Losing or misplacing personal belongings is an old-age problem that persists to this day. This is aggravated by the widespread usage of pricey gadgets and their related mobility, which causes wasted time in locating misplaced objects. Issues with item-locating trackers, in addition to healthcare professionals tasked with retrieving their patients' misplaced belongings who have cognitive impairments, are the misuse of item-locating trackers to aid dangerous purposes such as stalking due to the Bluetooth tracking technology. To find a feasible solution to these problems in a convenient and cost-efficient manner, this study made use of the quantitative experimental research design to develop an item locating device utilizing arduino and radio frequency transmitter and receiver modules. The device made use of radio frequency transceiver chips as its main components because they are readily available on the market and can be found in a variety of electronic products. The RF technology makes use of radio frequency signals to determine the distance between the user and the misplaced item, offering a wireless and convenient tracking method. This device intends to help people find their lost items conveniently by providing a beeping sound that will alert them to the location of the lost item, whether it is underneath other materials or not. For the item locating device to be improved, it is recommended to upgrade the antenna of the device, which will provide the device with a better connection and enable the device to reach further distances. The product promises convenience and affordability.

The personal laws of the citizens have played a major role in helping and supporting the secular feature of our nation. This secular aspect of the Preamble allows its citizens to practice, profess, and propagate the religion of their choice as enumerated in the fundamental rights thereby creating a constant rise in need for a homogenous law for all so that no person shall feel deprived of a right. The Uniform Civil Code finds its place under Article 44 in Part IV of the Constitution of India, 1950 as a Directive Principle of State Policy which provides that it is the duty of the state to secure a Uniform Civil Code throughout the country. To bring a uniform civil code the aim is to change the personal laws of various religious communities. The personal laws include marriage, divorce, inheritance, adoption, maintenance, and succession which form the main domain to bring about requisite change in the societal norms to enact UCC. The said code differentiates between public laws and private laws. The theme of this paper revolves around the UCC being an ancient concept that has evolved into the notion of codification of a Uniform Civil Code. The main objective of the lawmakers has always been to foster harmony and equality amongst all but the question lies in whether the administration will be able to do so while retaining the title of being secular; whether the need to ratify an enactment which decrees the equal personal rights to all, is recurring and if so, what measures have been taken by the respective leaderships to satiate the said need. The prime objective of this paper is to crystallize the real essence of UCC by discussing variegated strands of the Uniform Civil Code including but not restricted to the existence of the Uniform Civil Code in the radicle of the Indian realm, the compelling need and requisite for the said code to be structured and tabulated by virtue of profound judgments postulated by the learned judges of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

The growing complexity of personal financial planning, driven by factors like retirement planning, healthcare, and environmental issues, necessitates a more attentive approach from individuals managing their money. This, in turn, necessitates that the financial services industry adapt and grow. To do so, the personal finance industry could potentially leverage artificial intelligence (AI) tools. However, there is little consensus on whether or not those tools are appropriate given the challenges ahead. This paper explores these challenges and the potential role of AI in personal finance. Here's a revised version of the abstract that removes plagiarism and rephrases some sentences: The Need for Transformation in Personal Finance This paper explores the growing need for transformation in the personal finance industry. As societal challenges like retirement planning, healthcare evolution, and environmental concerns intensify, households require a more focused approach to managing their finances. This, in turn, necessitates a corresponding transformation within the industry. While there's been increasing discussion around utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) tools within personal finance, the suitability of these tools for addressing upcoming challenges remains unclear. This review of existing literature suggests that investment management is the area of personal finance where transformation is most needed, rather than loans, insurance, or payments. Furthermore, current advancements seem to be driven more by basic digitalization efforts than by AI implementation. Looking forward, the focus should shift towards exploring specific use cases and business models related to AI-powered investment products and the digitalization of their distribution channels.

Microspheres are spherical particles with diameters typically ranging from tens to hundreds of micrometers, extensively utilized in various fields including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and materials science. Among the methods employed for their formulation, solvent evaporation stands out as a versatile and widely adopted technique. This abstract aims to provide a concise overview of the process involved in formulating microspheres via solvent evaporation. The process begins with the dissolution of a polymer or a blend of polymers in a volatile solvent, forming a homogeneous solution. Optionally, an emulsification or dispersion step may follow to encapsulate hydrophilic substances or control release properties. Subsequently, the polymer solution is subjected to controlled evaporation to remove the solvent gradually. As the solvent evaporates, the polymer precipitates, leading to the formation of solid microspheres. Parameters such as polymer choice, solvent selection, and processing conditions are carefully optimized to achieve desired microsphere characteristics. Solvent evaporation offers several advantages including precise control over particle size and morphology, versatility in encapsulating both hydrophobic and hydrophilic substances, and compatibility with various polymers and active ingredients. However, optimization of process parameters is critical to ensure the desired characteristics and performance of the microspheres.
