The pharmaceutical sector has a value exceeding $1 trillion and efficient supply chain management (SCM) is crucial for achieving economic, ecological, and social advantages in the supply chain sector. However, conventional SCM procedures often encounter various issues such as inadequate sharing of information, extended wait times for retrieving data, doubts about the reliability of product tracking, and the presence of counterfeit products. Blockchain technology holds a great deal of promise to address these issues due to its main features, including immutability, transparency, and decentralization. A blockchain-based pharmacy supply chain refers to the use of a distributed ledger technology that allows for the tracking of pharmaceutical products as they move through the supply chain, from the manufacturer to the end consumer. This technology provides a tamper-proof and transparent record of all transactions, ensuring that drugs are safely and securely delivered to the intended recipients. Overall, the use of blockchain technology in pharmacy supply chain has the potential to revolutionize the way how drugs are tracked and distributed.

The paper focuses on the structural design and analysis of an ultralight aircraft's high wing. The wing design includes initial considerations such as planform selection, aircraft location, and structural design calculations for airfoil selection, wing area, wing loading characteristics, and wing weight. The design is done corresponding to the calculated values using the design software CATIA, and the analysis is done to show the structural deformations and stress for the applied loading conditions using the analysis software ANSYS 14.0, as well as the drag polar for the applied flow conditions using the flow analysis software ANSYS FLUENT.The objective of this project is to compare the results obtained for different materials like Al 2024-T3, Al 6061-T6, Al 7075-T651 & Al 7075 + 15% FLY ASH MMC using analysis software. From the results we will conclude which material is having better properties.

This study aims to investigate the Role of Emotional maturity on personal effectiveness among police officials. This study will be conducted through the participants of 120 police officials in various districts of Kerala who will be administrated by psychological measures like, Emotional maturity scale was developed by Singh and Bhargava (1990) and The Personal effectiveness Inventory (PEI) by Andros (1999) and re-standardized by Reena (2010) was used to measure personal effectiveness. The participants were randomly selected from different police stations. The statistical tools like, Correlation and ANOVA were used. The data collected will be analysed with the help of SPSS. The result showed that there is a high relationship between emotional maturity and personal effectiveness and emotional maturity has a significant role on personal effectiveness and its variables like personal focus, personal growth and personal adaptability; and also moderately emotionally mature participants have high personal effectiveness.

Animal cruelty is an act of depriving animals of food, water, shelter, and veterinary care. Apart from that, torturing, killing or maiming of animals is also regarded as animal cruelty and there are many such owners who are oblivious about the actual needs and necessities of animals and many owners who fail to take good care of their pets and also some torture them, beat them or deprive them of their basic needs. The animal welfare organisations tend to work towards rescuing such animals. The study sheds light on various factors and conditions affecting these efforts of the animal welfare organizations in rescuing suffering animals from neglectful and careless owners.

'Dry September', by William Faulkner, was first published in the Scribner's Magazine in 1931. His other works include The Sound and the Fury (1929), As I Lay Dying (1930), Sanctuary (1931), and Absalom, Absalom! (1936) among others. They are often rooted in American history and explore the concepts of vigilantism, prejudices and systemic injustices. 'Dry September' is based in the post-bellum era that is the post-civil war period in the southern region of America. This paper looks at the common themes of dehumanization, ambiguity, allyship and violence in William Faulkner's 'Dry September' and Harper Lee's 'To Kill a Mockingbird'.

Family relations are key to overall life satisfaction hence the study was conducted on the topic of effect of family cohesiveness on life satisfaction. The sample included 58 males, 68 females and 2 non binary, making a total of 128 participants. The participants were given two self-report measures i.e., the FACES-IV Scale and the Life Satisfaction Scale 11. The findings suggested a significant positive correlation between overall cohesion and life satisfaction; a weak negative correlation between disengaged family attachment style and life satisfaction and a significant positive correlation between balanced cohesion and life satisfaction. The relationship between enmeshed attachment style and life satisfaction was found to be insignificant. The relationship between satisfaction with psychological health and family cohesion was found to be significant positive correlation. Univariate analysis of study suggested that the study has a high level of explanatory power, with an R-squared of .810 (adjusted R-squared of .425), indicating that 81% of the variance in Life Satisfaction can be explained by the model. The main effect of Cohesion is significant, indicating that individuals with higher levels of Balanced Cohesion tend to have higher Life Satisfaction scores. The implications and limitations of the study were also discussed. The results of the study were consistent with past researches and the implications and limitations of the same were also discussed.

The Hydrogel are three-dimensional, hydrophilic, polymeric network capable of absorbing large amounts of water or biological fluids due to high water content, porosity and soft consistency stimulate natural living tissue, and has rapid absorption rate. The aim of present study is to formulate topical hydrogel containing Luliconazole to treat fungal infections using synthetic gelling agents such as HPMC K4M, and Carbopol-934 evaluated for various parameter. The drug-excipient compatibility studies shows that there is no interaction between drug and selected polymer(s). For present work 32 factorial design was selected, two independent variables were selected i.e., Carbopol-934 (X1) & HPMC-K4M (X2) and nine formulations were formulated as per experimental design. The Nine formulation were evaluated for the various parameters and their result were found to be as for pH (6 to 6.9), the viscosity (3130 to 10318) cp, % drug content (95.18 to 98.26), the cumulative % drug release in 8 hours (79.49 to 53.15). The Batch F1 was selected as optimized formulation containing HPMC K4M 1%w/v, Carbopol-934 1%w/v, Methyl Paraben 0.1% w/v, Propyl Paraben 0.05% w/v, Glycerine 1ml and water up to 10ml. and follows zero order kinetic. The optimized batch was found to be stable as per ICH study. It was concluded that problem associated with Luliconazole by oral administration like GIT ulceration can be overcome by topical route of administration of hydrogel

Whatsapp Groups are the most used feature of the social networking site Whatsapp. It is an integral part of our life. Its uses have changed from only personal to professional and academic purposes as well. It is very relevant to understand the dynamics of these whatsapp groups to get a clearer understanding of the communication patterns and barriers and concerns of it among faculty. This study will be focusing on the lecturers from Hyderabad from various institutions. A survey was conducted with 71 participants with a self administered test. The results show that while whatsapp has been something that they use for many purposes, not everyone wants it to be mandatory or they are still hesitant to accept it as an official channel.

: This study presents a battery-operated handheld lawn cutter and fabricated using locally available materials. The machine's design considered various factors such as durability, strength, light weight, assembly, and disassembly, making it cost-effective and flexible. The grass cutter's performance was tested, and the results show that it accurately cuts grass in a shorter amount of time, while maintaining 76 percent process efficiency. The machine's construction was precise, and the design allowed for greater mobility. This handheld grass cutter offers an alternative method for grass cutting that is less cumbersome and more efficient, saving time and costs. Overall, this study contributes to the development of affordable and locally-sourced machines that can support agricultural activities in rural areas.
