Cervical cancer is a significant cause of illness and death among women, especially in rural areas where access to specialized screening tools is limited. Traditional screening equipment, such as colposcopes, are expensive and require clinical infrastructure, making them impractical for field use. To address this issue, we developed CerviHealth, a portable cervical cancer screening system consisting of a React Native-based mobile application and a USB camera connected to an Android device. The system enables healthcare workers to register patients, collect symptoms, capture cervix images, and upload data to cloud storage for review by remote doctors. Doctors can log in, review cases, provide diagnoses, and generate reports. The app also includes an appointment scheduling feature with support for rescheduling in case of unavailability. CerviHealth uses Firebase for secure cloud storage and real-time updates. By combining mobile technology with low-cost imaging, the system provides an effective solution for early cervical cancer screening in underserved communities.

Child mortality remains a significant public health concern in India, despite substantial progress over recent decades. This study examines the current status of child mortality, focusing on the Under-Five Mortality Rate (U5MR), Infant Mortality Rate (IMR), and Neonatal Mortality Rate (NMR) across various socio-economic backgrounds in India. The study aims to assess the progress of India and its states toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3) target of reducing U5MR to 25 per 1,000 live births by 2030. Data for the analysis were sourced from the National Family Health Survey (NFHS) and other official health reports. Initially, the study analyzes trends in child mortality at the national and state levels, followed by an exploration of socio-economic factors such as maternal education, wealth quintiles, and healthcare access. A logistic regression model is employed to identify the key factors influencing child mortality. The findings reveal significant disparities across states, with Kerala, Goa, and Puducherry showing rates near or below the SDG target, while states like Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, and Madhya Pradesh report significantly higher mortality rates. The analysis underscores the need for targeted interventions in high-burden states to reduce child mortality and meet the SDG target by 2030.

Artificial intelligence is the capacity given by humans to machines to memorize and learn from experience, to think and create, to speak, to judge and make decisions. Also, as per Sunder Pichai-CEO of Google, it is well said that "Artificial intelligence will be part of our future. It's inevitable". It refers to the development of computer system, making them able to perform tasks which require human intelligence such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making and translation between languages. India has grown in a remarkable way, particularly in the post-independence period; to become one of the largest systems of its kind in the world. In the last few years, the growth of artificial intelligence India has been phenomenal. The AI in today's environment plays a significant role in empowering youth and should prepare the students to face the business challenged boldly through AI. The growth of AI has been impressive. This study investigates the impact of the Remote Work Environment on Employee Productivity and Employee Retention within the IT sector. The findings suggest a strong positive correlation, with total effects of 0.807 on productivity and 0.830 on retention, indicating that an effective remote work environment contributes significantly to both outcomes. The analysis includes reliability measures such as Cronbach's Alpha and Composite Reliability, with acceptable values for Employee Productivity and Employee Retention. However, the Remote Work Environment shows potential issues with construct reliability. The Outer Loadings reveal that certain indicators strongly correlate with their respective latent constructs, while others, especially for Remote Work Environment, require further refinement. Additionally, the R-squared values indicate that the model explains a substantial portion of the variance in both employee productivity (64.8%) and retention (68.5%), with large f-square values emphasizing the significant influence of the remote work environment. The model fit indices (SRMR, Chi-square, and NFI) suggest an acceptable fit, albeit with minor discrepancies between the saturated and estimated models. This research highlights the critical role of remote work policies in shaping key outcomes in the IT sector and underscores the need for companies to focus on optimizing their remote work environments to boost employee performance and retention.

Indian mythology has long been a subject of scholarly debate and exploration, with its expansive narratives offering multifaceted interpretations of gender, sexuality, and identity. Contemporary Indian writers, particularly Devdutt Pattanaik and Ramachandrapurapu Raj Rao, have reshaped the understanding of gender roles, sexuality, and fluid identities through their re-imagined retellings of classical mythological texts. This paper investigates the portrayal of sexuality and gender fluidity in the works of these authors, who bring fresh perspectives to ancient mythological narratives. While Pattanaik's writings re-examine key figures from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Puranas, presenting them as embodiments of non-binary gender identities and complex sexualities, Raj Rao's fiction deeply interrogates the intersections of desire, power, and identity through mythological and contemporary lenses. Through their works, both authors challenge the rigid norms of patriarchal and heteronormative readings of the epics, offering a nuanced portrayal of sexuality that encompasses fluidity and transcendence. The paper explores how these authors' interpretations of characters such as Shikhandi, Arjuna, Draupadi, and others reflect evolving attitudes towards gender and sexual identities, and how their portrayals serve as a commentary on contemporary society's complex negotiations with gender and sexuality.

Clarithromycin is an antibiotic widely used for the treatment of various bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections, skin infections, and Helicobacter pylori eradication. This comparative study aims to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetic properties of generic clarithromycin versus the brand-name version. The study involved a randomized, controlled trial with two groups of patients, one receiving generic clarithromycin and the other receiving the branded formulation. Primary endpoints included clinical effectiveness, microbiological eradication rates, and adverse events. Secondary endpoints assessed pharmacokinetics, such as bioavailability and half-life. Results indicated that both the generic and brand-name formulations were equally effective in treating infections, with no significant difference in the rate of adverse effects. Pharmacokinetic analysis showed comparable absorption and elimination profiles for both formulations. These findings suggest that generic clarithromycin is a viable and cost- effective alternative to the standard brand- name version, offering similar clinical outcomes and safety profile
