In today's data-driven world, document verification remains a time-consuming and error-prone process, especially in educational and administrative domains. This paper presents an AI-powered Document Validation System designed to automate the verification of official documents such as Aadhar Cards, PAN Cards, and SSC Certificates. Built using the Flask web framework, the system employs Tesseract OCR for multilingual text extraction and leverages the Gemini large language model to intelligently extract specific fields like name, date of birth, and gender. Users input their personal details, which are then validated against extracted information through structured comparison logic. The system features real-time status updates, validation summaries, and Excel export capabilities. Emphasizing security, usability, and modularity, the project demonstrates how modern AI and OCR technologies can be integrated to streamline document verification with high accuracy and reduced manual effort.

Accessibility to public spaces remains a fundamental right for all individuals, yet it continues to be a significant challenge for persons with disabilities (PwDs), especially in urban India. This study critically reviews the accessibility of diverse public spaces in Bhubaneswar (BBSR), a rapidly growing smart city in Odisha, through the lens of universal design and inclusive planning. Focusing on physical, sensory, cognitive, and social accessibility, the research evaluates the current conditions of parks, transit hubs, government institutions, educational facilities, healthcare centers , marketplaces, and religious sites. Using both primary survey methods and secondary data sources, the study identifies infrastructural and design-level barriers that hinder the mobility, autonomy, and dignity of specially-abled individuals. By aligning observations with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPWD) Act, 2016 and urban development norms, the research proposes strategic recommendations to enhance equitable access and foster a truly inclusive urban environment. The findings aim to inform policymakers, urban planners, and civic authorities towards actionable change in BBSR's public infrastructure landscape.

In today's fast-evolving world, technological growth and urban expansion have led to increased vehicular traffic, particularly in highly populated regions. This surge presents major challenges in traffic regulation, especially during peak periods and emergencies. To address these issues, we propose a machine learning-based traffic management solution aimed at improving vehicle navigation particularly for ambulances, and optimizing traffic flow. Our study leverages Python-enabled algorithms for real-time image and video analysis using object detection frameworks. The developed system is capable of handling substantial amounts of traffic data efficiently, highlighting its ability to support intelligent and responsive traffic management in real-time conditions.

ABSTRACT There is a long-standing debate about learning through the mother tongue or the English language. A person who is proficient in any language can learn anything perfectly. Language scholars and educationists are in support of mother tongue education. Society and social construction are based on the first language. Children learn the mother tongue easily by themselves and do not need special training; they deduce rules from themselves while learning. They start to think in their mother tongue and learn anything else through this. Thus mother tongue plays an important role in determining the ability in academic learning and intellectual learning. Mother tongue education is possible in a unilingual country like China but not possible in a multilingual country like India. The universal language that English is the second national language as well as the Education medium in India. Students should feel the importance of both the mother tongue as well as English to learn together from their initial stage of education.

This study introduces and contextualizes strategic transparency within media ethics. The value of proactive information tactics is to equip public relations professionals to combat misinformation and show that the company wants to encourage moral communication. When faced with such situations, organizations employ internal and external communication tactics to promote the organization's positive image and lessen the influence of unfavourable events on its reputation. This is a laborious and time-consuming process. The case studies in this research supplement provide examples of companies that have adopted transparency strategies, illustrating communication best practices and tactics. The training outcomes of public relations officers aimed at curbing the dissemination of misinformation in society to protect the organization's image were also examined in this research. This study also analyses the ethical issues arising from the practice of transparency in Public Relations by advocating for active information participation and the fact that information sharing does not mean doing it at the expense of one's privacy. In order to promote trust, however, the practice of public relations does not only enable appreciation of the need for transparency but also understanding that certain information must be protected. A mixed-methods approach is used in this research, where an exploration of cases of strategic transparency is studied quantitatively as a case analysis, and at the same time surveys assessing PR practitioners' attitudes towards the ethical dimensions of their practice were administered, and also the analysis of interviews with PR specialists, will allow to gain in-depth understanding of various effective means of transparency to tackle misinformation. This study emphasizes the importance of incorporating strategic transparency, for example, in particular as an ethical measure, as a mainstay for all Public Relations Practitioners.

Rice is a staple food consumed worldwide, and its quality directly impacts consumer satisfaction and request value.Traditional styles of rice grain quality analysis are labor-ferocious and prone to mortal error. This paper proposes an automated, effective, and dependable system for quality analysis and bracket of rice grains using image processing ways. The system captures high-resolution images of rice grains and processes them to prize crucial features similar as size, shape, texture, and color. These features are also used for bracket into different rice types and quality grades using machine literacy algorithms. The proposed approach minimizes mortal intervention and enhances thickness, delicacy, and recycling speed, making it suitable for artificial operations.

Work-life balance has emerged as a vital concept in the recent past, especially in fast-developing industrial regions like Tiruppur District, which is famous for its booming textile and garment industry. The current study attempts to know the practice of work-life balance adopted by the staff of various organizations in Tiruppur and specifically attempts to know how professional responsibilities are managed along with family responsibilities. The research analyzes the most significant determinants of work-life balance, such as working time, organizational support, job strain, family responsibilities, and personal coping style. The data were collected through a combination of primary and secondary data and consisted of carrying out surveys among workers who were recruited from different sectors like manufacturing, services, and private organizations. The study reveals the extent to which firms embrace worker-friendly policies like flexible scheduling, leave entitlements, and wellness initiatives, and how these influence employee satisfaction and productivity. The study also enumerates the challenges faced by workers in sustaining a balanced lifestyle, particularly in industries with heavy workload and stringent deadlines. Ultimately, this research has lessons for policymakers and employers on how to establish a more peaceful and sustainable working environment in Tiruppur District.

Heat management is a critical factor in ensuring the efficiency and longevity of gear systems. This project focuses on the design and fabrication of a temperature distribution and heat transfer system controlled by gear-typed fins. The primary objective is to enhance heat dissipation efficiency by optimizing fin geometry and material selection. Gear-shaped fins offer increased surface area and turbulence, promoting better heat transfer compared to conventional fin structures. A prototype is designed and fabricated to analyse thermal performance under different operating conditions. Experimental and computational methods, including are utilized to evaluate temperature distribution, heat dissipation rate, and overall thermal efficiency. The results demonstrate significant improvements in heat transfer characteristics, making this approach suitable for applications in heat exchangers.

Blumea fistulosa Kurz of family Asteraceae is used traditionally as antispasmodic, antipyretic, antioxidant, anti-diarrheal, liver tonic, expectorant, diuretic, astringent and stimulant as well as to treat bronchitis, fevers and burning sensation. The objective of the present study is to screen antioxidant activity with various extracts of Blumea fistulosa. Five different solvents were used to extract the bioactive compounds. Antioxidant property was evaluated using 1,1-diphenyl,2-picryl hydrazine (DPPH) radical scavenging activity. The results indicated that plant exhibited good antioxidant activity.
