Nanomicelles is the class of nanoparticle-based drug delivery systems that have shown considerable promise, especially for hydrophobic drugs and may be able to defeat the restrictions of traditional drug delivery methods. Nanomicelles are usually 10 to 100 nm in size and made of amphiphilic molecules that self-assemble into a core shell structure. This permits lipophilic drugs to be enclosed inside the hydrophobic core, while the hydrophilic shell assurances stability and solubility in aqueous mediums. Progress in materials science and nanotechnology have led to a significant evolution of the notion of nanomicelles, which first appeared in surfactant research. Recent developments have focused on improving stability, increasing drug loading capacity, and targeting drug delivery through surface modifications. Among the many advantages that nanomicelles offer are improved solubility, regulated release, and the ability to cross biological barriers, such as the blood-brain barrier. Their versatility enables a wide range of applications, such as the treatment of neurological disorders, cancer, and gene delivery.

Oxygen is essential for all body cells to function effectively. The intake of oxygen is contingent upon the respiratory system's capacity and condition. Respiratory failure occurs when the respiratory system is unable to supply adequate oxygen to the body's tissues or remove carbon dioxide efficiently. Respiratory diseases have become a significant health burden globally, contributing to increased mortality rates. According to the National Family Health Survey (NFHS-5) conducted between 2019 and 2021, the prevalence of acute respiratory infections (ARI) among children under five was reported at 2.8% in urban areas and 3.0% in rural areas. This article delves into the causes, risk factors, and symptoms of respiratory failure, emphasizing the importance of early detection. Diagnostic tools such as the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) are discussed, along with various intervention strategies and preventive measures to mitigate complications associated with respiratory failure. The pivotal role of nurses in the early identification and management of respiratory failure is also highlighted.

This study examines the views of private bank employees in Vadodara, India, concerning the implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the banking industry. Data were obtained from 105 respondents using a standardised, closed-ended questionnaire disseminated through Google Forms. The investigation concentrated on characteristics such as experience, attitude, skill, and adaptability, utilising statistical methods including Z-tests and ANOVA. Results demonstrate a largely favourable disposition towards AI, with 78% of employees indicating agreement or strong agreement about its advantageous effects. Although 63% assert they have the requisite abilities to adapt to AI technology, a substantial majority exhibit a willingness to enhance their competencies, recognising the organization's supportive framework for such advancement. The adaptability variable indicated a positive inclination towards AI integration. The ANOVA results indicate that experience, attitude, skill, and flexibility equally influence employee opinions of AI adoption. The study shows that staff are predominantly amenable to AI implementation, acknowledging its capacity to improve efficiency and optimise banking processes. It emphasises the necessity of ongoing training and ethical considerations to mitigate issues around job security and data privacy. These insights are essential for banking institutions seeking to use AI technology effectively while maintaining staff engagement and well-being.

Digital signal processing makes extensive use of finite impulse response filters. Thanks to a plethora of studies conducted over the last 20 years, the numerous constant multiplication blocks are now much easier to execute. Unfortunately, the structural adders and registers in the taps delay and accumulate line halt any further reduction in space and power consumption. These components make up the majority of the FIR filters hardware cost and are not amenable to current resource sharing strategies for minimizing their impact. The throughput can only be improved by moving or retiming the structural adders and registers. We reframe the filter coefficient synthesis issue to investigate the design space for the tap delay and the accumulation line by cutting it in half at a certain tap point to bridge the area power efficiency gap. We provide a genetic algorithm that efficiently refines the search space to discover an optimum solution that meets the frequency response parameters, solving the integer programming issue at a quadratic computational cost. Results from twelve comparison filter specifications using application specific integrated circuit logic synthesis and field programmable gate arrays demonstrated that our suggested algorithm reduced power consumption by 27.5% and average area by 26.8% compared to solutions obtained using current design methods.

This paper provides a comprehensive review of Blockchain-Based Land Registry, aiming to resolve the inefficiencies, lack of transparency, and susceptibility to fraud in traditional land registration methods. By leveraging blockchain's decentralized, tamper-proof nature and smart contract automation, these systems can revolutionize property transaction management. The paper discusses the historical context, underlying technologies, benefits, challenges, and recent research in the domain, offering insight into the transformative impact of blockchain in real estate. Furthermore, the review explores how blockchain contributes to reducing administrative delays, promoting data integrity, and building public trust in property transactions. It also highlights the advantages of decentralization in enabling fair property management, enhancing traceability in land ownership, and minimizing the role of intermediaries. In addition, this paper examines the legal and institutional readiness of countries to adopt such disruptive technologies and discusses the role of pilot programs in bridging the gap between theory and large-scale implementation.

Social media's widespread use has had a significant impact on how people communicate and how society behaves, including how drugs are traded illegally. This study looks into the ways that social media helps spread, sell, and advertise both legal and illicit medications. Drug traffickers can interact with potential customers in a simple, anonymous, and extensive way through platforms like Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and Telegram. These platforms frequently target vulnerable populations like teenagers and young people. The study highlights important strategies employed by online drug dealers to evade platform moderation and law enforcement identification, such as the use of coded language, emoticons, hashtags, and encrypted communications. These strategies increase the hazards to public health by normalizing and glamorizing drug use in online settings. The study examines user behavior, platform vulnerabilities, and the increasing significance of peer-to-peer promotion and influencer culture in promoting drug-related information. It also emphasizes how challenging it is for regulatory agencies to stay up to date with the changing landscape of online medicine sales. The methodological foundation of the study consists of case studies, interviews, and digital ethnographic analysis, which shed light on enforcement issues as well as user experiences. The results highlight how urgently coordinated action is required, including more algorithmic monitoring, more stringent content moderation guidelines, and platform providers' legal accountability. The report also suggests cross-sector partnerships between governments, tech firms, schools, and medical experts, as well as strong digital literacy initiatives to inform young people about the risks of medication interactions online. Social media abuse in drug- related activities necessitates a multifaceted, proactive strategy based on public involvement and policy reform.

The fuel delivery system includes a fuel tank, different valves, and an injector to send fuel to the engine or fuel cell, helping the vehicle move. This project focuses on the problems and solutions related to fuel control valves used with dry gases like hydrogen and compressed natural gas (CNG). These gases have special challenges that can affect how well the vehicle runs and how long the parts last. Common issues include hydrogen embrittlement, corrosion, leaks, and wear. To fix these problems, different coating and plating methods are used. The goal of this project is to study these issues in detail and find ways to make the valves more durable and long lasting.
