Work-Related Musculoskeletal Disorders are common among IT professionals due to prolonged sitting, repetitive tasks, poor ergonomics, often resulting in neck pain from trapezitis. This condition, caused by inflammation and muscle spasms in the trapezius, leads to pain, stiffness, and reduced mobility, affecting productivity. Effective treatments, including Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Bowen Technique (BT), help relieve pain and improve function. MET uses controlled muscle contractions to release tension, while BT is a gentle manipulation technique promoting relaxation and recovery. So the aim of the study is to compare the effectiveness of Muscle Energy Technique (MET) and Bowen Technique (BT) in reducing neck pain and disability in IT professionals with subacute trapezitis. 24 IT professionals (20-45Y age) with subacute trapezitis (7 days - <1month) were randomly assigned into two groups: Group A (n=12) received MET & Group B (n=12) received BT for 2 weeks for 5 sessions/week. Both Neck Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) and Neck Disability Index (NDI) were measured at baseline & after 2 weeks. Paired t-test results showed Group B (BT) had greater improvement. MET & BT are effective for neck pain and disability in IT professionals with trapezitis. BT may offer superior short-term outcomes in pain reduction and neck function. Clinically, BT can be recommended to the patients having subacute trapezitis to reduce pain and neck disability.

Abstract: This literature survey explores the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the Indian judicial system. With an overwhelming backlog of cases, linguistic diversity, and procedural complexities, India's judiciary presents a compelling opportunity for AI-driven interventions. The survey critically examines contemporary research focusing on the integration of AI into legal processes--particularly in the domains of legal document analytics, natural language processing (NLP), multilingual summarization, bias detection, semantic reasoning, translation, and domain-specific large language models. Through a systematic review of academic contributions, this study establishes a comprehensive foundation for future AI innovations tailored to enhance judicial efficiency, transparency, and accessibility. The findings aim to support a vision where AI not only augments the judiciary's functionality but also advances the broader goal of timely and equitable justice delivery for the common citizen.

This paper describes the design of solar powered charging station for charging of electric vehicle describes design of solar powered charging station for charging of electric vehicle that solves the key downside of fuel and pollution. Electric vehicles have now hit the road worldwide and are slowly growing in numbers. Apart from environmental benefits electric vehicles have also proven helpful in reducing cost of travel by replacing fuel by electricity which is way cheaper. Well here we develop an EV charging system that solves with a unique innovative solution. This EV charging of vehicles without any wires, No need of stop for charging, vehicle charges while moving, Solar power for keeping the charging system going, No external power supply needed. The system makes use of a solar panel, battery, transformer, regulator circuitry, copper coils, AC to DC converter, atmega controller and LCD display to develop the system. The system demonstrates how electric vehicles can be charged while moving on the road, eliminating the need to stop for charging. Thus the system demonstrates a solar powered wireless charging system for electric vehicles that can be integrated in the road.

With the advent of the science and technology in this modern era, the social networking sites has emerged as the easiest and cheapest tool of communication among individuals worldwide. Its immense growth to disseminate information, ideas, facts, knowledge and opinions around the world have made connectivity and communication much easier. This research aims to extensively examine the purpose of social networking sites in promoting environmental consciousness among the youngsters, considering various dimensions and implications. This research provides a deeper understanding of how these platforms of social networks such as Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Twitter, and so on determines the changing mindset of the youth towards the development and sustainability of the surrounding and the environment they reside in. The research was descriptive in nature and Simple random sampling technique was used to ascertain the representative of the study. For the purpose of data collection, interviews and structured close-ended questionnaires was used. The study found that social networking sites plays a significant role in disseminating environmental awareness and shares updates on environmental problems and real-time environmental alerts. Further, the study also provides educational contents to tackle environmental problems and eventually helping the respondents to change their mindset and behavior to bring positive changes and betterment to the environment as a whole.

Shoplifting in retail stores accounts for approximately 30-40% of total losses in the retail sector, posing a significant threat to business profitability and operational effectiveness. Traditional surveillance systems are greatly reliant on human observation, which is typically inconsistent and liable to supervision due to fatigue or distraction. Small and medium-sized retail stores, in particular, lack access to affordable and effective real-time shoplifting detection systems. Thus, such stores remain susceptible to frequent losses, affecting their revenue and store security. This paper proposes an AI-based Shoplifting Detection System specifically to address these requirements. The system uses a light 3D Convolutional Neural Network (3D-CNN) architecture that analyzes surveillance videos for unusual behavior. It accurately detects normal shopping patterns and raises real-time alarms to initiate prompt action, thereby minimizing the need for manual observation and enhancing loss prevention. The system is also scalable, affordable, and compatible with existing CCTV infrastructure, making it practically deployable at a large scale in store settings.

In the last few years, there has been a rapid exponential increase in computer processing power, data storage, and communication. But still, there are many complex and computationally intensive problems that supercomputers cannot solve. These problems can only be met with a vast variety of heterogeneous resources. The increased use and popularity of the Internet and the availability of highspeed networks have gradually changed the way we do computing. These technologies have enabled the cooperative use of a wide variety of geographically distributed resources as a single more powerful computer. This new method of pooling resources for solving large-scale problems is called grid computing. This paper describes the concepts underlying grid computing.

Over the past few years, a growing understanding has emerged that a healthy environment underpins the well-being and prosperity of all our communities, urban and rural. Successful regions require a healthy presence of green infrastructure for sustainable economic development. There is no doubt that both national and global authorities have discussed the transition to green and inclusive economies for a long time. Several global announcements have been made recently by India, including the 2030 Global Development Agenda and the Paris Agreement. Furthermore, as many developing countries in Asia, Africa, South America and East Europe become emerging countries, there is a certainty that urbanization will be chaotic and outside the control of local governments. Many cases have shown that strategies aimed at reducing urban poverty are associated with high budgets and do not prioritize sustainability. The public's concern about sustainability and the environment has shifted from niche to mainstream in recent years, placing new demands on economic policymakers. Making a strong economic case for environmental improvements has been a key challenge for policymakers and practitioners. To the extent that this paper attempts to comprehend the concept of Green Infrastructure and its benefits and also recognizes its economic value and incorporates it as a framework for the development of economic policies and strategies that will enhance a sustainable economy.

This paper explores The Midnight Library by Matt Haig through the lens of feminist literary criticism, existential philosophy, and psychological inquiry. It focuses on the protagonist, Nora Seed, whose journey through multiple parallel lives serves as a metaphor for the struggle for feminine autonomy, emotional authenticity, and the pursuit of meaning beyond societal expectations. The novel interrogates traditional models of female fulfillment rooted in conformity, perfectionism, and relational identity, revealing the psychological weight of gendered norms. Nora's existential crisis mirrors what Betty Friedan termed "the problem that has no name," highlighting the emotional disconnect many women face despite outwardly successful lives. Through speculative fiction, Haig reframes female subjectivity as a process of ongoing self-discovery rather than a destination of externally defined success. Nora's eventual return to her original life represents a conscious act of agency, emphasizing that true empowerment lies in choosing life as it is--with all its uncertainty, flaws, and possibilities. This study argues that The Midnight Library offers a contemporary feminist vision of liberation through presence, self-awareness, and the courage to live authentically.
