sustainable and efficient healthcare system. This data-driven, patient-centric innovation marks a significant advancement in digital healthcare, bridging the gap between traditional respiratory therapy and modern connected solutions, and ultimately enhancing both clinical outcomes and quality of life.

Abstract - Text-to-Image synthesis, image generation from text descriptions, has progressed with deep generative models. Yet, language and visual output alignment is still difficult due to ambiguity and semantic complexity. The review discusses recent approaches that improve semantic alignment with better text encoders, generative architectures, and alignment methods. Methods such as CLIP embedding's, LLM adapters, and semantically conditioned diffusion models are discussed. Models like AttnGan, Stable Diffusion, and OmniDiffusion are compared, along with main datasets, metrics, and open challenges.

In today's increasingly diverse workforce, organizations recognize the importance of creating inclusive environments that respect and value differences across gender, ethnicity, race, sexual orientation, age, and ability. This study aims to explore the dynamics and outcomes of diversity and inclusion initiatives, focusing on how these programs affect employee engagement, productivity, and workplace culture.A key aspect of the study is identifying the barriers that prevent the successful implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies, such as unconscious biases, resistance to change, and lack of leadership commitment. By examining these challenges, the research aims to offer practical recommendations for improving diversity and inclusion programs. This study uses a descriptive research design, with data collected from primary and secondary sources. The questionnaire method is employed to collect primary data from a sample size of 50 employees, and the results are analyzed using the Chi-Square test. Ultimately, the findings will offer insights to human resource professionals and leaders on creating more inclusive, equitable, and high-performing organizations.

Peptic ulceration is a persistent medical condition that impacts around 10% of the global populace. The development of peptic ulcers is contingent upon the acidity level of gastric juice and the subsequent reduction in protective mechanisms of the mucosal lining. The disruption of mucosal resistance to damage is mostly attributed to two key factors: non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications (NSAIDs) and Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. The side effects, relapses, and medication interactions associated with conventional therapies of peptic ulcers, which include proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) and histamine-2 (H2) receptor antagonists, have been well-documented. In contrast, medicinal plants and their associated chemical components provide considerable use in the prevention and treatment of a wide range of ailments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide an overview of often used medicinal herbs that have the potential to be employed in the management or prophylaxis of peptic ulcers. The topic of interest is to peptic ulcer disease (PUD) and its association with Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection, as well as the potential use of herbal treatments in managing this condition.

This paper investigates how quantum computing and cloud technology intersect since the two transformative forces now are reshaping digital infrastructure. Cloud computing, enabling remote data management and computation, faces difficulties such as latency, data breaches, and scalability limitations. Quantum computing introduces new algorithmic and security complexities of note. It provides revolutionary processing capabilities instead. This study highlights how their integration could reduce key limitations particularly in data storage, resource optimization, together with cryptography by examining each domain's advantages and challenges. This synthesis explores all of the current innovations that do include quantum-improved security mechanisms in addition to algorithms created for dynamic cloud resource management, offering up a forward-looking assessment about the implications that it has for enterprise and also governmental systems.

This study examines the impact of supply chain optimization on organizational performance and operational efficiency. Supply chain management is essential for the operational and financial success of the manufacturing sectors, especially in the paper and packaging industry. As global supply chains grow more complex, the need for efficient financial coordination has become increasingly vital. SCF bridges the gap between a buyer's desire to extend payment terms and a supplier's need for immediate cash flow, often through third-party financial institutions. The research explores the key areas of a supply chain that require development, evaluates the effectiveness of existing practices, and suggests possible strategies to enhance supply chain optimization and achieve cost savings.

Abstract--This study titled "Digital HR Transformation at SKS Engineering Ltd." explores the shift from traditional HR practices to digital solutions in the manufacturing sector. It aims to analyze how digital tools enhance HR efficiency, employee experience, and agility. Data was collected from employees using various statistical tools like Chi- square, Mann-Whitney U-Test, Kruskal-Wallis Test, and factor analysis.Findings show that most respondents were aged 40-50, with intermediate digital skills and strong support for digital HR initiatives. Employees with higher digital literacy were more adaptive, while those with lower skills showed resistance. Educational qualification had no significant impact on perception. Key challenges included resistance to change, lack of training, and data security concerns. The study recommends role-based training, leadership support, improved collaboration between HR and IT, and strategies like gamification and feedback mechanisms. Overall, SKS Engineering Ltd. has made strong progress, but sustained success will depend on continuous innovation, training, and digital inclusion.

The India-China border rivalry is a longstanding and complex conflict based on historical differences and strategic competition. Extending more than 3,400 kilometers along the Line of Actual Control (LAC), the rivalry includes territorial claims in Aksai Chin, Arunachal Pradesh, and other areas. Prominent flashpoints like the 1962 war, the 2017 Doklam standoff, and the 2020 Galwan Valley confrontation demonstrate the cyclical nature of tensions. Notwithstanding military and diplomatic efforts to sustain peace, unfinished boundary definitions, infrastructure build-up, and nationalistic feelings still drive the conflict. The issue has important strategic, geopolitical, and economic ramifications, not only for bilateral relations but also for regional stability and global power balance. This article provides an in-depth analysis of the historical context, recent developments, and possible ways forward to resolving the India-China border conflict.
