The primary purpose of this study was to design and evaluate a single-unit time-controlled oral pulsatile drug delivery system containing salbutamol sulphate for nocturnal asthma attack prevention. Time-dependent delivery systems are intended to provide a rapid or prolonged release of the medicine after a certain amount of time, referred to as the lag time. These systems can be used for a variety of purposes, including chronotherapeutic formulations and medication administration into the colon. The purpose of this work was to create a time-dependent press-coated tablet. This work seeks to create and assess a chronomodulated drug delivery system of antiasthmatic medication, a selective 2 receptor blocker for the treatment of nocturnal asthma, which is valid and acceptable reasoning. The purpose of this paper is to provide an overview of the rationale for delayed-release dosage forms as well as the primary formulation methodologies. Maintain a lag time of 4-6 hours before drug release and a lag time of 4-5 hours between plasma peak concentration and controlled release of a medication indicated for the pharmacological treatment of asthma. The goal was to have a six-hours lag time. The device is used at bedtime and is expected to deliver the medicine after 6 hours, or around 4 a.m. when asthma episodes are most common.

This explores how current available tools address problems with noise in web user profile. We establish that current research works eliminate noise from web data mainly based on the structure and layout of web pages i.e. they consider noise as any data that does not form part of the main web page. However, not all data that form part of main web page is of a user interest and not every data considered noise is actually noise to a given user. The ability to determine what is noise and useful to a dynamic web user profile has not been fully addressed by current research works. We aim to justify a claim that it is important to learn noise prior to elimination, to not only decrease levels of noise but also reduce loss of useful information. This is because if noise in web data is not clearly defined and analysed through learning, the purpose and its use will be compromised hence its overall quality

The high rate of student dropout in Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) is a serious issue with these courses. An effective MOOC student dropout prediction model can identify the reasons that cause students to drop out and provide insight into how to implement interventions to improve student success. For the prediction of student dropout in MOOC courses, many features and methodologies are available. The data from a self-paced math course, College Algebra and Problem Solving, given on the MOOC platform Open edX in collaboration with Arizona State University (ASU) from 2016 to 2020 are examined in this research. This research proposes a model for predicting student dropout from a MOOC course based on a set of variables derived from the daily learning progress of students. In the prediction, the Gradient Boosting Model technique from Machine Learning (ML) is performed, and validation factors such as accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, Area Under the Curve (AUC), and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve are used. With an accuracy of 87.5 percent, AUC of 94.5 percent, precision of 88 percent, recall of 87.5 percent, and F1-score of 87.5 percent, the model constructed can predict whether students will drop out or continue in the MOOC course on any given day. Shapely values were used to explain the contributing features and interactions for the model prediction

A healthy diet is essential for good health and nutrition as it protects against many chronic non communicable diseases. In spite of growing awareness amongst people, there is a constant rise in number of health-related issues in all age groups due to misleading information, ignorance, quacks, changing lifestyle, stress, and ambitious goals. It is indeed a challenge to come out with healthy, ready to eat or cook options which are pocket friendly and meet various nutritional requirements. Thus, a functional food product was developed to meet the market demands as people prefer healthy foods. The standardized product is a Pizza base made using flour of bajra, soya bean, oats, lotus seeds, pumpkin seeds, white sesame seeds, mixed herbs & groundnut oil. A sensory evaluation was carried out with 30 consumer panellists using a 5-point Hedonic scale & attributes tested were appearance, aroma, taste, texture, & overall acceptability. The product was found to be acceptable and scored an average of four. The other aspects studied were packaging, nutritional labelling, budgeting and marketing. The product was packed in a polythene bag & sealed using a heat-sealing machine. Shelf life is 5 days but further studies are in process. The recipe being nutrient rich, can help with various conditions if consumed on regular basis. Development of this product provided an opportunity to replace refined pizza base with a healthy alternative.

As a result of high levels of triglycerides, cholesterol and other lipids in the bloodstream, hyperlipidemia is a disorder that may lead to heart disease and stroke. Increased levels of plasma lipids are the root cause of many cardiovascular illnesses. A major part of this study is devoted to the function of cytochrome and plant extracts, as well as animal screening models. Hyperlipidemia may be treated with a combination of over-the-counter drugs and dietary adjustments, as well as frequent exercise and a healthy diet. It also discusses the different hyperlipidemia screening models that are now available..

This paper presents the performance of Virtual Private Network (VPN), Established through IGP- Interior gateway protocol and BGP- Border gateway protocol. The topology was simulated using GNS3 simulator. Which is a Graphical Network Simulator. Information is the true universal currency which we all carry with us every day. Thanks to how computer system connects us, we can share information globally, to share that information securely VPN connections are used widely. Which keeps your information secure and anonymous. Network testing such as ping command has been used to measure the connectivity as packet transfer. We have also analyzed a transmission of packet by using Wireshark tool. In this Paper we have established a VPN for a company whose head office is in Hyderabad and branch office is at Bangalore. A secure IPsec VPN tunnel has been created over a public network (Internet). This work is significant to forecast of network design and to analyse the performance of VPN.

Over the years, e-learning, also known as digital education, has gone through numerous stages and transitions. It uses one or more online instruction tools to supplement the use of technology in the classroom. Past and recent studies have revealed a number of limitations and flaws that greatly impede the online education system's inclusive performance and procedure. Many countries have had to adapt to new situations in various sectors, including education, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research backs up the necessity to plan and implement e-learning strategies, as well as transition to resilient e-learning technologies in the online educational system. This is accomplished by undertaking a complete and critical assessment of certain previous and recent related studies in order to gain a better understanding of its current state. Identifying related solutions to prepare and implement learning strategies to shift into resilience elearning technologies and role in modern and sustainable society, in addition to determining which factors or barriers pose the most significant challenges and barriers to stakeholders implementing e-learning technologies.
