 Abstract

The aim of this work was to investigate and describe mucoadhesive buccal tablets of pioglitazone hydrochloride utilising a variety of bioadhesive polymers in combination, including sodium alginate, carbopol, HPMC K4M, and HPMC K15M. TEN formulations were created with various polymer concentrations and combinations of two polymers in each formulation. Individual polymers make up formulations F1 to F4. F5 to F10 were made up of two polymer combinations. Physicochemical criteria such as hardness, thickness uniformity, weight fluctuation, and surface pH were assessed on the produced tablets. The bioadhesive strength and in-vitro drug release of the produced tablets were also tested. In vitro bioadhesive strength and release tests revealed that formulation F2, which had individual polymer and medication, had the best drug release (97.51%) and bioadhesive strength. The FTIR measurements revealed no evidence of interaction between polymer and drug.

Everyone in society knows something about gold, some more than others. People with a strong urge to purchase gold and gold jewellery. We learn a lot more about the gold sector in this study and poll. The gold market in Coimbatore has grown to both urban and rural areas. People in both urban and rural areas have a strong desire to purchase gold and jewellery, but they do not do it in the same quantities, in the same quality, at the same time, at the same outlet, or with the same designs. True, and everyone knows that, but in this study, we examine that factor in an acceptable manner and from various perspectives. This research reveals which elements distinguish rural and urban areas, including economic, cultural, and social issues. These studies also show that this sector will continue to grow in both urban and rural areas. This research compares urban and rural customers, as well as the entire gold urban and rural market. This study is beneficial to both the organised and unorganised sectors. It also benefits customers by educating them on how to improve their businesses by providing the best possible service to their customers.

 Abstract

Chronic kidney disease (CKD) is a global health issue that causes a high rate of morbidity and mortality, as well as the onset of additional diseases. Because there are no clear symptoms in the early stages of CKD, people frequently miss it. Early identification of CKD allows patients to obtain timely treatment to slow the disease's progression. Due to their rapid and precise recognition capabilities, machine learning models can successfully assist doctors in achieving this goal. We propose a machine learning framework for diagnosing CKD in this paper. The CKD data set was taken from kaggle, which has a substantial number of missing values.We employ multiple machine learning methods such as DT, SVM, and DNN to analyze data from CKD patients with 21 characteristics and 400 records. The dataset is preprocessed by filling in missing data and normalizing it. To increase accuracy and save training time, the most relevant features from the dataset are chosen.Image processing and letter recognition are used to automatically input the attributes.

 Abstract

The purpose of this paper is twofold: one is to canvass some issues relating to academic corporate governance for monitoring work, particularly to emphasize the importance of expressing appropriate ethics. Another point is to point up that suggestion by providing examples of deliberate governance issues of substance for policy functioning: these latter points draw from the principles of corporate governance, and from the behavioral sciences. The conclusion is drawn that as academic corporate is a persistently developing process and organization that can and should learn from modern developments. The paper also states that the values articulated in a Code of Ethics are essential to proficient and honest functioning, and invests the values of governance with meaning and way of judging the significance of such principles. The concept of contradictory cause is mentioned in draw round. It is intended to consider practitioners to issues which may be counterproductive in implementation. Temperate suggestions are itemized and documented which are: the importance of the official rules for meetings; using the strategies proposed by strategic promoters; the importance of having an ethical culture; in negotiations and discussions the importance of issues vs. individuality; and the setting of means to performance indicators for assessment of achievement.

 Abstract

Pneumonia is an infection that affects one or both lungs. It is caused by bacteria called Streptococcus pneumoniae. According to the world health organization one in three deaths in India is caused due to pneumonia. To diagnose pneumonia using chest X-Rays need expert radiotherapists for evaluation. However, it is not an easy task for a radiotherapist to examine chest radio-graph. There are different types of pneumonia such as a normal pneumonia, Bacterial pneumonia, Viral Pneumonia and covid-19 pneumonia. Thus, developing an automatic system for detecting pneumonia would be beneficial for treating the disease without any delay.  Abstract

Dental implantology is now feasible option to conventional prosthodontics[4]. Since its inception of placing in the bone to achieve prosthetic solution that fulfils biologic, aesthetic and biomechanical requirements being a challenge. The implant site and inclination are governed by the quality of bone[1]. In prosthetically driven implantology, where placement of implant is determined by the restoration, use of radiographic and surgical along with Computed Tomography[CT] plays a important role. A stent is used for radiographic evaluation during treatment planning for implant placement and during surgical procedures to locate optimal implant placement site. The stent with dental CT scan enables us to identify the optimal position and angulation of implant relative to occlusive load. It is advisable to establish a logical continuity between the planned restoration and surgical phases. It is essential to use a transfer device which increases the predictability of success[2]. This article describes about the importance of placing stent in implant.
