This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the income and expenditure patterns in the Maharashtra State Budget for the fiscal year 2024-25. Utilizing data from official government budget documents, economic reports, and credible news sources, the study meticulously examines the various components of revenue--such as tax revenue, non-tax revenue, central transfers--and the different heads of expenditure including revenue and capital outlays, social welfare schemes, and sectoral allocations. It also evaluates the fiscal deficit, revenue deficit, and public debt in relation to the Gross State Domestic Product (GSDP). Special attention is given to the populist measures introduced in the budget, including welfare schemes for women, youth, and farmers, assessing their short-term benefits and long-term fiscal implications. The analysis further explores the impact of declining central grants and increasing committed liabilities on the state's fiscal space. By examining the structural and policy-driven factors shaping the budget, the paper aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the state's financial health, spending priorities, and revenue mobilization strategies. The insights generated are intended to assist policymakers, researchers, and public finance analysts in evaluating the sustainability and effectiveness of Maharashtra's fiscal management in an evolving economic and political landscape.

Bone fractures are a common and critical concern in paediatric radiology, where timely and accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatment. This study explores the application of the YOLO (You Only Look Once) object detection framework, specifically YOLOv7, for automated bone fracture detection using the publicly available GRAZPEDWRI-DX dataset, which contains paediatric wrist trauma X-ray images. The model was trained to classify and localize fractures with high precision and efficiency. Various performance metrics such as precision, recall, accuracy, mAP@0.5, and mAP@0.5:0.95 were used to evaluate the model's effectiveness. The results demonstrate that YOLOv7 can achieve strong detection performance while maintaining real-time inference capabilities, making it a viable solution for clinical decision support systems. This work highlights the potential of deep learning-based object detection models in assisting radiologists by improving diagnostic accuracy and reducing workload. Further refinement through model optimization and larger datasets could enhance its applicability in broader medical imaging tasks.

This study examines generational differences among Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z employees, focusing on work values, communication, and collaboration styles. Using descriptive research and responses from 148 employees, non-parametric analysis reveals shared priorities like work-life balance and job security, but notable differences in learning openness, problem-solving approaches, and growth perceptions. Despite these variations, strong intergenerational collaboration and mutual respect exist. The findings highlight that generational diversity enhances innovation and productivity, providing HR with insights to develop inclusive workplace strategies that leverage each generation's strengths for a more engaged and resilient workforce.

The major purpose of Green Human Resource Management is to create a workforce that recognizes, values, and implements green ideas while upholding the company's green goal in the Human Resource Management practice of hiring, selecting, training, developing, rewarding, and promoting the human capital of the company. Two key elements of green HR are the protection of intellectual capital and eco-friendly Human Resource practices. Numerous academics have examined the value of green HRM in fostering an environmentally conscious mindset among employees, although this area of study is still in its infancy. Businesses now place a higher priority on environmental management and green management, and they have aligned their goals and tactics to reflect this. As a result of the realities of corporate globalization, the economy has changed from a traditional banking and economic structure to a more modern, capacity-based one. In other words, it takes both environmental economics and environmental management into account. Green human resource management, which has received a lot of attention in corporate organizations, may be used effectively to maintain green workplaces and green practices, which will help to green organizational culture. For businesses to achieve their environmental objectives, such as going green, green HRM is a crucial strategic tool. The results of this study indicate that practices like green hiring have an impact on the sustainable performance of both public and commercial healthcare organizations. Data were acquired using a quantitative research approach. 500 persons, including representatives of both public and private healthcare services, participated in the survey. Partial least squares-structural equation modelling was used to analyze the data. Hiring green candidates benefits the performance of the environment, the economy, and society as a whole. This research benefits organizations by assisting them in applying GHRM techniques that support organizations in every way. Additionally, this research will be helpful to policymakers because it will provide them a better understanding of how to promote GHRM practices and improve organizational sustainability.

Interactive dashboards have become an important business analytics tool in today's data-driven business landscape, especially for marketing and advertising. Interactive dashboards allow companies to visualize intricate data in real-time, improve decision-making, and maximize marketing efforts. This research discusses the use of interactive dashboards in enhancing marketing performance, customer segmentation, campaign tracking, and advertisement effectiveness. The capacity to visualize channel performance, conversion trends, and customer engagement in dynamic charts allowed faster decision-making and minimized campaign inefficiencies by 18%. In addition, more than 70% of marketing experts corroborated that dashboards greatly improved their capacity to spot weak areas and react better. This research gives a glimpse into the best practices for using interactive dashboards in terms of AI integration, automation, and real-time monitoring. The conclusions shed light on the strategic significance of dashboards for marketing decision-making and provide suggestions for companies trying to improve their data-driven marketing approach.
