The purpose of the survey was to assess how often consumers used over-the-counter (OTC) medications and to ascertain their awareness of the risks associated with doing so. We collected feedback on a variety of topics related to over-the-counter drug use. Out of 29 respondents, 72.4% used over-the-counter medications, usually bought on their own. The majority of them began taking their own medications two days after becoming ill. Frequent complaints of headache, cold, fever, generalized weakness, acidity, dysmenorrhea, and disturbed sleep were among the illnesses that led to self-medication. The majority of them 51.7%, 34.5%, by describing the symptom, and 15%, by displaying an old prescription, were able to obtain OTC medications. 72.4% of individuals report sharing over-the-counter medications with friends and family. Adolescents and the elderly exhibited the highest OTC usage. Self-medication was frequently justified by the time commitment required for consultations, the cost of those consultations, and the frequency of those visits. Analysis revealed that not a single middle-aged person knew the name of the medication, its dosage, how often it should be taken, or its side effects.

Customer Quoted Lead Time (CQLT) is a pivotal factor in the electronic manufacturing industry, directly influencing customer satisfaction and competitive positioning. The focus of review paper is on various strategies and models designed to enhance CQLT, emphasizing methodologies that reduce lead time variability and improve accuracy. Key approaches include lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, predictive analytics, and advanced data modeling. These strategies streamline production processes, optimize supply chain activities, and ensure alignment with customer expectations, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and market responsiveness. By integrating lean practices like Just-In- Time (JIT) production and regular improvement (Kaizen), manufacturers can minimize waste and improve process flow, significantly reducing lead times. Six Sigma tools, including the DMAIC cycle, help in systematically reducing process variability and enhancing lead time accuracy. Predictive analytics and advanced data modeling further refine these efforts, offering precise lead time forecasts and enabling proactive management of potential disruptions. This paper provides a comprehensive review of these strategies and their practical applications within the electronic manufacturing sector.

The decentralized blockchain e- commerce marketplace project aims to transform traditional online retail by utilizing blockchain technology to eliminate middlemen, boost security, and increase transparency. By leveraging distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and decentralized storage systems, the platform facilitates secure transactions and maintains data integrity. Its user-friendly interface encourages direct interaction between buyers and sellers, removing the reliance on centralized entities. Smart contracts automate tasks such as order processing, payment handling, and dispute resolution, simplifying transaction procedures. The project targets common issues in conventional e-commerce platforms like high fees, opaque processes, and data vulnerabilities. Through blockchain adoption, it creates a secure and transparent environment, supporting diverse goods and services. It aims to lower entry barriers for small businesses, spur economic growth, and enable global trade. Security measures, including encryption protocols and decentralized storage, safeguard sensitive data, enhance user privacy, and combat fraud and counterfeit products. Success depends on adopting cutting-edge blockchain solutions, forming strategic partnerships, and engaging with the community. Continuous development and research are crucial to adapt to user needs and market changes. Ultimately, the project strives to revolutionize e-commerce by fostering a secure, transparent, and inclusive platform for international trade.

The intersection of anti-terrorism efforts and environmental conservation presents a compelling subject for multidisciplinary exploration. This journal paper delves into the intricate relationship between the strategies employed to combat terrorism and their potential impacts on environmental conservation initiatives. Drawing from various disciplines including psychology, political science, environmental studies, and security studies, this research examines how anti-terrorism strategies, policies, and narratives intersect with practices in environmental conservation. Central to the study is an investigation into the underlying assumptions, values, and priorities inherent in the anti-terrorism mindset, and an exploration of their implications for environmental sustainability. Through an analysis of the trade-offs, synergies, and conflicts that emerge between security imperatives and environmental goals, this research aims to elucidate broader implications for global security and ecological integrity. Furthermore, the paper underscores the potential for synergistic approaches that utilize principles of environmental conservation to complement and strengthen anti-terrorism efforts. It emphasizes the role of environmental stewardship in promoting resilience, social cohesion, and conflict prevention, offering innovative pathways for addressing the root causes of insecurity. Additionally, the study critically evaluates existing policies and practices to identify opportunities for integrating environmental considerations into counter-terrorism strategies and vice versa. By advocating for a holistic understanding of security that encompasses both human and ecological dimensions, this research calls for a paradigm shift towards sustainable and inclusive security frameworks.

Teachers are crucial in molding the futures and careers of children. In the school environment, they undertake multiple roles to fully educate young learners, often extending beyond the responsibilities outlined in their formal job descriptions. Presently, schools operate similarly to organizations. It is impractical to list all the duties that contribute to enhancing children's learning and educational development. Therefore, it is essential for school administrations to foster organizational citizenship behavior, psychological capital, and organizational commitment among teachers to ensure the school's operational efficiency. This study investigates the gender perspectives in organizational citizenship behavior, psychological capital, and organizational commitment among school teachers in both public and private educational settings. A total of 400 teachers, aged between 25 and 45 years and with at least four years of tenure at their current schools, participated in the study. The research primarily focused on teachers instructing students from the 6th grade and above. Utilizing t-scores across various dimensions of psychological capital, organizational citizenship behavior, and organizational commitment, this study assessed gender-based differences. The findings reveal that female teachers exhibit significantly higher levels of organizational commitment compared to their male counterparts. However, no substantial gender differences were identified in terms of organizational citizenship behavior and psychological capital. These results underscore the importance of recognizing gender-specific dynamics in educational management practices, which could potentially enhance overall school efficiency and effectiveness.

The aim of the present study is to see the relationship between marriage attitude and attitude towards sex( male female relationship). The hypothesis was formulated that "there would be no significant relationship between marriage attitude and attitude scale towards sex". The sample consists of 50 students of CBLU, Bhiwani, Haryana. Tools used for data collection were Marriage attitude scale and attitude scale towards sex developed by Pramod Kumar and Km. Sandhya Sharma respectively. The statistical technique used for data analysis was Pearson (r) product moment to find the relationship between marriage attitude scale and attitude scale towards sex and the result was found that there is positive significant relationship between marriage attitude scale and attitude scale towards sex.
