To prove objective to assess the available immobilization devices which were used in Radio- diagnosis and Imaging Department. In the trauma patients, uncomfortable patients are frequently transported to hospital using full immobilization devices. At the emergency department, immobilization is often maintained until radiological work-up is completed. In this study, we examined how these devices influence radiation exposure and noise, as a proxy for objective image quality. The Conventional Radiographs (CR), Computed Tomography (CT) and magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans were made using an immobilized on various types of immobilization devices. Manufacturers of immobilization devices should take Radiological properties of their devices into account in the development and process. This study included 100 patients in which 61 male, 37 female and 2 pediatric patients. Then the immobilization devices have been used on these patients. These patients were divided in the four machines; like Computed Tomography (CT) and magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) in the building of MMIMSR and SUPER SPECIALTY HOSPITAL Mullana-Ambala (Haryana). The result of immobilization devices ; In maximum age group (20-49), 45 foam pads, 5 velcro straps, 16 head rests, 17 knee pads and 9 sand bags were used on out of 54 patients. On majority of the patients, foam pad was used. In minimum age group (0-19), 10 foam pads, 10 velcro straps, 3 head rests, 1 knee pads and 2 sand bags were used on out of 11 patients. On majority of the patients, foam pads and velcro straps were used. Conclude that, generally patients were ready to use immobilization devices but in some cases patient refused to use immobilization devices. As we can see in fig.8.11 and 8.12 that majority of patient used devices and some of did not. Majority of patients were ready to use these devices because they believe that these devices helps to improve scanning and somewhere they are comfortable with these devices. As we mentioned earlier that few patients refused to use these devices and this is because somewhere they had fear to use these devices and generally, these patients were growing children.

: In world where fire accidents are increases commonly and the first responders always risk their lives to save the lives of others. Unfortunately, history tells that these first responders do not survive most of the time. To save as many lives as possible, it is important to leave dangerous tasks to machines. One such device is a drone it provides great mobility and doesn't risk any personnel. Drones can also gather information through the Flame sensor the GSM detects the exact location of fire with the help of temperature sensor at greater speed and Arduino-UNO is helps for communication and also drones are having great mobility. has 360 degree view, reliability.

BACKGROUND: Push up is simple and widely use exercise for the human body. The name "plyometric" is a combination of the Greek words "Plio" and "Metric," which mean "to access" and "repeated sequence of stretch-shortening cycles". The physiotherapist job requires them to participate in activities that involve a lot of strength and endurance like passive or resisted exercise, transferring from bed, gait training etc. Also work with sports teams and players. More than 72 % of students they were suffering from musculoskeletal issues and poor endurance.AIMAND OBJECTIVES: To check the effect of Plyometric push-up exercise on strength, endurance, power, and dynamic stability among physiotherapy students.METHOD: An interventional study. The ethical approval was taken from KPGU, Vadodara. Total 34 participants were enrolled in the study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Written informed consent was taken. To assess muscle strength the 1RM bench-press and muscular endurance measured by counts the maximum number of push-ups. Power measured by SMBT, and dynamic stability measured by UQYBT. Pre outcome measure was taken. Warm-up and cool down exercises were done (5min stationary cycle, stretching exercise) after that plyometric push-up exercise done. Total 3 sets per week for 6-weeks duration. Then post outcome measure was taken.RESULT: Paired 't' test was applied to find statistical difference between 'Pre' and 'Post' reading of outcome variables (One min maximum push-up, 1RM, SMBT, UQYBT) using MedCalc software. P value of <0.05 was considered statistically significant.CONCLUSION: There is significant effect of upper extremity plyometrics push-up exercise on upper extremity strength, endurance, and dynamic stability among physiotherapy students. But there was no significant difference of power in plyometrics push-up pre and post-test.

This paper aims to bridge the gap between the hearing impaired and normal people. This paper focuses on building a user-friendly system that can help generate the gestures through a digital humanoid using audio input as well as to recognise the sign gestures. Since the preferred form of communication for deaf and hearing-impaired persons worldwide is sign language. However, communication between a person with language impairment and a normal person has never been easy. This will enable the user to enable two-way communication between hearing impaired and normal people without the use of a translator.

The genus Clematis has been a source of various traditionally useful and pharmacologically active species. Many plants of this genus are prominently climbers and woody vines. The species are mosly wild however; few are grown as ornamental plants. The species Clematis orientalis, Clematis mandshurica, Clematis heracleifolia, and Clematis terniflora were selected to study on their traditional use, chemical composition and pharmacological effects reported in literature. In folklore these species are used as antispasmodic, carminative, diuretic, anodyne, antidote, diuretic and sedative agents. The triterpenoid saponins are the dominant compounds of these species flavonoids, alkaloids, lignans, coumarins, steroids and volatile oils have also been reported from sister spectes. The pharmacological effects evaluated are antioxidant, cytotoxic, antimicrobial, antidiabetic, hepatoprotectve, and anti-inflammatory activities. As such these species has emerged as good source of traditional medicines. The chemical compounds isolated from these species have been reported for their pharmacological effects. Although, few experimental studies validated their traditional claim, but uncharacterized crude extracts were employed in most of the activities. Such species need to be explored properly for their bioactive principle and exploited as potential drug. The review will help the researchers to select medicinally potential species of Clematis for future research
