The traditional 'hard-soft' education format, emphasizing theory-based hard skills, is becoming obsolete under the new paradigm of 'Soft-hard' skills combination. The Skill India initiative and the New Education Policy have led to a paradigm shift in India's education system, prioritizing soft skills like data fluency, communication, teamwork, and analytical skills over bookish hard skills. However, the contemporary syllabus completion drive in schools and colleges continues to focus on theoretical knowledge, neglecting practical skills. This paper argues that rural colleges must exhibit academic entrepreneurship to address skill deficits, plug the gaps, and strike a balance between soft and hard skills in content delivery. This paper explores the challenges faced by rural colleges in addressing skill deficits and proposes strategies for academic entrepreneurship, including need-based program development, industry-academia collaboration, and faculty empowerment. It highlights the importance of rural colleges in addressing the country's skill deficits and promoting employability among graduates. The paper concludes by emphasizing the need for a balanced approach to education, combining soft and hard skills to prepare students for the modern workforce.

By combining graphic design concepts with card deck design, effective tools for creativity, problem resolution, and visual communication are produced. Thanks to their flexible yet structured methods, card decks which are used because they are tactile and engaging--help to break through creative obstacles and promote invention. A successful card deck design considers the intended user base, prioritizes usability in a range of contexts, and ensures aesthetic appeal through coordinating color schemes and typography. In contrast, graphic design adheres to a methodical process that includes steps like developing a creative brief, gathering information, wireframing, producing a comprehensive design, and receiving feedback iteratively. The design process is guided by fundamental principles such as hierarchy, balance, contrast, alignment, closeness, and contrast to produce visually appealing and useful outcomes.

: In early days if we users wanted to buy a furniture objects without visiting the shops it was possible but it was not possible to check how the object actually looks in home structure. Now in our proposed system, it is possible for user to buy the furniture objects sitting in the home without visiting the shops. The main purpose of the "Furniture Layout Application Using Augmented Reality" is to develop an android application for trying different furniture in virtual way using a mobile which supports AR camera. The application will eliminate the human efforts by physically visiting the furniture store which is very time-consuming activity. Besides, this it might be easier to use this technique in Online shopping as an option for user to try out the furniture items in their room they are thinking to buy and allow user to visualize the room how it will look after placing furniture in it. User can try out multiple combinations virtually, without physical movement of furniture items. Our motivation here is to increase the time efficiency and improve the accessibility of furniture try on by creating furniture augmented reality application. This system will help the customer to view the furniture object virtually in real environment before buying the object. Due to this system customer will come to know how his home structure would look after buying the furniture object. This system would let the user to try multiple combination of object virtually without physical movement of furniture objects. These will help the buyer to determine how to setup furniture in home structure.

Agriculture is the prime factor that controls the significant population of the world. As the large increasing population is directly or indirectly involved in Agriculture fields, it is the foremost and primal source of occupation. Among the agriculture industry Tea plantation agriculture is one of the most essential beverage people used to consume. Likewise in agriculture industry several challenges like crop disease and pest problem widely effect the production. Similarly in Tea plantation agriculture the production is severely affected by diseases. Therefore, automatic detection of disease in tea leaves at early stage has become an important factor. The concept of machine learning based techniques such as Deep Learning techniques diagnose the system for analyzing unhealthy leaves which seems interesting because there is a scarcity of skilled specialist to analyze images and make diagnostic conclusion. Furthermore, the introduction of new sophisticated hardware and software system approach has prompted the development of automated detection system for the early identification of tea leaf disease. This effort will facilitate the researchers those who are new in this field to get a quick introduction towards the trend of Deep Learning and Computer Vision in Tea plant leaves disease detection.

The SPSW are lateral load resisting structures which are getting widely used in high rise building structures. The objective of current research is to evaluate the structural and vibrational characteristics of SPSW without any opening type. The FEA structural analysis is conducted on steel plate shear wall using ANSYS simulation package. The FEA analysis is conducted on SPSW structure under static pushover loading conditions. The stresses of high magnitude are obtained at the corner edges of plate. The equivalent stresses are obtained across the entire steel plate and is found to be maximum at the center of mid plate of SPSW. The initial resonant frequencies are obtained for SPSW. The structure is likely to resonate across frontal plate direction which may cause damage to the structure.

The liberty to speak and express oneself is a principal pillar of democracy which ensuring the ability of individuals to freely express themselves and actively engage in public discourse is a fundamental right. The following comparative study examines various ways of protecting this fundamental right across India, USA and UK. The first amendment to the constitution in the USA is a strong barrier against government intervention with free speech. The American historical context has significantly impacted this legal framework, which emphasizes on individual expression and the freedom to express anything regardless of how contentious or offensive it may be. Though the right itself has some restrictions, it is taken for granted in the UK as one of its essential freedoms that includes speech and expression. The UK regulatory framework for protection of free speech includes domestic laws and international laws. However, the Indian approach towards freedom of speech is based on a more moderate model compared with other countries. The Indian Constitution grants these rights, also article 19 (2) has "reasonable restrictions" which are allowed for the protection of social interests. Understanding the nation's perspective on free speech requires a close examination of its historical background rooted in the Indian fight for independence and a commitment to equal rights. This study analyses how these approaches have developed following the influence of relevant dates in law and court rulings. It discusses some of the current issues that come with the digital age like; online hate speech and false information. These challenges prompt distinct strategies in both countries. This research offers valuable insights into the diverse dynamics of freedom of speech, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of how democratic societies steer the complex terrain of this concept while justifying the core values of democracy.

When a blockchain application works on data from the real world, it relies on the oracle mechanism to transfer data from other sources to the blockchain. Blockchain the Oracle problem arises around the need to obtain reliable information from another source. Previous work focused on data authenticity/integrity by creating secure channels between blockchains and external sites, while using oracle network organizations to solve the information/integrity problem. Avoid failure of any kind. However, the problem of factual information, which arises when external legal documents present false or misleading information, has not yet been resolved. This project aims to solve these problems and improve the use of the chain using Oracle Blockchain technology. This project involves the design and implementation of a blockchain-based application chain using the Oracle Blockchain Platform. The main objectives include creating a distribution certificate and transparency to track the flow of goods throughout the supply chain, from the purchase of raw materials to the end of shipment. Smart contract functionality will automate key aspects of contract execution, invoicing and resolution, providing greater efficiency and cost savings. The findings and insights from the project are expected to contribute to the greater use of blockchain technology in supply chain management and create a more transparent, robust environment for the digital age. This summary summarizes the project's objectives, approach, expected results and potential impacts to provide stakeholders and readers with a brief overview

With the advent of information technology, the entire way of doing business has changed. Information technology has transformed all aspect of life bringing in an entirely new landscape. In recent times, the e-commerce sector has boomed and has almost done away with the conventional way of business. E-commerce refers to the place where the retailers are directly able to sell their products and services to consumers virtually, while no need of physical contact between the buyer and seller. It has ushered in new era where the consumers get a wide range of choices at their convenience. E-commerce has also stretched the reach of small retailer to a vast extent, while buyers are now able to reach out to a number of retailers of their choice. Ensuing transactions have impacted positively on the Indian economy. However, it has brought in many instances of fraud and malpractices leading to the need of robust regulatory mechanism which ensures the smooth operation of E-commerce business in India. E-commerce business in India is required to navigate through a vast terrain of laws. E-commerce is vastly dependent upon, inter alia, the data of consumers and retailers, which makes it susceptible to cyber threats and data breach thereby making it is necessary to follow the regulations so as to protect the interest of the concerned stakeholders. This paper will highlight the legal issues which are being faced by the e-commerce businesses in India. Furthermore, it will go through the relevant case laws impacting the business of e-commerce in India. The paper would deal with the data privacy of consumers and the dark patterns used by e-commerce businesses in detail. It will also analyze the applicable Indian laws on e-commerce. Lastly, the paper would conclude with the possible suggestions as to enhance the ease of doing business in India.

cool air into the engine compartment and circulate it over the cylinder head. This process helps to prevent the engine from overheating, which could result in significant damage. The cooling efficiency of a scooter's engine is heavily dependent on the performance of these cooling fans. Scooters typically use centrifugal fans that have an axial air intake and radial air outflow and are fitted with either backward-curved or forward-curved blades. This project focuses on the prototyping of an engine cooling fan using reverse engineering techniques. Reverse engineering is used to dissect an existing cooling fan, making it crucial to comprehend its design and functionality. This approach allows for a deeper understanding of the fan's construction and operation
