Cholesterol detection and stroke prediction are crucial tasks in healthcare for early diagnosis and prevention of cardiovascular diseases. In this study, we propose a deep learning approach for cholesterol detection and stroke prediction using Fully Convolutional Network (FCN), ResNet18, and ResNet151 architectures. For cholesterol detection, we utilize a FCN model trained on a large dataset of medical images. The FCN model enables pixel-level analysis and segmentation, allowing accurate identification of regions associated with cholesterol deposition. The model is trained using annotated images, and the resulting cholesterol maps can aid in the diagnosis and assessment of cardiovascular risk. For stroke prediction, we employ transfer learning with the ResNet18 and ResNet151 models pre-trained on large-scale image datasets. These models have demonstrated excellent performance in image classification tasks. By fine-tuning the pre-trained models on a stroke dataset, we aim to leverage their learned features for stroke prediction. The models are trained on a combination of clinical data, such as patient demographics, medical history, and laboratory results. To evaluate the proposed approach, extensive experiments are conducted using a diverse dataset comprising medical images and patient records. The performance of the models is assessed in terms of accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC-ROC). Preliminary results show promising performance for both cholesterol detection and stroke prediction tasks. The FCN model achieves high accuracy in identifying cholesterol deposition regions, aiding in the early detection of cardiovascular risks. The ResNet18 and ResNet151 models exhibit strong predictive capabilities for stroke, leveraging their ability to capture complex features from the clinical data. The results of our experiments demonstrate outstanding performance with accuracy scores of 98%, 98.4%, and 99.6% for the FCN, ResNet18, and ResNet151 models respectively.

This paper examines the interconnectedness between housing and transportation, recognizing them as two vital components of urban and regional systems. Housing and transportation are inextricably linked, as the availability, affordability, and accessibility of housing directly impact transportation patterns and choices, and conversely, transportation infrastructure influences housing location decisions. The paper highlights key aspects and challenges associated with housing and transportation, and emphasizes the need for integrated and sustainable planning approaches to address these complex issues. The paper begins by discussing the significance of housing and transportation in shaping the quality of life for individuals and communities. Adequate and affordable housing options are essential for social well-being, while efficient transportation systems enable accessibility to employment, education, healthcare, and other essential services. However, the paper recognizes the existing disparities in housing affordability, availability, and quality, which often exacerbate social and economic inequalities. Similarly, transportation infrastructure deficiencies, traffic congestion, and limited mobility options present additional challenges for communities worldwide. Next, the paper explores the intricate relationship between housing and transportation choices. Housing location decisions directly influence transportation modes and commuting patterns. Proximity to transportation hubs, such as public transit stations, impacts the feasibility and attractiveness of alternative transportation options, including walking, cycling, and public transit. Conversely, transportation infrastructure development and policies affect housing development patterns, with transit-oriented development and mixed-use zoning encouraging compact, walkable communities. Furthermore, the paper addresses the environmental implications of housing and transportation systems. The increased energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions associated with housing and transportation contribute significantly to climate change. Sustainable solutions, such as energy-efficient housing designs, mixed-use developments, and the promotion of public transit and active transportation modes, are crucial for mitigating environmental impacts and fostering greener, more resilient communities. Finally, the paper emphasizes the need for integrated planning and policy approaches to address housing and transportation challenges effectively. Collaboration between urban planners, policymakers, transportation agencies, and housing organizations is essential for developing comprehensive strategies that align housing and transportation goals. This includes promoting affordable housing near transit corridors, implementing transit-oriented development policies, improving infrastructure connectivity, and integrating land use and transportation planning. In conclusion, this paper highlights the intricate relationship between housing and transportation and the importance of adopting integrated and sustainable approaches. Addressing housing affordability, accessibility, and quality alongside transportation infrastructure development is critical for creating vibrant, equitable, and environmentally sustainable communities. By recognizing and prioritizing the interplay between housing and transportation, policymakers and planners can work towards achieving more livable, connected, and resilient cities and regions. Introduction: The emergence of 3D technology and the growing use of intraoral scanners in dental clinic settings have reduced the need for examinations using traditional methods. Dental arches can be directly optically photographed using intraoral scanners, which are medical instruments. When compared to three-dimensional scanners, it projects a laser beam of light onto the target item. Aims and Objectives: The goal of the current research is to assess the justification for developing a clear demonstration of numerous clinical features of intraoral scanners in orthodontics. Methods: The literature was searched using an electronic database, including Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and Embase, starting in 2017 and searching through 2021. Conclusions: There are still limitations despite the innovations scanners have incorporated into orthodontic practice. The most frequent limitations at the moment are being overwhelmed by knowledge, having adequate clinical abilities, and the price of the gadget. More fine research must be shown, so clinicians can understand the technical side of cutting-edge technologies.

Concrete, an essential building material, emits a lot of CO2 from the material production stage to the manufacturing stage, including the production of cement, aggregates, and admixtures. Due to the escalating emissions of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, the adverse effects of climate change are becoming more and more obvious around the world. Around 5 to 7% of the global carbon emissions caused by human activity are attributable to the cement sector. In light of this, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the optimal level of CO2 emission during the manufacture of concrete. This study also looked into the effects of using sawdust ash (SDA) as a partial replacement of cement. SDA was replaced by weight in the cement at several concentrations, including 7 percent, 14 percent, and 21 percent. Compressive, flexural, and tensile strength tests were carried out on concrete cubes, beams, and cylinders on the seventh and 28th days after the concrete had been made and had been curing in water. Based on the data, we suggest replacing cement with Saw Dust Ash at 14 percent for better production of eco friendly concrete.

The invention of the wheelchair has greatly benefited and facilitated the transportation of injured and disabled individuals. However, a significant challenge arises when it comes to navigating stairs, which are commonly found in multi-story buildings such as hospitals, schools, and homes. While some places in India have installed lifts, the majority still rely on stairs, making the task of carrying someone with mobility limitations a laborious and stressful endeavor. Motivated by this pressing issue, we embarked on designing a revolutionary wheelchair that addresses this problem. This abstract summarizes the fabrication of a mobile stair lift designed for two purposes: assisting individuals with mobility impairments on stairs and lifting heavy weights. The lift is portable and maneuverable, providing accessibility in different environments. It incorporates safety features and adjustable platforms for secure transportation. Additionally, it can handle substantial loads for weightlifting purposes, making it suitable for industrial, construction, and fitness settings.
