 Abstract

BACKGROUND: A nutritional problem occurs when the body doesn't absorb or get from food the necessary amount of a nutrient. Nutritional problem refers to deficiencies or excesses in nutrient intake, imbalance of essential nutrients or impaired nutrient utilization. Adolescents are exposed to under nutrition, micronutrient malnutrition, anaemia as well as obesity. According to WHO, period of life between 10 and 19 years is adolescents and it is a critical period of growth and development, so good nutrition is essential. NEED OF THE STUDY: According to UNICEF 2021 data , nearly 1 in 5 adolescence globally(13-18years) are overweight and the prevalence of anemia among adolescence is 27% in developing countries and 6% in developed countries. WHO estimates that 40% of children 6-59 months of age, 37% of pregnant women, and 30% of women 15-49 years of age worldwide are anaemic. According to National Institute of health, the highest percentage of anemia was observed in the 12-14 years age group in girls (54.2%) and 15-18 year-old boys (54.2%).  Abstract

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a quick-growing network of interconnected physical objects with sensors, software, and communication interfaces to enable them to gather, disseminate, and exchange information. This paradigm has found widespread applications in areas like healthcare, smart cities, and industrial automation, bringing improvements in terms of efficiency, monitoring, and control processes. The IoT ecosystem is a complex network of interconnected components. These include physical devices like microcontrollers, sensors, actuators, as well as communication modules, cloud computing, big data analytics, and user interfaces. When these elements work together, they enable the smooth flow of data, driven automation and informed decision-making. Yet, the circulated and different character of IoT systems presents considerable security challenges. Devices tend to be plagued by poor security controls, including default passwords and poor encryption, which expose them to cyber-attacks. Security is worsened by increasing malware attacks, poor authentication protocols, and lack of network segmentation. To defeat or master these difficulties, technologies such as endpoint detection tools, multi-factor authentication, network classification, and the integration of AI and blockchain technologies are important for securing IoT infrastructures. As IoT grows, it is important to have multi-layered security frameworks in place to protect the privacy, integrity, and availability of connected devices and data. Additional research and best procedures will be essential to guarantee the stability and security of IoT systems.

 Abstract

In today's interconnected world, deaf individuals often face significant communication barriers. This project presents a novel system designed to bridge these gaps by interpreting complex hand gestures into understandable communication. The core of the system utilizes five flex sensors to capture intricate joint movements, interfaced with an Arduino microcontroller for precise data acquisition. Strategic pin management techniques are employed to efficiently handle all sensor inputs. The system is engineered to recognize 32 distinct hand gestures, translating them into actionable information. This interpreted data is then displayed in real-time on a mobile application via Bluetooth connectivity. Crucially, an ISD voice recording module coupled with speakers produces corresponding spoken words for each recognized gesture, providing a multi-modal communication aid. This system offers a robust solution for sign language interpretation, with significant potential for applications in assistive technology, rehabilitation, and intuitive human-computer interaction.

 Abstract

Cloud computing has emerging as a promising pattern for data outsourcing and high-quality data services. However, the sensitive information on cloud potentially causes security problems. Encryption techniques protects data security to an extent, but at the cost of compromised efficiency. In this paper, we focus on secure updation of data in cloud. The privacy issue is formulated from the aspect of similarity relevance and scheme robustness. Leakage of data is eliminated through a two-round searchable encryption (TRSE) scheme .All the computing work is done on the server side by operations only on cipher text.
