- By developing a cutting-edge web-based interview platform, the project "Hiring Flask-based AI Interview Analysis through Audio and Video Processing" seeks to transform the hiring procedure. With Flask serving as the foundation, the system incorporates AI to provide thorough interview analysis. During applicant interviews, OpenCV is used for video processing, with a focus on computer vision techniques to assess non-verbal clues, facial expressions, and other visual elements. PyAutoGUI is also used to offer automation capabilities, which could improve user experience and streamline the interview workflow. The project attempts to give a smart and effective tool for objective candidate assessment by combining Flask, OpenCV, and PyAutoGUI, providing a seamless and automated solution for the hiring business. This cutting-edge platform offers a strong foundation for AI-driven analysis of audio and video files, as well as user-friendly automation features made possible by PyAutoGUI. The project is a viable option for businesses looking to integrate automation technologies, artificial intelligence (AI), and Flask to streamline their employment processes because of its dual focus on cutting-edge technology and user convenience. Compared to conventional synchronous video interviews (SVIs), employment screening can be done more effectively withthe implementation of AI-based decision agents and asynchronous video interviews (AVIs). Nevertheless, no research has been done on the social effects of employing synchronization and AI decision agents in video interviews. This study used a unique experimental setup based on the theories of social interface and media richness, to compare job applicants' perceptions of fairness between the AVI setting and the AVI setting using an AI decision agent (AVI-AI), as well as human ratings and job applicants' response behaviors between the SVI and AVI settings. The 180 observations' worth of data showed that first impressions and physical appearance greatly influenced structured interview scores, even in cases when the video interview was not synchronous, and AVIs were less effective than SVIs.

Economic stability is mediated by the financial sector. The expansion of the financial sector is critical to the country's development. It can be accomplished by offering financial services to every Indian citizen. RBI, the Ministry of Finance, and the Central Government putting effort over the past few years to promote equitable economic growth. The current analysis is mostly based on an overview of India's financial inclusion situation over the previous few years. The study emphasizes how the number of banking locations has increased and how popular the government of India's social security programs have become in recent years. Numerous reports from the Finance Ministry, RBI, IRDA, and NABARD have been examined in order to analyze these facts and numbers. A large portion of India's population has access to banking services thanks to financial inclusion, which is crucial for the socioeconomic growth of the lower income group. However, the government must take various actions to make them contribute to the growth of the economy in order to attain the desired level of outcomes and inclusive growth of various class of people.

Abstract Cross-border tourism between North East India and Myanmar offers significant potential for economic growth, cultural exchange, and regional integration. However, this potential is hindered by several challenges, including infrastructure deficiencies, security concerns, visa and regulatory hurdles, and insufficient promotion. This article explores these challenges and examines the prospects for enhancing cross-border tourism. Through a review of secondary sources, the study identifies key strategies for overcoming these barriers and maximizing the benefits of tourism in the region. The findings highlight the importance of government initiatives, infrastructure development, and effective marketing in unlocking the potential of this tourism corridor.

Brain tumors are a serious medical issue that require prompt and precise diagnosis in order to improve patient outcomes. The use of Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to automate the identification of brain cancers from medical pictures, such as MRI scans, is investigated in this research study. The suggested CNN model is suited for this challenging task since it makes use of its capacity to learn complicated visual features and patterns. To train and assess the CNN, the research technique uses a large dataset of brain MRI scans, comprising both tumor and non-tumor cases. By using methods like dropout and batch normalization, the CNN architecture is intended to prevent overfitting and capture pertinent geographical information. With pre-trained CNN models, transfer learning is used to improve the model's performance even with a small amount of training data. The outcomes of our experiment show that the CNN can successfully categorize brain pictures, with excellent recall, precision, and F1-score values. The CNN model shows promise for practical clinical applications and demonstrates strong generalization to data that has never been seen before. This study lays the groundwork for the creation of automated systems for the detection of brain tumors, which may help doctors identify these tumors early and improve patient outcomes. Moreover, it underscores the importance of deep learning methods--more especially, CNNs--in the area of medical picture interpretation and their possible wider use in the medical industry.

Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory condition of skin in youth. In Ayurveda, acne has been elaborated as one of the Kshudra Rogas (minor ailments). It is manifested in adolescence thus called as Yuvanpidika or Tarunyapitika. Symptoms of Mukhadushika show close resemblance with bacterial infection and inflammatory factors of acne. According to Ayurveda, vitiation of Kaphadosha, Vata Dosha and Rakta Dhatu lead to acne development. Kapha vitiation may resemble with excess sebum production, Vata vitiation may resemble with hyperkeratinization and Rakta vitiation may resemble with inflammatory mediators in blood, play an important role in pathogenesis of acne. Both modern and Ayurvedic sciences have considered the use of topical as well as oral medications and their combinations for the treatment of acne. Modern medications provide relief from acne vulgaris but cause noticeable side effects. In Ayurveda, acne has been treated mainly by Shodhana (purification of body) and Shamana (conservative treatment) Chikitsa or combination of both. Though, several Ayurveda texts such as Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hrudaya, etc., have elaborated the pathophysiology and treatment of acne, the available references are scattered. Thus, there is need of in-depth review and compilation of Ayurvedic texts and literatures. This review may be helpful in better understanding of comparative pathophysiology and management of acne vulgaris.

The Darknet, a portion of the deep web, has seen an increase in illegal activities such as drug trafficking, terrorism, extremism, and child pornography. Therefore, there is a pressing need for proper identification and classification of Darknet traffic. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that the random forest classifier is the most suitable algorithm for classifying dark- net traffic. This will be achieved by comparing its performance metrics with several other machine learning algorithms such as an Extra tree, AdaBoost, SVM, decision tree, etc., which were found to have the highest accuracy of 98.14%. Food security is an important and strategic matter for a country. The food security of a region can be considered successful if the increase in food production and distribution runs smoothly and food consumption is safe and sufficient to meet the nutrition of the people. As the population increases, the amount of consumption will also increase so that the demand for the main food requirement of the Indonesian population, namely rice, will also increase. Bondowoso Regency is the district that has the largest Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) from the agricultural sector. This research aims to determine the influence and interaction patterns of each actor in an effort to increase food security in Bondowoso Regency. The research method used is Mactor Analysis. The research results show that the actor with the highest influence is the Department of Agriculture and Food Security, while the actor with the highest dependency value is the Regional Government. Based on the results of the analysis of the goal of increasing food security, there are goals that have very strong ties, namely adequate food supply, the existence of a food assistance program from the government, sufficient food production, stable and affordable food prices for the community.
