In the modern work environment--characterized by competition, globalization, and technological advancements--organizations are no longer confined solely to the pursuit of economic success; rather, they are also expected to uphold socio-ethical responsibilities. In this context, the five major vows of Jain philosophy--Ahimsa (Non-violence), Satya (Truth), Asteya (Non-stealing), Brahmacharya (Chastity), and Aparigraha (Non-possession)--prove to be highly relevant. Ahimsa manifests in the workplace as cooperation, tolerance, and compassion; Satya serves as the foundation for transparent communication and honest conduct; Asteya emphasizes honest dealings and the equitable utilization of resources; Brahmacharya lays the groundwork for gender respect and a safe work culture; and Aparigraha inspires sustainable development and the balanced distribution of resources. The effective dissemination of these values is possible only through communication, as it is the primary means of establishing trust, clarity, and accountability between employees and leadership. Ethical communication--rooted in honesty, openness, clarity, and respect--fosters shared responsibility and cultivates an empathetic, transparent, and sustainable culture within the organization. Thus, the integration of Jain philosophy and communication not only economically empowers modern organizations but also propels them forward toward the realization of social justice and sustainable development.

The primary goal of a Formula SAE (FSAE) suspension system is to maximize the tire con- tact patch under severe dynamic loading while keeping the unsprung mass as low as possible. This paper details the engineering approach behind the double wishbone pull-rod suspension system developed for our FSAE race car. We bypassed basic theoretical models and utilized LOTUS SHARK software to iteratively optimize the hardpoints, targeting specific kinematic behaviors like controlled camber gain, roll center migration, and anti-dive/anti- squat characteristics. For the physical architecture, we balanced weight and strength by machining the wheel hubs and uprights from Al6063-T6 aluminum, while relying on high- carbon steel for the control arms. Complete load transfer calculations were performed for longitudinal and lateral acceleration scenarios, which fed directly into our finite element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS. By structurally optimizing the load paths, we achieved a factor of safety above 2.1 across all primary sus- pension components. The final setup delivers highly predictable handling, minimal chassis roll, and improved overall tractability on tight autocross circuits.

The automotive industry consistently demands components that offer high precision, superior surface finishes, and robust resistance to varied environmental conditions. Traditional manufacturing methods for car mirror housings, such as injection molding or machining, often involve prohibitive tooling costs, long lead times, and limited flexibility for rapid design iteration. This project investigates the design and development of a car mirror prototype utilizing Stereolithography (SLA), a premier resin-based additive manufacturing technique. The SLA process operates by curing 2D layers of liquid photopolymer resin using ultraviolet (UV) radiation--typically via a computer-controlled laser--to build a solid physical part layer by layer. To meet automotive-grade requirements, the prototypes were developed using a specialized polycarbonate-like resin. Polycarbonate is an engineering thermoplastic valued for being strong, transparent, and impact-resistant, with high durability and heat resistance. By leveraging SLA's ability to produce intricate geometries and smooth surface qualities, this study aims to evaluate the prototype's dimensional accuracy, mechanical strength, and functional performance relative to traditionally manufactured components. The successful development of these prototypes demonstrates significant advantages, including cost reduction, accelerated product realization, and enhanced quality of the final mirror casing. Furthermore, this research explores the critical process parameters--such as layer thickness, laser exposure, and post-curing--that are essential for optimizing the material properties of polycarbonate-based resins in a professional manufacturing context.

The representation of women in Indian cinema has changed significantly, mirroring larger social, cultural, and political shifts in the country. The representation of women has gradually changed from the early decades, when female characters were frequently limited to the conventional roles of obedient spouses and mothers, to the rise of more nuanced and independent heroines. The 1970s and 1980s parallel cinema movement challenged popular narratives by introducing more complex and realistic female characters. Stronger roles and films that focus on women have become more popular in recent years, bringing attention to topics like gender inequity, identity, and empowerment. The path of women in Indian film is a dynamic interplay between tradition and modernity since issues like typecasting and underrepresentation still exist despite advancements.

By 2040, NEP 2020 seeks to change India's educational system. The National Education Policy 2020 suggests a number of changes for both higher education and schooling, including technical education. One of the main aims of the NEP is to promote job givers than job seekers. Hence the researcher felt the need to examine the influence of NEP on students' intention to take entrepreneurship as a career option. For this purpose, primary data was collected from Two hundred students. The result shows that intention of students to take entrepreneurship as a career has increased. The respondents felt that there is adequate provision in NEP in students' intention to take entrepreneurship. The schoolwork found that despite management initiatives to encourage free enterprise, the number of businesspeople has not meaningfully augmented.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a leading cause of dementia, characterized by progressive cognitive decline and memory loss, and remains a major public health challenge worldwide. Current therapeutic options primarily address symptoms and offer limited efficacy, necessitating the exploration of innovative treatment strategies. This review focuses on multi-drug targeting approaches, which aim to address the multifactorial nature of AD by intervening at multiple pathogenic pathways simultaneously. Multi-drug targeting strategies encompass the use of drug combinations, polypharmacology (single molecules with multiple targets), and the integration of pharmacological treatments with biological agents such as monoclonal antibodies. These approaches strive to modify disease progression by reducing amyloid-beta plaques, preventing tau aggregation, mitigating neuroinflammation, and preserving synaptic function. Incorporating the "One Health" perspective, this review emphasizes the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health in the context of AD. A holistic approach considers environmental factors, lifestyle, and co-morbidities, advocating for comprehensive interventions that include lifestyle modifications, dietary adjustments, and environmental controls alongside pharmacological treatments. The objectives of this review are to provide a detailed analysis of multi-drug targeting strategies for AD within the "One Health" framework, evaluate their efficacy and safety, and discuss the potential benefits of integrating broader health determinants in therapeutic approaches. The review covers the pathophysiology of AD, current therapeutic limitations, detailed discussion of multi-drug strategies, and how environmental and lifestyle factors can enhance treatment outcomes. Through this comprehensive analysis, the review aims to propose a more effective and holistic strategy for combating Alzheimer's disease.

With the rapid increase in the popularity of learning platforms on the Internet, there are huge amounts of educational content available. It can be a big problem for users who wish to choose proper courses based on their own needs. There are a variety of platforms like Coursera, Udemy, or edX which provide a large amount of content related to different courses. The keyword-based searching approach used by these platforms does not provide enough accuracy for the recommendation of courses that fit perfectly into users' goals, skills, or interests. Therefore, this paper describes an intelligent course recommender system using a machine learning algorithm, which will help learners discover appropriate courses much more efficiently. In this research, a content-based filtering approach is adopted to recommend courses. First, course descriptions are transformed into numeric vectors using Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Then, cosine similarity is applied to measure the similarities between courses. Such a system can recognize courses that are similar in topic to each other. The application is implemented in Python using the Flask framework. Evaluation results show that the suggested recommender system indeed works better in discovering new courses than existing approaches.
