Background: This research paper has emerged as a part of doctoral research study conducted by the researcher on "Impact of Entrepreneurial Leadership Styles on Organisational Innovations in Enterprises." with a special reference to medium scale auto-ancillary manufacturing enterprises located in Pune, India. Purpose: This research study aims to examine, if there is any relationship exists between the Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style and Organisational Innovations in medium scale auto-ancillary manufacturing enterprises. Also, to find out if the Organisational Innovativeness has any mediating effect between Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style and Organisational Innovations. Methodology: This is a quantitative research, where Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style is presented as independent variable, Organisational Innovativeness as mediating variable and Organisational Innovations as dependent variable. The primary data was collected through clustered random sampling method with a sample size of 116 and the respondents were administered through a structured questionnaire based on five-point Likert scale. Statistical Analysis: Descriptive Statistics, Frequency Distribution, Mean, Standard Deviation, Normality Test, Cronbach Alpha Reliability Test, T-Test, P-Value, F-Test, Bootstrapping, ANOVA, Model Fit and Regression Analysis. Furthermore, the collected data was processed through Hayes Process Macro 4.2, IBM SPSS 23. Findings: The research result show that there is a significant and positive relationship exists between independent variable: Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style and dependent variable: Organisational Innovations in the presence of mediating variable: Organisational Innovativeness. Based on the research outcomes, it is observed that there is a partial mediation in this model, furthermore the null hypothesis is rejected, and alternate hypothesis is accepted. Implication: The research study suggests that all the three path effects i.e. direct, indirect and total path effects are positive and significant. This research has also made use of simple mediation model to predict the research outcomes. The research outcomes indicate that Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style is effective in impacting and generating Organisational Innovations in medium scale enterprises. More over the impact is increased, when both direct and indirect effects are combined to create the total effect. Limitations: The medium scale enterprises and their Organisational Innovations can be restricted by different internal as well as external factors, where the leadership is not a dominant factor. In some cases, entrepreneurs due to lack of theoretical understanding about the entrepreneurial leadership styles, can create a complex-mix of self-styled entrepreneurial leadership, which is difficult to capture by a specific leadership style. Future Research: This research study is focused on finding the impact of Transactional Entrepreneurial Leadership Style on Organisational Innovations in auto ancillary medium scale enterprises, similarly this research study can be extended to other leadership styles as well.

The sudden arrival of digital investing platforms like Robinhood, Groww, and Zerodha has transformed the retail investing ecosystem, particularly among youth cohorts. These platforms employ advanced gamification strategies--features like confetti animations, leaderboards, and daily challenges--to create engaging user experiences. This present research examines how these gamified elements influence risk-taking behavior among youths, drawing from secondary sources like academic papers, app analytics, regulatory filings, and industry case studies. Behavioral finance theories such as overconfidence, instant gratification, and loss aversion are tested against the backdrop of gamified investment platforms. It is also expected that the factors would lead to frequent trading, speculative investment strategies, and portfolio variance. Discussion also refers to the regulatory and ethical issues raised by authorities such as the SEC and SEBI over potentially addictive design principles.Developers are recommended to follow ethical design practices and increase transparency; educators are recommended to assign high priority to digital financial education; and regulators are called to address the challenge of balancing innovation and investor protection. The study concludes by calling for additional primary research, cross-cultural assessments, and review of regulatory implications for further research and regulation of the impact of gamification in the financial technology space.

In the digital age, safeguarding multimedia content against unauthorized use, tampering, and piracy has become increasingly critical. This paper presents a comprehensive exploration of innovative enhancements in secure and reversible watermarking algorithms aimed at strengthening multimedia protection. Traditional watermarking techniques often compromise either security, reversibility, or imperceptibility. To address these limitations, we propose an advanced watermarking framework that integrates robust cryptographic primitives, adaptive embedding mechanisms, and reversible data hiding strategies. The proposed approach ensures that the watermark can be securely embedded and accurately extracted without degrading the original media quality. Moreover, the system supports complete restoration of the original content post-verification, making it ideal for sensitive applications in medical imaging, legal documentation, and digital forensics. Experimental results demonstrate significant improvements in robustness, imperceptibility, and reversibility compared to existing state-of-the-art methods. This work contributes to the ongoing efforts in multimedia security by offering a viable solution that balances the conflicting requirements of secure authentication and content fidelity.

ABSTRACT Nowadays, stress is commonly pronounced word. Stress is the natural response to challenges of human body. It shows impacts on everybody without any age limits, gender, and caste-creed discrimination. Stress is not classified as a mental illness but it can develop mental illness and creates severe health issues. In the present context of globalization, the people needs are rapidly increased compared to the needs of the ancient people. Younger generations do not have any clear ideas about the basic needs and luxury facilities. Young age is the critical period because at this time they face lots of changes and challenges in their life. There are various paths in which stress can be classified as it varies from person to person. Thus, understanding the sources of stress among them and how they can cope with the stress is very important. Hence, people should enhance their stress management capabilities to live a healthy life. Several researches have shown a great progress based on how to cope with challenges of stress and mental health. Descriptive - documentary study has been followed in this study and the article focuses on the causes of stress and stress-related health problems among present generations and the management strategies to overcome it for a healthy life.

--This survey explores the landscape of code gener- ation using Multi-AI Agent Architectures, a rapidly evolving paradigm driven by the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs). The primary aim is to assess how multi-agent systems comprising specialized LLM-based agentsm can collaboratively automate and enhance the code generation process. We delineate the scope of this survey to include systems that integrate modular agent roles such as planners, coders, testers, and fixers, particularly in the context of RESTful microservice development, algorithmic problem solving, and collaborative task planning. Methodologically, this survey synthesizes insights from empirical evaluations and architecture overviews in recent studies, such as those evaluating ChatGPT's correctness, complexity and security in multi-round code generation tasks, and frameworks that enable iterative design-fix cycles. The results indicate that agent specialization boosts the accuracy of generation, reduces user-tool switching, and enhances debugging through conversa- tional feedback loops. In particular, systems that leverage role- based agents supported by prompt engineering and function- calling mechanisms show marked improvements in developer productivity and code quality. However, limitations persist in handling complex coordination logic and adapting to large-scale projects. The findings underscore the potential of Multi-AI Agent Architectures to transform software engineering workflows, while also highlighting challenges such as hallucination, agent mem- ory limitations, and integration with continuous development pipelines. This survey lays the groundwork for future research into scalable, reliable, and domain-adaptive code generation using collaborative AI systems.

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is a chronic medical condition characterized by consistently elevated blood pressure, leading to an increased risk of cardiovascular diseases, stroke, kidney failure, and other life-threatening complications. It is a significant global health challenge, with widespread prevalence across various age groups and geographical regions. Hypertension affects approximately 1.13 billion people worldwide, contributing substantially to the global burden of disease. The prevalence varies by region, with higher rates observed in low- and middle-income countries due to lifestyle factors, limited access to healthcare, and aging populations. In developed countries, it remains a major public health concern, often leading to complications in adults aged 45 and above. The development of hypertension is multifactorial, with genetic, environmental, and physiological factors playing key roles. Increased peripheral vascular resistance and altered kidney function, especially the over activation of the renin-angiotensin aldosterone system (RAAS), contribute to sustained high blood pressure. Endothelial dysfunction, sympathetic nervous system over activity, and vascular stiffness further exacerbate the condition. Hypertension is classified as primary (essential) or secondary. Primary hypertension, accounting for 90-95% of cases, arises from a combination of genetic predisposition, poor diet, lack of physical activity, and stress. Secondary hypertension results from underlying conditions such as kidney disease, endocrine disorders, or the use of certain medications. Hypertension is classified based on blood pressure readings into normal, elevated, and stages 1 and 2 hypertension. Early identification is crucial to prevent long-term complications. Regular screening through blood pressure measurement is essential for early detection. Screening guidelines focus on high-risk populations, such as those with obesity, diabetes, or a family history of hypertension. Management of hypertension involves lifestyle changes (e.g., diet, exercise) and pharmacological treatments, including diuretics, ACE inhibitors, calcium channel blockers, and beta-blockers. Personalized care is key to achieving optimal control and preventing cardiovascular events.

The slogan "safety first" does not mean that safety is the most important thing in life. Sometimes we take risks in our life to prevent home accidents. On the other hand, we must stay alive to have a successful and happy life. A child after one year of age walk, run, and climb up & down on his or her own. They are interested in the surrounding to explore things. As they are not aware of the danger related to their activities. Toddlers are egocentric. Their activities should be under the supervision. The stairs, gates, window should be closed or protected. The harmful objects such as medications, kerosene, chemicals, sharp instruments, hot things, stove, heater etc should be out of their reach. Home accidents are the largest single cause of mortality and disability in toddlers. In approximate order of incidence accidents include (i) drowning (ii) burns (iii) suffocation (iv) falls (v) poison.5 When parents understand their child's level of growth & development, they can predict the hazardous situation and judge how much freedom their child can be permitted. Accidental burns, falls are very common when mother does the cooking or boiling or cleaning the floor with an infant crawling or walking around the place. Most accidents occur when the family lives just in one room for all purposes. Hot objects on the floor, tub with full of water may cause injury. Electric heaters, room heaters within the reach of child may cause electric shock or burn. Sometimes the toddlers fall into boiling water, oil etc. or catch the hot objects.
