As a customary story with strong cultural roots, myth frequently explains the cosmos, human experience, and societal values. A universal narrative structure that chronicles a hero's transformational journey through phases like Departure, Initiation, and Return is outlined by Joseph Campbell's notion of the Monomyth, also known as the Hero's Journey. This study examines how Son of the Thundercloud by Easterine Kire incorporates unique aspects of indigenous spirituality and Naga culture while reflecting the Monomyth framework. The plot of Kire's book is on Pele, a grieving man who sets out on a life-changing adventure filled with spiritual awakenings, symbolic difficulties, and interactions with supernatural creatures. This study aims to address the following research question: How does Kire's book use Naga cultural elements while adhering to Campbell's Monomyth structure? In order to do this, the study examines significant points in Pele's journey through the Monomyth, from his reluctant departure to his eventual acceptance of life's cyclical cycle. It does this by showing how Kire uses conventional mythic patterns to illustrate themes of death, rebirth, and hope. The paper uses Campbell's Monomyth framework to show how Son of the Thundercloud modifies common narrative structures to represent oral traditions and indigenous knowledge systems. By doing this, the book not only reinforces cultural identification but also shows how myth is still relevant today for examining spiritual awakening and human perseverance.

This case study examines a 25-year-old male ('Mr. Z') presenting with substance use disorder, primarily involving alcohol, and a history of aggressive behavior. The report details his substance use patterns, associated behavioral issues, and the impact on his life. A provisional diagnosis of substance use disorder is made. The recommended treatment plan includes pharmacotherapy, inpatient admission, and therapy sessions. The case underscores the need for comprehensive treatment approaches for substance use disorders, addressing both the substance use and co-occurring behavioral problems.

The present study examined the relationship between gym attendance and key psychological variables, namely personal growth initiative (PGIS), perceived stress (PSS), and quality of life (QoL). The findings revealed that individuals who regularly attend the gym report significantly higher personal growth, lower perceived stress, and improved quality of life compared to non-gym-goers. Independent samples t-tests indicated statistically significant group differences, with gym-goers experiencing lower stress levels (Cohen's d = -0.782, p < .001), higher quality of life (Cohen's d = 0.673, p < .001), and greater personal growth initiative (Cohen's d = 0.798, p < .001). Correlation analyses further supported these associations, revealing moderate relationships between gym attendance and psychological well-being. These findings align with Self-Determination Theory, the Stress-Buffering Hypothesis, and exercise based well-being models. Despite limitations such as the cross-sectional design, self reported measures, and potential confounding variables, the study underscores the importance of regular physical activity for mental well-being. Future research should explore causal mechanisms, employ longitudinal designs, and incorporate objective physiological measures to further understand the psychological benefits of exercise.

This case study presents a 23-year-old male ('K.H.') experiencing symptoms consistent with depression and anxiety, including sleep disturbances, generalized anxiety ('ghabrahat'), low mood, irritability, loss of interest, and recent binge eating. The report outlines his demographic details, family history marked by parental absence, history of present illness detailing the onset and progression of his symptoms, personal history including past behavioral issues, and findings from the mental status examination. A provisional diagnosis of depression was made, and the implemented interventions include medication and psychotherapy (CBT, Behavior therapy, and Psychotherapy). This case highlights the impact of familial factors and past behavioral patterns on the development of mood and anxiety disorders in young adulthood.

In the evolving landscape of modern relationships, ambiguous dating experiences-- such as situationships, benching, and breadcrumbing--have become increasingly prevalent, raising concerns about their psychological impact. This study explores the relationship between these ambiguous dating experiences and key psychological variables, including perceived stress, attachment anxiety, and relationship satisfaction. Findings indicate that individuals in situationships report significantly higher stress levels compared to those in defined relationships, while individuals experiencing benching exhibit lower relationship satisfaction. Moreover, breadcrumbing is positively correlated with attachment anxiety, suggesting that inconsistent romantic reinforcement exacerbates insecurity. The study further establishes that heightened attachment anxiety is associated with increased stress, which in turn negatively affects relationship satisfaction. These findings align with attachment theory and the stress vulnerability hypothesis, emphasizing that romantic ambiguity functions as a psychological stressor that diminishes overall well-being. While the study provides valuable insights into the adverse effects of undefined romantic relationships, future research should explore longitudinal impacts, cultural differences, and potential coping mechanisms to mitigate psychological distress. Understanding these dynamics is essential for promoting emotional resilience and healthy relationship development in contemporary dating contexts.

The advancement of image manipulation techniques has raised significant concerns regarding the authenticity of digital content. This initiative presents a real-time image forgery detection system that integrates traditional image processing techniques with a streamlined Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The system is specifically designed to identify Copy-Move and Splicing forgeries through methods such as resizing, DCT transformation, and edge analysis during the preprocessing stage. A trained CNN model is utilized for classification, determining whether an image is genuine or altered. To improve accessibility, the detection mechanism is incorporated into a Chrome browser extension, enabling users to evaluate images prior to downloading. The model is optimized for performance on low-resource systems while maintaining accuracy. Assessment using standard metrics, including precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy, validates the model's dependability. This strategy offers an effective and user-friendly solution for verifying digital media, providing substantial benefits to sectors such as digital forensics, journalism, and content moderation.

Abstract-- Cybersecurity is increasingly significant in the modern digital era as organizations and individuals face escalating threats to data integrity, privacy, and trust. Traditional centralized systems are proving inadequate in protecting sensitive data and digital infrastructures from sophisticated attacks. Blockchain, with its decentralized, immutable, and transparent architecture, provides a novel framework to strengthen cybersecurity. This paper explores how blockchain can be integrated into cybersecurity strategies, emphasizing its ability to enhance identity management, secure communications, and prevent unauthorized data tampering. It highlights various use cases and challenges, offering a forward-looking perspective on adopting blockchain technology for secure digital environments.
