An intramuscular injection is a technique used to deliver a medication deep into the muscles. Intramuscular injections commonly result in pain, redness swelling or inflammation around the injection site. Rarely, nerves or blood vessels around the injection site can be damaged, resulting in severe pain. Comfort is an important need and ensuring a patient's comfort is a major nursing responsibility. Helfer Skin Tap Technique is a non- pharmacological pain management techniques describes that mechanical stimulation over the skin can help to alter the balance between the small diameter fibers that carrying pain to the brain, and the large diameter fibers not carrying pain to the brain.

This research investigates the incorporation of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into the comic performances of actor Vivek in Tamil cinema, with a particular emphasis on the film Kadhal Sadugudu (2003). Vivek, known for blending comedy with social conscience, uses his screen presence to promote key topics such as environmental preservation, education, and civic responsibility--all of which are essential themes connected with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals. The present research examines selected sequences and exchanges from Kadhal Sadugudu, focusing on how Vivek's character promotes sustainable principles softly but successfully via sarcasm and wit. The research adopts the qualitative analysis of content technique to investigate the relationship between enjoyment and advocacy. By analyzing Vivek's role in raising public knowledge about sustainability, the research highlights the power of popular film as a tool for social change. Finally, this study adds to the discussion of cultural interaction techniques for environmentally friendly growth via the perspective of regional film and popular comedy performance.

The swift development of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies has significantly transformed healthcare monitoring by allowing continuous, real-time observation of vital health indicators. This project introduces a health monitoring system based on IoT that is capable of detecting and evaluating Electrocardiogram (ECG) readings, irregular heart rates such as tachycardia and bradycardia, as well as blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) levels. The system employs various sensors, including an ECG sensor, the MAX30100 pulse oximeter, a SIM800L GSM module, a NodeMCU (ESP8266) microcontroller, and a TFT screen, creating an allin-one solution for health tracking. When it identifies serious health issues like abnormal heart rhythms or reduced oxygen levels, the system automatically sends a text alert to a caregiver through the GSM module.

Abstract: Theoretical basis: The film industry plays a significant role in the cultural and creative landscape of Eastern India. Odia cinema, popularly known as Ollywood, houses several production studios, post-production facilities, and talent pools that support the regional film ecosystem. Since the 1970s, it has been evolved into a center for film production, with films often reflecting the socio-cultural themes and traditions of Odisha. Government support through film policies, along with the rise of digital media and local film festivals, has further stimulated growth and innovation in the industry. Research methodology: The information has been collected through secondary source of information from related websites and by interviewing the cinema Hall owner and Actors Physically. Case overview: This case study is intending to give insight about the down fall of single screen film hall in Odia film industry. Key film institutions like Kalinga Studio, Odisha Film Development Corporation, and FTI Odisha, Odia film industries contribute economically, socially and culturally to the odisha people and their development. People get employment opportunity like Actors, directors, writers, camera operators, technicians, editors, makeup artists, etc. having also Indirect employment like Set designers, costume suppliers, caterers, transport providers, light and sound technicians, and more. It also provides new opportunity like rising demand for OTT content which is creating jobs for young creative like editors, animators, and You Tubers. Complexity academic level: It is to be deeply understood by the students that the sufferings of film maker due to decline of single-screen cinemas and producers in the Odia (Ollywood) film industry, creating several economic and creative challenges. With the shutdown of many single-screen cinemas, especially in semi-urban and rural Odisha, the number of venues available to release films has decreased sharply.

This study looks at how flooring components--like colours, textures, patterns, and materials--affect occupants' emotional reactions and visual appeal in both residential and commercial settings. A space's visual and psychological atmosphere are greatly influenced by flooring, a fundamental element of interior design. The study analyzes important preferences and perceptions related to various flooring kinds, such as hardwood, tiles, carpets, laminates, and polished concrete, using primary data gathered through a Google Form survey aimed at interior designers, architects, and general users. According to the study, sleek materials like polished concrete are linked to modernism and space, but natural materials like wood and warm-toned finishes frequently conjure warmth and relaxation. Perceived scale and mood were also found to be influenced by patterns and textures; patterned or textured floors improved spatial dynamics and added visual interest. Although many participants place a high importance on flooring's aesthetic appeal, practical considerations including longevity, upkeep, and context-specific compatibility also affected opinions. Balance between function, style, and emotional impact will find the research provides insightful information and helpful design suggestions.

The evolution of robotics has significantly enhanced automation across industries, with robotic arms playing a crucial role in various applications such as welding, material handling, and precision tasks. This project presents the design and implementation of a Intelligent Wireless Hand Motion Controlled 5DOF Robotic Arm, which intuitively replicates human hand movements to perform tasks with high accuracy and efficiency. The system utilizes a glove-based motion tracking mechanism equipped with flex sensors that capture the hand's motion and translate it into corresponding robotic arm movements through servo motors. The proposed robotic arm aims to bridge the gap between human intelligence and machine efficiency, allowing users to control multiple robotic arms simultaneously. thereby improving productivity and reducing manual labor efforts. The servo motors, which provide five degrees of freedom (DOF), ensure flexible and precise motion, making the system ideal for industrial, medical, and assistive applications. Wireless control enhances mobility and user convenience, making the system adaptable to remote operations. By leveraging sensor technology and wireless communication, this project demonstrates the potential of human machine interaction in modern industrial automation, with applications extending to hazardous environments, rehabilitation, and advanced manufacturing processes. The system is designed to be cost-effective, user-friendly, and highly scalable for various industrial and research applications.

Effective HR practices like recruitment, training, and performance management help enhance employee productivity. A strong organisational culture fosters motivation, commitment, and a positive work environment. The study demonstrates that employee outcomes can be improved by aligning HR strategies with cultural values. It aims to provide insights for organisations seeking sustainable growth through people development. The study uses a descriptive research design to examine how employee performance is affected by HR practices and organizational culture. Using a non-probability convenience sampling method, data was collected from a sample size of 144 respondents, finalized after a pilot study of 25 participants. The various statistical tools that are used are Percentage Analysis, Interval Estimation, Correlation Analysis, Weighted Average Method, Kruskal Wallis H - test, Chi-Square test and Kolmogorov Smirnov test (K-S test). The methodology ensures relevant, practical insights by focusing on easily accessible participants and descriptive analysis of current organisational practices.

This project introduces a deep learning-based approach for detecting synthetic speech by leveraging a hybrid model combining Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. As AI-generated voices become increasingly realistic, the ability to accurately differentiate between human and synthetic speech has emerged as a significant challenge--impacting areas such as digital security, voice authentication, and the spread of misinformation. To tackle this problem, the model was trained on a custom dataset consisting of both genuine human speech and AI-generated audio samples. Mel-Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (MFCCs) were extracted from each audio clip to capture essential frequency-based features of speech. These features were reshaped into a standardized input format of (130, 156) for consistent processing. The CNN layers were utilized to identify local spectral patterns, while the LSTM layers focused on modeling the temporal structure of the audio signals. The resulting system achieved high accuracy in classifying real versus synthetic voices and was deployed within a real time web application built on a full-stack architecture.
