Despite growing recognition of women in elite sports, a vast and often overlooked segment of India's sporting ecosystem comprises grassroots-level women athletes. These are the girls playing barefoot in rural fields, the young women participating in school tournaments without proper gear, and the mothers coaching children with no formal training. This paper explores their participation, the unique challenges they face, and the role they play in sustaining local sports traditions. Unlike formal athletes who benefit from structured programs, these grassroots women navigate complex socio-cultural landscapes marked by gender bias, limited infrastructure, and economic hardship. By weaving in stories from rural India and evaluating systemic gaps in policy execution, this study argues that empowering grassroots sportswomen is essential to realizing the inclusive development goals envisioned in Viksit Bharat 2047. The paper concludes by recommending context-sensitive strategies to foster community-based sporting cultures led by women.

In recent years, India has witnessed an unusual paradox--while more women than ever are achieving higher education, their participation in the formal workforce is declining. This paper explores the root causes of this trend, examining why educated Indian women are opting out of employment despite academic achievement. Drawing upon national data sources, media reports, and gender theory, the study identifies cultural expectations, domestic responsibilities, inadequate infrastructure, and systemic bias as key factors. Through real-life case studies, it demonstrates that most women are not quitting work entirely, but transitioning into informal, home-based, or self-employed roles that remain invisible to the formal economy. The paper argues for policy reform, broader recognition of unpaid and informal work, and a redefinition of employment that truly reflects women's contributions to India's economic and social progress.

Nowadays many exercises are done at home or by video. It is important to keep the right posture when doing squats, push-ups, and pull-ups to avoid injuring yourself and gain the most from each workout. This research features a system that, in real time, utilizes MediaPipe for landmarking body parts and uses LSTM networks to recognize movement changes over time. MediaPipe finds the locations of important joints in each image frame, allowing the user's pose to be logged for all exercises. LSTM is trained to process the important points in the time-series data and separate the posture deviations into three types of movements: correct, suboptimal and incorrect. The system delivers instant, useful information to help users correct their movements in workouts. Made for use in gyms, this approach allows for simple and inexpensive fitness, online coaching, and rehab services. Accuracy and quick results of the method shown in experiments indicate it could be a valuable resource for AI-assisted fitness training.

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), established by the United Nations in 2015, provide a global framework for addressing critical issues such as poverty, inequality, climate change, environmental degradation, and peace. Comprising 17 interconnected goals, the SDGs aim to achieve a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable world by 2030. This research paper explores the comprehensive structure and intent of the SDGs, analyzing global progress and challenges while placing a special focus on India's efforts and achievements, alongside notable trends in the broader Asian region. India, with its vast population and developmental diversity, plays a pivotal role in the global realization of the SDGs. The paper highlights India's integration of SDG objectives into national policies through flagship programs like Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and the National Solar Mission. It also evaluates India's performance across key goals such as health, education, gender equality, clean energy, and climate action. Emphasis is placed on technological integration, innovation, regional disparities, and the role of partnerships in driving sustainable outcomes. The study further contextualizes Asia's collective progress, identifying regional challenges such as gender inequality, funding gaps for climate resilience, and the need for inclusive governance. It illustrates how countries like Malaysia are taking proactive steps toward green transitions while underscoring the persistent barriers faced by marginalized groups. Ultimately, the paper concludes that while commendable progress has been made, achieving the SDGs by 2030 will require enhanced cooperation, policy innovation, targeted investments, and sustained political will-especially in populous and rapidly developing regions like India and Asia.

Epilepsy, a type of neurological disorder marked by recurrent seizures, results from abnormal electrical activity in the human brain (38). Temporal Lobe Epilepsy (TLE), a type of focal epilepsy, represents one of the most common forms of epilepsy, with seizures originating from the temporal lobes. Clobazam (C16H13ClN2O2), a benzodiazepine anticonvulsant, is frequently used in managing TLE, particularly in cases that are resistant to other treatments (2, 13). This review paper discusses the role of clobazam in TLE, its pharmacological properties and effects, clinical efficiency, and associated challenges. It also explores the methodologies employed in drug analysis, including techniques such as reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) (12, 4, 1) and mass spectrometry, which helps in ensuring the drug's purity and efficacy (1, 22). It also talks about the drug's mode of action on humans, i.e., by GABA receptor action (7).
