The soleus is a powerful muscle in the back part of the lower leg (the calf). It runs from just below the knee to the heel, and is involved in standing and walking. It is closely connected to the gastrocnemius muscle and some anatomists consider them to be a single muscle, the triceps surae. The soleus muscle is a wide flat leg muscle found on the posterior leg. It runs from just below the knee to the heel and lays immediately deep to the gastrocnemius. These two muscles, along with the plantaris muscle, belong to the group of superficial posterior compartment calf muscles. Soleus' contraction results in strong plantar flexion. It also allows us to maintain an upright posture due to its important role as an antigravity muscle. The calf muscles (soleus muscles) are known as the "second heart" because they are important for returning venous blood from the periphery to the heart. It is also known as peripheral heart. So this article focusing the peripheral heart i.e. soleus muscle.

The Indian shipping industry plays a vital role in the Indian economy because it handles approximately more than 90% of the world trade for the country that consists of all the national and international trading activities thereby also including all the import and export activities. These import and export activities or international trade goes hand in hand with the India's port and its operational facilities, thereby, making it significant to understand the relationship of Indian port and its operational activities with the Indian Economy. The financial year of India begins from April and thus the data used in this research work consists of all the information for the shipping industry's turnover business annually as per the financial year, that is, April-March since 2016-17 till 2021-22.

An electronic circuit employing an Arduino board can be used to create the temperature-based fan speed control system. Due to an increase in the use of electrical equipment in both home and commercial appliances, the consumption of electricity has reached a high level. Electricity conservation and management are significant since power is essential for a country's industrial and economic development. In this work, Arduino board for fan speed control because it is now one of the most innovative electronic circuits available. The proposed system is built to measure the room's temperature and transmit that data to the Arduino board. The Arduino board then runs a programme that compares the current temperature to the set temperature. With an Arduino board and an LM-35 temperature sensor, this project suggests how to create temperature-based fan speed control and monitoring. The suggested work uses a microcontroller to dynamically and more quickly adjust the speed of an electric fan. The LCD utilised in the project makes it user-friendly and displays temperature changes as well as the fan's efficiency in real time. As a result, this project helps to conserve energy and utilise less of it for its intended purposes

Abstract: Arya Samaj, (Sanskrit:"Society of Nobles' ') vigorous reform movement of modern Hinduism, founded in 1875 by Dayananda Saraswati, whose aim was to reestablish the Vedas, the earliest Hindu scriptures, as revealed truth. In Hyderabad it was established to act as a training ground for workers and also credited the leaders associated with the nationalist movement in Hyderabad. In Suryapet of Nalgonda dist. Some leaders want to establish Arya Samaj mandir. For that they buy one building. Bommagani Dharmabiksham played a key role with the support of Nakirekanti Ramalingam, Uppala Venkanna, Kodati Venkateshwara Rao. This mandir became the centre of young leaders, students and social reformers. These leaders try to stop animal slaughter during the festival of Dasara in Dora gadis. Keshav Rao koratkar along with Aghoranatha Chattopadhyaya and Pandita Sreepada Damodara Sathyalekar undertook many political, social and educational reforms. Sathyartha Prakashika translated into Telugu. Through its magazine Vedic Adarsh Arya samaj propagated the legacy of ancient Indian culture. The Nizam prohibited Arya samaj activities. Even though there is huge pressure, it worked successfully and gave birth to good freedom fighters and leaders.

Abstract: The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 is a comprehensive policy aimed at transforming the Higher education system. This study aims to investigate the impact of NEP 2020 on higher education in India through a comparative analysis of select educational institutions before and after the implementation of the policy. The study will employ both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather data from educators, students, and administrators. The findings of the study will provide insights into the changes in the higher education sector, including curricular reform, pedagogical approaches, and institutional governance. The results will help inform the policy makers and stakeholders on the effectiveness of the NEP 2020 and the areas that require improvement.

Undertrial prisoners are individuals awaiting trial or sentencing, and their rights and treatment with- in the criminal justice system are of paramount importance. The article focuses on the key Indian laws and provisions governing undertrial prisoners, including the Code of Criminal Procedure, the Legal Services Authorities Act, the Prison Acts and Rules, and the Juvenile Justice Act. These laws address various aspects, such as the duration of detention, bail provisions, access to legal represen- tation, and the welfare of undertrial prisoners. The article also highlights the Supreme Court guide- lines that have shaped the rights and treatment of undertrial prisoners. By understanding these laws, stakeholders can work towards ensuring fair treatment, expedited trials, improved prison conditions, and access to legal aid for undertrial prisoners in India.

Uncultivated plants are vital for ecological and economic sustenance of local people. Uncultivated plants are important for the local people of the area as timber, fodder, fuel, food, medicine and cultural etc. In arid and semi arid region due to environmental conditions crop production is unstable. Uncultivated plants can be used to generate additional income through fodder, fuel, timber, medicine. Uncultivated plants cover soil to check soil erosion. Uncultivated plants are important to make rural livelihood more sustainable. A survey is conducting to know the utilization pattern of uncultivated plants in the surrounding of Sri Ganganagar city. The survey revealed that uncultivated plants are mostly used as timber, fuel and fodder in the study area.

This study gives a psychoanalytic exploration of Anorexia Nervosa as portrayed in the film 'To the Bone;. Anorexia nervosa is a complicated mental condition marked by distorted body image and severe nutritional restriction. The film provides a narrative that digs into the protagonist's struggle with the condition, allowing for an examination of the underlying psychological processes and therapeutic dynamics. This research tries to uncover the film's unconscious impulses, defence mechanisms, and symbolic representations of food and the body by using psychoanalytic ideas and concepts. Recurring psychological themes and narrative structures are recognised and analysed using qualitative analytical approaches such as thematic analysis and narrative analysis. The study issues concern the presentation of underlying psychological processes, defence mechanisms, therapeutic dynamics, and psychoanalytic discoveries. The findings contribute to a better understanding of anorexia nervosa by shedding light on its psychological intricacies and perhaps directing treatment strategies. This study's goal is to raise empathy and understanding about anorexia nervosa in our culture.

This report presents the design, implementation, and testing of a cell phone jammer. The jammer will be working at GSM 900 and thus jams the three well-known carriers in India (Airtel, BSNL, VI, Jio, and Reliance). The designed jammer could be successful in jamming the various carriers in India as will be shown at the end of this report. Nowadays, mobile (or cell) phones are becoming essential tools in our daily life. Here in India, for example, with a rather low population (around 1 billion), various cell phone carriers are available. Needless to say, the wide use of mobile phones could create some problems as the sound of ringing becomes annoying or disruptive. This could happen in some places like conference rooms, law courts, libraries, lecture rooms, and mosques. One way to stop this disrupting ringing is to install a device in such places which will inhibit the use of mobiles, i.e., make them silent. Such a device is known as a cell phone jammer or "Signal jammer", which is some kind of electronic countermeasure device that can block the frequencies transmitted by cell phone towers and towers phone. The technology behind cell phone jamming is very simple. The jamming device broadcasts an RF signal in the frequency range reserved for cell phones that interferes with the cell phone signal, which results in a "no network available" display on the cell phone screen. However, recently, there has been an increasing demand for cell phone jammers. In this project, a device that will jam GSM 900 services and all other frequencies is to be designed, built, and tested.
