This laboratory study aimed to investigate the mechanical properties of self-compacting concrete (SCC) with the addition of silica fumes, marble waste, and jute fibers. SCC is a high-performance concrete that does not require vibration for compaction, making it more efficient and environmentally friendly. In this study, different proportions of silica fumes, marble waste, and jute fibers were added to SCC mixtures to determine their effect on the mechanical properties of SCC. The results showed that the addition of silica fumes and marble waste improved the compressive strength and flexural strength of SCC, while the addition of jute fibers improved the tensile strength and toughness. The optimal mixture proportions were identified, which could be used for future construction applications. The study demonstrates the potential for incorporating waste materials and natural fibers into SCC to improve its mechanical properties and reduce environmental impact. Self Compacting Concrete is able to compact under its own mass in thin sections and congested reinforced zones due to its high fluidity and cohesiveness. To produce a self compacting concrete , the marble waste is also used with partial replacement as 05,10 and 15% in natural fine aggregate and compared with the conventional mix. The marble sector has produced a large amount of waste in recent decades , which is increasing day by day. Marble waste is a highly polluting form of industrial waste , which has a significant health impact on the environment. Throughout the manufacturing process of the marble about 20-30% of marble waste is generated and created for disposal and land filling problems. Jute fiber is also used as additive material for making environmentally eco friendly concrete and also improved the split tensile strength and flexural strength of SCC. The optimum variety of Jute fiber is taken approximately 0.1 to 0.4% to produce a better quality of scc. A fine industrial by-product of silica fumes is used as a partial substitute for cement by replacing 5,7.5,10% for making eco-friendly concrete. When increasing the silica fumes quantity the results showed that the slump and air content of the concrete gradually increased . The experimental results of mechanical properties of SSC found better than conventional concrete and results are compared with the existing codal provisions.

this paper represents the structural behaviour of RCC twisted building subjected to seismic loads with the high rise twisted building using ETab. In a twisted tall building various rate of twist and for RCC twisted building will be analyzed. The different rate of twist 1.5, 3.5 degree per floor for twisted building are considered. The modelling and analysis will be done using ETab Results obtained will be plotted for parameters such as storey displacement, storey drift and base shear. The aim of this project is to achieve the optimum angle of twist of twisted building for 1.5, 3.5 degree per floor angle of twist for different storey.

This review aim to provide basic knowledge regarding the medicinal plant of bael ( AEGLE MARMELOS). The ripened bael fruits are popular among people because of the tasty fruit pulp, which is great for producing jam, syrup and pudding. Bael has several therapeutic properties and is thus employed in ayurveda herbal medicine preparations.) ie. fruits, bark, leaves, seeds, and roots of Bioactive chemicals found in bael include coumarin, xanthotoxol, imperatorin, aegeline, and marmeline.) These substances have antidiabetic, anticancer, antifertility, antibacterial, immunogenic, antiaoxidant, antidiarrheal, wound healing, analgesic, insecticidal activity are a pharmacological properties. Bael plant is a traditional medicinal plant to use various diseases. Aegle marmelos has undergone extensive research on various components, leading to the isolation of many types of compounds, including alkaloids, coumarins, terpenoids, fatty acids, amino acid, tannis, flavonoid, saponins. This study summarieses information regarding the A. marmelos (Bael) phatochemicals , pharmacological study, synonyms, traditional use.

The issue found is that occasionally students don't know about upcoming seminars, which results in a wasted opportunity to learn new things. The project's goal is to develop a website that would make it easier for college instructors as well as learners to get information about upcoming seminars. The workshop can be scheduled by the coordinator, and attendees can sign up.

The use of industrial wastes has been found to be helpful in stabilising soil, and study into this topic is expanding quickly in the field of construction engineering. The current experimental work provides a brief overview of the suitability of the locally accessible Rice Husk Ash (RHA) to be used in the local construction sector in a way that minimises the quantity of trash that must be disposed of to the environment, creating environmental contamination. Due to the increasing cost of stabilising materials like cement, lime, etc., standard soil stabilisation techniques are getting more and more expensive.

Self Help Groups are non-formal cooperatives that are causing a silent revolution in rural India through micro credit and various other economic activities involving women are the major change agents. SHGs in Birbhum district of West Bengal that had made a notable success in micro finance. This study has focused on the functioning of 112 SHGs located in rural areas of 19 blocks of Birbhum district of West Bengal. These SHGs were found to save a portion of their meagre income and pool that money for their inter-lending among them at an interest decided by the SHGs. The survey revealed that credit and loans were used for better sustainability and enhancement of income from various livelihood activities. Empowerment of women was undertaken through training and other assistance given by local panchayat, NGOs and Govt. officials. The SHG members increase in self-confidence, leadership qualities and skill.

The purpose of this paper is to explore the traces of racial segregation in the movie The Help by Kathryn Stockett where the African-American women are marginalized, oppressed and exploited as a slave. It also brings out the predicament of black women, their victimization by sexist and racist oppression and the role played by white women in maintenance and perpetuation of that victimization and their experience of misogyny, which is evident in the violent enforcement of the separation between races, and the lack of professional options for white women.

Curcuma longa L. is a member of the ginger family (Zingiberaceae) and is widely used by traditional healers to treat a wide range of ailments. Because of its high curcumin content, Indian turmeric is especially popular in compared to other countries. Curcuma longa rhizomes are commonly referred to as Haldi or Turmeric. Rhizomes are underground horizontal stems that produce both shoots and roots. Turmeric includes curcuminoids, which are fat-soluble polyphenolic pigments. The most important of these is curcumin (deferulolyl methane), which is responsible for the yellow colour of Indian curries; others are demethoxy curcumin and bisdemethoxy curcumin. Turmeric, commonly known as 'Indian saffron,' is a natural antibacterial agent. Turmeric contains nutritional as well as therapeutic benefits. Turmeric contains phytochemicals, making it a therapeutic plant Nonnutritive plant compounds (phytochemical components) can prevent illness. Turmeric root powder is used for its flavouring properties as a spice, dietary medicine, and for a variety of critical therapeutic advantages. Many studies have been undertaken on morphology, phytochemical profiles of the entire plant, and other qualities that have been recorded and documented. This paper seeks to describe turmeric's uses, botanical description, taxonomical categorization, phytochemical constituents, and pharmacological activities, as well as current research developments.
