This research explores the integration of Virtual Reality (VR) technology in industrial product selection, particularly in the pump manufacturing sector. Traditional product selection methods are often time-consuming and lack interactivity. VR offers a transformative alternative by allowing consumers to engage with 3D models and simulate product operations in immersive environments. This study investigates how VR affects consumer understanding, purchasing confidence, and decision-making behavior in industrial contexts. The findings highlight VR's potential to enhance product marketing, improve buyer experience, and streamline complex technical evaluations, especially among younger, tech-savvy professionals.

Practice has been an integral part of music. The importance of rigorous practice has always been told by great gurus and musicians. It would not be an exaggeration to say that practice is the only key to excel in the field of music. Also, it is said that "Jo Karega Riyaz, wo Karega Raaj". In music education, practice is emphasized from the day one. This is also important to understand to what to practice at different levels as per your skills and expertise. After a certain level, it becomes necessary to practice advanced patterns of practice to get mastery and sound skills. In my research paper, I have tried to cover the advanced practice patterns that will definitely help innumerable sitar players and learners to get an idea about the advanced practice patterns and attain sound skills.

Digital communication demands deeper processing a video frames and its contents. Fade effects play a crucial role in video editing by enabling smooth visual transitions, maintaining narrative flow, and enhancing viewer engagement. This research proposes an AI-driven approach for generating seamless fade effects in video editing, leveraging deep learning and scene analysis to automate and optimize transition design. The system utilizes a convolutional neural network (CNN) combined with temporal attention mechanisms to detect scene boundaries, analyze visual and audio context, and apply fade-in/fade-out effects dynamically based on content semantics, motion intensity, and emotional tone.A training dataset comprising diverse video genres was used to teach the model common visual cues for natural transitions. The proposed framework outperforms conventional editing tools by delivering context-aware fade effects that align with the pacing and mood of the narrative. Additionally, it integrates with modern video editing software, offering real-time previews and customization. This research highlights the potential of AI to enhance creative workflows in digital media production by introducing intelligent automation in a typically manual, time-intensive process.

The Supreme Court's decision in Justice K.S. Puttaswamy (Retd.) & Anr. v. Union of India & Ors. (2017) represents a landmark in Indian constitutional law, affirming the right to privacy as a fundamental right under the Constitution. This article critically examines the ruling through the triadic lens of privacy, dignity, and liberty, highlighting its legal, philosophical, and policy implications. Central to the Court's reasoning is the adoption of the proportionality test, which serves as a judicial standard to assess the legitimacy and necessity of privacy infringements. The judgment's doctrinal clarity, normative reasoning, and transformative potential are assessed in light of both its promises and its limitations. Its influence is evident in subsequent rulings such as Navtej Singh Johar and Joseph Shine, where the Court extended privacy principles to areas of sexual autonomy and personal decision-making, signaling a broader constitutional shift towards individual liberty.

The ninth novel by Kazuo Ishiguro, Klara and the Sun, is set in the future and is narrated by a robot. Through the use of a post-humanistic scenario, Ishiguro tells a story about mankind. Essential questions, such as the following, are considered in Klara and the Sun: What are the characteristics of humans? And do non-human "others" such as machines, robots, and cyborgs exhibit human characteristics? What lessons can we learn from our environment and any non-human variables that will help us live a more fulfilled life? How should non-human "others" be treated? The novel Klara and the Sun is examined through the lenses of humanism, postmodernism, and posthumanism in order to answer the aforementioned problems. Ishiguro uses the environment as a metaphor to communicate with his audience his emotional message.

Abstract: The recruitment process in many organizations often struggles with inefficiencies, bias, and subjectivity due to traditional practices like manual resume screening, unstructured interviews, and generic assessments. To address these challenges, our project introduces LIMAT - Linguistic & Intelligent Machine for Automated Talent Acquisition, an AI-powered system designed to automate and streamline the hiring process LIMAT leverages Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to intelligently analyze candidate profiles, dynamically generate role-specific questions, and evaluate both textual and verbal responses. It automates resume screening by extracting relevant skills, experience, and qualifications, ensuring quick and accurate candidate-job matching. By minimizing human biases through data driven evaluations, LIMAT promotes fair and objective hiring practices. It supports asynchronous interviews and analyzes both written and spoken responses using sentiment analysis and confidence scoring, helping recruiters make better decisions. LIMAT also ranks candidates based on their overall performance and can provide instant, constructive feedback to improve the candidate experience. Furthermore, it integrates easily with existing HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), making it a scalable and cost effective solution for organizations of all sizes. By significantly reducing the time-to-hire and recruiter workload, LIMAT transforms talent acquisition into a more efficient, fair, and intelligent process. LIMAT not only enhances the efficiency of recruitment but also brings innovation to every stage of the hiring pipeline. Its ability to dynamically generate interview questions tailored to specific job roles ensures that each candidate is evaluated on relevant criteria, improving the accuracy of talent assessment. The system's advanced verbal and textual analysis helps identify communication skills, domain knowledge, and emotional intelligence, offering a holistic view of each applicant. With built-in scalability, LIMAT can seamlessly handle large volumes of applications without compromising evaluation quality, making it ideal for organizations with high recruitment demands. Additionally, its integration capabilities with existing HR tools allow for smooth adoption without disrupting current workflows. By automating repetitive tasks and offering consistent, unbiased assessments, LIMAT empowers recruiters to focus on strategic decision making and helps organizations attract and retain top talent in a competitive job market.

Background and Aim: Myofascial neck pain is common in IT world, students, continuous mobile users, bad postures and improper sleeping position etc. Myofascial neck pain can hinder quality of life due to associated comorbidities such as sleep disturbances and depression. In addition, the myofascial nature of myofascial pain syndrome predisposes afflicted patients to maladaptive emotional responses such as catastrophizing and rumination of existing pain and fear of physical movement. A variety of physiotherapy interventions have been used to treat mechanical neck pain, but few of them have proven effective. The number of studies on the clinical effectiveness of MT techniques, such as myofascial release therapy (MRT), has seen a marked increase. Myofascial release (MFR), a form of manual therapy, uses a low-load, sustained stretch on the myofascial complex to restore appropriate length, lessen pain, and enhance function. The aim of the study is to find out the effectiveness of myofascial release therapy in reducing pain and improving functional outcome for subjects with myofascial neck pain.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has advanced to the point where it can generate hyper-realistic images that closely resemble genuine visuals. These synthetic images, while a testament to technological progress, raise significant concerns regarding misinformation, digital deception, and media manipulation. To address these challenges, this study proposes a novel image authenticity detection framework leveraging Vision Transformers (ViT)--a state-of-the-art deep learning architecture known for its superior performance in image classification tasks. A custom-curated dataset containing both real and AI-generated images is used to train and evaluate the model. By analyzing global and local image features through the self-attention mechanism of ViTs, the system effectively classifies images based on their authenticity. This approach aims to enhance digital media integrity, contributing to the responsible and ethical use of AI-generated content.
