Lung cancer is a veritably dangerous cancer and substantially hard to descry. It causes dangerous death in both manly & womanish thus, so it's further essential for care to incontinently & rightly examine nodes. Consequently, numerous ways have been executed to descry lung cancer in the early stages. In this paper a complete analysis about the factors that contribute in the development of lung cancer causes symptoms types and different individual ways for early discovery of lung cancer have been presented. Lung cancer is primarily caused by smoking, with about 90 of cases linked to tobacco use. Though, other factors similar as radon gas, asbestos, air pollution exposures, and habitual infections can be a reason for causing lung cancer. likewise, different passed- on and cultivated mechanisms of the threat to lung cancer have been given. Lung cancer is divided into two types according to their spreading capability and threat enterprises that's small- cell lung lymphomas (SCLC) and non-small cell lung lymphomas (NSCLC). Treatment for lung cancer involves surgery, chemotherapy, targeted remedy, immunotherapy, and radiation remedy. remedial recommendations depend on several factors, including stage and type of cancer. Low- and middle- income countries now regard for further than 50 of lung cancer deaths each time the responses to current standard curatives are poor except for the most localized cancers. The purpose of this review is to add up the statistics of lung cancer, causes, types, statistics, symptoms, treatment, and the future aspects of this malignant disease - Lung cancer.

Now a days as per the construction part required materials are not Available more. So we Have to Find the another Way by use of the various material instead of coarse Aggregate, fine aggregate, cement in the concrete. Cement is the most expansive constituents of concrete. Over 5% of global carbon dioxide emission is attributed by cement production. In this work alternate source for cement as GGBS is used. A compressive study on properties of concrete when cement is partially replaced by GGBS. GGBS is a by product of from the blast furnace used to make iron. Blast furnaces operate at temperature of about 1500 - 1600 centigrade and are fed with a carefully controlled mixture of iron ore, coke and limestones. It is off white in colour. Percentage replacement of cement with GGBS is replaced at 20%,30% and 40% in a mixture of M30 grade of concrete. The strength such as compressive strength to be found at 7 and 28 days. The strength are compared with normal concrete and optimum % of replacement of GGBS is found out.

This study investigates and compares the levels of aggression among employees recruited under the sports quota in two prominent government organizations of India: the Indian Railways and the Indian Defence Services. The sample consisted of 100 male sportspersons--50 from Railways and 50 from Defence--who have transitioned from competitive athletics to government service roles. The Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire was administered to assess four key dimensions of aggression: Physical Aggression, Verbal Aggression, Hostility, and Anger. Descriptive statistics, Shapiro-Wilk tests for normality, and Independent Samples t-tests were used to analyze the data. The results indicated that while minor differences in mean scores existed between the two groups across the subscales, none of the differences were statistically significant (p > 0.05). Both groups exhibited moderate levels of aggression across all domains. These findings suggest that shared athletic backgrounds, emotional regulation through sports training, and professional responsibilities may contribute to similar aggression profiles, regardless of organizational environment. The study highlights the need for continued support for sportspersons in managing psychological adjustments post-career transition, but also points to the emotional strengths they bring into structured job environments.

The present study was aimed to analyzing the effectiveness of buerger allen exercises as a treatment modality for peripheral artery disease in type ii diabetic patients : a research study in selected hospitals in indore . Objectives of the study were to assess the level of peripheral artery disease among experimental and control group To evaluate the effectiveness of Buerger Allen Exercise in Experimental group , to compare the pre- test level score of PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE in experimental and control group , to compare the post-test level score of PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE in experimental and control group and to find out the association between the level of PERIPHERAL ARTERY DISEASE with selected demographic and clinical variables among type II diabetic clients in the experimental group. The theoretical framework of the study was based on King's theory of goal attainment. Quasi experimental nonrandomized control group design was used for the study. There were two hundred samples were selected by purposive sampling technique and data were analysed and interpreted based on descriptive and inferential statistics. The findings of the study revealed that among one hundred type II diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral artery disease in the experimental group during pretest 78% (78) of them were having moderate level of peripheral artery disease and remaining 22% (22) of them were having severe level of peripheral artery disease. Whereas in post test 8% (8) of them were having normal level of Peripheral artery disease,70% (70) of them having mild level of peripheral artery disease and remaining 22% (22) having moderate level of peripheral artery disease. In the control group among 100 type II diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral artery disease during pretest 57% of them were having moderate level of peripheral artery disease and 43% (43) having severe level of peripheral artery disease. Whereas in post test 57% of them were having moderate level of peripheral artery disease and 43% (43) had severe level of peripheral artery disease. A paired 't' test was done to find out the effectiveness of Buerger Allen exercise. It was found that there is statistically significant difference between the pretest and post test scores ( 86.947 , P=0.00001). Hence it is revealed that Buerger Allen Exercise was found to be very effective in increasing the ABI score of Type II Diabetes Mellitus Patients diagnosed with Peripheral artery disease. Chi-square was to be done to find out the association between the ABI scores with selected demographic and clinical variables. There was no association between ABI scores with selected demographic and clinical variable except occupation. The findings of the present study revealed that there was an increase in the ABI score of type II Diabetes Mellitus patients diagnosed with Peripheral artery disease after the administration of Buerger Allen Exercise.

In today's digital economy, credit card usage has become ubiquitous, necessitating robust fraud detection mechanisms to ensure financial security. This paper presents a machine learning-based approach to detect fraudulent credit card transactions by model historical transaction data, including instances identified as fraud. The primary goal is to detect 100% of fraudulent activities while minimizing false positives that may incorrectly flag legitimate transactions. We employ several supervised learning algorithms - Random Forest, AdaBoost, Cat Boost, and XG Boost classifiers - to capture complex patterns in transaction behaviours. Comprehensive data preprocessing, feature engineering, and class imbalance handling techniques are applied to improve model precision and recall. The models are implemented using Python and the Scikit-learn library, which utilizes NumPy for optimized numerical computations.

Leprosy known as Hansen's disease is caused by infection of susceptible individuals with acid-fast bacilli (AFB) of the Mycobacterium leprae complex (M. leprae). These rod-shaped AFB were first described by Gerhard Hansen in 1873.The mechanism of transmission of M. leprae has been somewhat obscure historically due to variability in host susceptibility to infection and a very long potential incubation period. Skin contact and vertical transmission are also possible infection mechanisms. Thevetia Peruviana belongs to family Apocynaceae and commonly called as a yellow Olender or Pilli Kaner. Cascabela thevetia known as an ornamental plant and planted as large flowering shrub or tree standards in garden, parks, road side and on road dividers. All parts of this plant are highly toxic including leaves, bark, fruits, and flowers. The roots and leaves of Cascabela thevetia are used in vata, pitta, cough, bronchitis, renal, and skin diseases. Due to Phytoconstituents it shows various activities anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, anti-oxidant, anthelmintics, anti-spermatogenic, anti-inflammatory, anti-urolithic and infertility. Many therapies in the form of photo therapy, corticosteroids, immuno-modulators, Ultraviolet rays, lasers, hypo-pigmentation, and disguise have been used to treat Vitiligo since centuries. Medicinal plants play a very important role in the development of alternative drugs without the adverse effects of synthetic drugs. Plants and natural products form the basis of both modern and traditional medicines and are currently widely used in the production of commercially produced drugs. Scientific and reliable reports indicated that about 25% of prescribed medicines worldwide are taken from herbs.
