South Korea's ongoing low birth rate presents a major socio-economic issue, raising alarms about the country's future viability. This research paper investigates the extensive effects of this demographic change, focusing on its repercussions for the economy, society, and cultural dynamics. A declining birth rate has resulted in a smaller workforce and a higher dependency ratio, which significantly strains the nation's economic stability. With fewer young individuals entering the job market, there are risks to productivity and innovation, while government resources are increasingly burdened by the rising expenses associated with elderly care and pensions. The paper also examines how cultural elements, such as evolving views on marriage and family, play a role in the declining birth rate. Societal pressures regarding gender roles, workplace demands, and financial challenges discourage many young people from starting families. South Korea's intense work culture, long hours, and deep-rooted drinking customs further hinder family life, especially for women who often encounter career obstacles after having children. The influence of the entertainment industry on societal norms is also discussed, as media shapes ideas about success, relationships, and family values. Additionally, the paper looks into government measures, such as financial incentives for childbirth and policy changes aimed at enhancing work-life balance, evaluating their success in reversing the trend. The practices surrounding adoption and the increasing inclination towards foreign adoptions add further complexity to South Korea's family formation landscape. By examining these elements, this research identifies the underlying causes of the low birth rate and suggests possible solutions, including policy changes, cultural transformations, and economic reforms. Ultimately, tackling this issue necessitates a comprehensive strategy that harmonizes economic stability, gender equality, and societal norms to foster an environment supportive of family growth.

The Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) has expanded its membership and initiatives to foster the Blue Economy and strengthen the global maritime axis. This study quantitatively evaluates the impact of IORA's expansion on Eastern Africa's Blue Economy, focusing on Kenya, Tanzania, Mozambique, and South Africa, while highlighting India's pivotal role as a leading IORA member. Using trade, port efficiency, and economic data from 2010 to 2023, the study employs fixed-effects panel regressions and difference-in-differences (DiD) models to test the hypothesis that IORA's expansion has strengthened the Blue Economy and elevated Eastern Africa's maritime role, with India's contributions amplifying these outcomes. Results show a 5.1% increase in Blue Economy output per year of IORA membership, driven by trade growth and port investments, with India's USD 600 million in regional projects enhancing connectivity (Indian Ocean Rim Association [IORA], 2023; Ministry of External Affairs [MEA], 2023). Challenges include data gaps and environmental risks. Policy recommendations emphasize India-led capacity building and sustainable practices.

ABSTRACT To achieve the quality of medications for their medicinal benefits, herbal formulations must be standardized. Inducing the immune system, improving digestion, relieving constipation, cleaning the gastrointestinal tract, and treating diabetes and eye disorders are all benefits of Dabur Triphala Churna. The current work focuses on standardizing Dabur Triphala Churna, which includes Terminalia chebula (Retz.) (Harada), Terminalia officinalis (Garetn.) (Amla), and Terminalia bellerica (Gaertn)Roxb.(Baheda). According to the World Health Organization's rules, it was standardized to assess the quality of medications based on the concentration of their active ingredients. Morphological traits and physicochemical attributes are among the many parameters that are evaluated. It was discovered that the established criteria were sufficient to standardize the Triphala churna and could be The obtained results could be regarded as a tool to help manufacturers, research organizations, and regulatory bodies develop standard formulations with significant efficacy.

This research focuses on designing a smart vehicle speed and noise control system aimed at reducing road accidents and noise pollution in sensitive areas such as hospitals and schools. Using RF-based technology, the system automatically detects zone-specific speed limits and honking restrictions, informing and controlling driver behavior accordingly. This paper outlines the design methodology, implementation details, and expected impact of the proposed solution. Experimental results indicate that this system improves traffic discipline and enhances driver awareness in restricted zones.

The architectural characteristics of open and closed museum gallery sections are examined in this study, along with the impact that these disparate spatial arrangements have on how visitors interact with and relate to the exhibits. The project aims to discover essential spatial design principles that improve the visitor experience by doing a comprehensive literature analysis, looking at several comparative case studies, and applying qualitative techniques. The findings imply that visitors emotional, mental, and physical interactions with the exhibits are strongly influenced by the degree of spatial openness or restriction in a gallery. These layouts influence visitors perceptions and comprehension of the artwork as well as how they experience the museum as a whole. These findings are important for future museum design because they show that thoughtful spatial organisation can foster deeper connections and a closer relationship between visitors and the exhibits they see.

This paper presents a bibliometric and meta-analytical study of financial modeling literature from 2020 to 2025, focusing on three pivotal methodologies: Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Leveraged Buyout (LBO), and Monte Carlo Simulation. Building on prior meta-analytic reviews, this research integrates bibliometric tools--such as VOSviewer and Tableau--to map citation networks, co-authorship structures, keyword co-occurrences, journal impacts, and thematic evolution. The study aims to identify influential publications, emerging research fronts, and patterns of scholarly collaboration, thereby shedding light on the knowledge structure and progression of financial modeling. Findings suggest increasing interdisciplinary integration, with AI-driven hybrid models and ESG-informed valuation gaining momentum. The analysis provides strategic insights for academics, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to navigate the evolving landscape of financial modeling research.

This study explores the effectiveness of training and development programs using the Kirkpatrick Model, which assesses four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Results. Employing a descriptive research design, the study aims to systematically describe how training influences employee performance and organizational outcomes. It includes 181 as sample size, selected using a convenient to ensure that respondents had direct experience with the training programs being evaluated. By gathering data through surveys, observation and combining both the quantitative and qualitative approach, the research measures how employees respond to training, what knowledge they gain, how their behavior changes on the job, and how these changes impact organizational outcomes. The findings reveal that while training programs often succeed in improving knowledge and skills, there is a gap in transferring these improvements to workplace performance and achieving measurable business results. The study offers recommendations for designing more impactful training programs that better align employee growth with organizational goals.
