 Abstract

This paper deals with the evolving legal discourse surrounding the provision for restitution of conjugal rights in India. Historically rooted in patriarchal notions of marital duty and societal expectations, this legal remedy aimed to enforce cohabitation between spouses. However, recent judicial pronouncements and a growing emphasis on fundamental rights, particularly the right to privacy and personal liberty, have instigated a significant shift in its interpretation. This paper analyzes this transformation, tracing the journey from a duty-centric approach to one that increasingly prioritizes individual choice and autonomy within the marital sphere. By examining key legal precedents and constitutional challenges, it argues that the modern legal discourse on restitution of conjugal rights reflects a nuanced understanding of marriage as a partnership based on mutual consent and free will, rather than an obligation enforceable by the state.

 Abstract

Urbanization is regarded not only as an index of development, but also an important component of social change. Although most towns and cities have occupied the same location for centuries, the buildings and other physical infrastructure which comprise the built environment are not fixed but affected continuously by dynamic factors of change initiated by public and private interests .The Greenfield Airport situated in Pakyong is a recently built airport in Sikkim. Being the very first airport of its' kind in the region makes it very important for the future development of the state and the Country. This has brought in a large number of consequences. The consequences have been seen in both ways i.e. positive and negative. This region is a part of Eastern Himalaya, rich in its biodiversity, on the other hand, vulnerable due to its topography and degree of seismicity. This paper tries to study the level of development and the perception of the respondents in consideration with the construction of the newly Greenfield Airport. This paper has been prepared with the help of both primary data and secondary data.

 Abstract

In the early days of Tamil cinema, movies that showed gods and mythological stories directly weren't as common as they are today. Still, a few early Tamil films did touch on religious and mythological themes, including stories about gods and goddesses. Spiritual themes have always played a big role in Tamil movies, reflecting the rich culture and religious traditions of Tamil Nadu. This paper looks at how spiritual ideas are shown in Tamil films, talking about what they mean culturally, how stories are told, and how they affect viewers.

 Abstract

Employee retention has become a strategic necessity in today's dynamic business environment, where technological advancements, evolving workforce expectations, and global economic uncertainties pose constant challenges. Retaining skilled and motivated employees not only reduces the high financial and operational costs associated with turnover but also preserves institutional knowledge, ensures business continuity, and drives long-term innovation. Effective retention goes beyond offering competitive salaries--it involves fostering a positive organizational culture, supportive leadership, meaningful work, career development opportunities, and emotional engagement. Theories like Meyer and Allen's Three-Component Model and Herzberg's Two-Factor Theory highlight the importance of affective commitment and intrinsic motivators in building loyalty. In this context, a sample size of 152 employees was surveyed to analyze their perspectives on engagement and retention factors. As employee experience becomes central, organizations must adopt a proactive, data-driven, and employee centric approach, integrating technology and workforce analytics to personalize strategies. Ultimately, organizations that align their retention efforts with both internal values and external market dynamics are better equipped to build resilient, engaged, and high-performing teams.

 Abstract

Data warehousing serves a crucial function in business intelligence (BI) by offering a centralized location for data integration, storage, and analysis. This document investigates the essential technologies that underpin data warehousing systems and their importance in facilitating business intelligence. It outlines the architecture of data warehousing solutions, the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process, OLAP (Online Analytical Processing), data modelling, and the obstacles encountered in the design and implementation of data warehouses. Additionally, the paper looks at the increasing relevance of cloud-based data warehousing and its effects on BI strategies. The combination of these technologies allows organizations to conduct intricate analyses, uncover actionable insights, and make decisions driven by data.

 Abstract

Wireframe Wizard may be an unused application based on Google's Gemini AI system, which empowers wireframe-related plans for online code to be computerized. The framework utilizes the picture acknowledgment and common dialect handling capabilities of Gemini 2.0 to recognize wireframe pictures and create energetic HTML, CSS, and Respond components. The approach, usage, and assessment show that whereas Wireframe Wizard is exceptionally constrained in its usefulness, it performed fair well sufficient to progress the net improvement preparation and the sum of time given to plan as compared to execution. The exploration appears that the framework is exceedingly precise demonstrating web-based UI components and creating the relative code. The normal sum of time to change over and produce code for a complicated wireframe was under thirty seconds. This inquiry is vital for the long run of the mechanized code era and gives a few strong illustrations of the capability of utilizing an AI device within the web improvement handle.

 Abstract

Abstract This paper investigates the ways in which Deism and Revelationism influenced the development of multicultural societies, particularly during the early modern and Enlightenment eras. Revelationism upheld divine truth through prophetic revelation and sacred scriptures, whereas Deism encouraged reason and natural religion outside of established doctrine. These conflicting perspectives interacted to shape the intellectual, political, and moral underpinnings of emerging multicultural societies. This essay argues that the tension between Deism's rational universality and Revelationism's particularist truths fostered a discourse-friendly environment that paved the way for the different social structures that exist in the contemporary world.

 Abstract

Once connected to subcultures and revolt, tattooing has evolved into a widely accepted art form with significant historical, cultural, and social importance. The development of tattooing from its prehistoric beginnings to its current widespread acceptance is examined in this article, along with its significance in self-expression, identity formation, and society attitudes. The study explores the origins of tattoos, from their early ritualistic uses in Polynesia and Europe to their current comeback as a common form of body alteration, drawing on interdisciplinary research. Analyses of sociological and medical viewpoints show how attitudes towards tattoos have changed from stigmatisation to broad acceptance, while also addressing public health issues including infection risks and tattoo inks' long-term consequences. Additionally, the study explores tattoos' symbolic connotations, their role as cultural and personal narratives, and their influence on social identity and career. A critical analysis is conducted of current tattooing trends, including customisation, technology developments, and ethical discussions around cultural appropriation. While acknowledging tattooing's ongoing status as a dynamic and changing art form, the paper's conclusion highlights the need for increased knowledge of the medical implications and societal attitudes of this practice. By connecting cultural analysis, historical background, and contemporary discourse, this review provides a thorough grasp of tattooing's relevance in the modern world
