The expansion of digital technology, as well as the circulation of copyrighted information on the internet, has resulted in a significant shift in the pre-existing legal framework. Using copyrighted information without permission and illegally obtaining it, such as software, films, and songs, has grown into a huge problem in the digital world. To address these issues, a variety of technological as well as legal measures have been implemented, including the development of techniques such as encryption, digital signatures, and watermarks, as well as the drafting of various international treaties and agreements, such as the TRIPS Agreement, the Anti-counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA), the World Intellectual Property Organization's Copyright Treaty (WCT), the World Intellectual Property Organization's Performance and Phonogram Treaty (WPPT), and others. As a result of the 2012 amendments to the Indian Copyright Act, it appears to be more effective enough to resolve the issues associated with infringements in the digital domain. As a result, there is ongoing debate as to whether India should sign the World Copyright Treaty and the World Patent and Trademark Treaty, and the matter is still under evaluation by the Government of India. The advent of the digital world has shifted the bounds within which copyright holders must consider the protection of copyrighted information using a variety of measures in order to maintain their rights. There are several international copyright treaties and limits and exceptions offered by TRIPS that are discussed in this article, which also considers whether or not various treaties available for the digital realm are valuable or not. Furthermore, the procedures that should be taken to prevent the abuse of copyrighted content are explored. The article finishes with some thoughts and ideas that may be effective in controlling the unlawful use of copyrighted content as well as the unlawful distribution of that material without permission.

This paper investigation on green human resource management practice and employee engagement on banking. Especially we explore how green human resource management practices influence on employee engagement, and how play the role in banking context. We used a random sample of 150 green banking employees in Karnataka (India). Data was collected through online survey and analyzed using regression model. The result shows that in general, green human resource management practices are positively and significantly related to employee engagement is shows to moderate the relationship. However green recruitment and selection only affects the behavioural factors of employee engagement perhaps but not affective and cognitive factors. hence training and development only affect the affective factors of employee engagement but not cognitive and behavioral factors. This research explores how the interplay of contextual and institutional factors between employee engagement and green human resource management practices can promote employee engagement.

In this investigation, we examine the Bianchi Type III Universe within the context of the f(R) theory of gravity. To derive meaningful insights, the Field Equations are resolved by using power law relationship between F and 'a' and by establishing the relationship between the metric potential B^n and C. Furthermore, we advance our understanding by developing important cosmological parameters such as the deceleration parameter and the Dark energy density parameter, total energy density parameter. Through this analysis, we study the physical characteristics and behavior of this model

Abstract - The Upanishads and Indian Vedanta have served as the foundation for Swami Vivekananda's educational philosophy. He added spiritual and secular knowledge to education, giving it a new dimension. He placed a strong emphasis on practical education that would eradicate ignorance and superstition from the nation and expose people to true education, which is desperately required in the materialistic and competitive world of today, as opposed to the negative and impractical education that fostered inhumanity in those days. Throughout his life, Swami Vivekanand Ji's philosophical and educational ideas offered the world a new direction. Swami Ji is well-known throughout the world for his work in Vedanta philosophy and as a renowned saint guru. Through his educational philosophy and the wonderful inspiration of the Guru-disciple connection, he impacted the civilization and culture of the entire world.

This research introduces an advanced Smart Adaptive Solar-Wind Hybrid Power Generation System equipped with an AI-Optimized Luo Converter. Unlike traditional models, the proposed system incorporates artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance power efficiency and reliability by dynamically adjusting converter parameters based on real-time environmental data. The hybrid framework integrates photovoltaic (PV) panels and Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG)-based wind turbines, ensuring continuous renewable energy generation. The heart of the system lies in its AI-driven maximum power point tracking (MPPT) algorithm, which predicts optimal operating points for both solar and wind sources. The modified Luo converter is reconfigured to respond adaptively to fluctuating input conditions, maintaining stable output voltage while reducing energy losses. A novel predictive energy management strategy uses machine learning models to forecast power availability and consumption, allowing seamless switching between energy sources and battery storage.

Abstract--This paper presents the development of a smart collar-belt for dogs, designed to provide real-time health monitoring and location tracking using Internet of Things (IoT) technologies. The system integrates sensors to monitor critical parameters such as body temperature, heart rate, and physical activity using an accelerometer. A GPS module delivers accurate location data, while Wi-Fi communication ensures reliable connectivity with minimal power consumption. The proposed solution addresses key limitations of existing pet monitoring systems, including inadequate battery life and lack of integration between health and location tracking features. By combining geolocation and health monitoring in a single wearable device, this smart collar enhances pet safety and allows owners to monitor their dog's well-being anytime, from anywhere.

Industrial and commercial sectors continue to grapple with high energy consumption and inefficiencies that drive up operational costs and contribute to environmental degradation. Traditional energy management systems often fall short, as they typically lack real-time monitoring, predictive capabilities, and intelligent automation, making it difficult for organizations to manage energy use proactively. As demand increases, the absence of advanced tools hinders both cost optimization and the achievement of sustainability goals. This paper presents an AI-based Energy Management System (EMS) designed to address these limitations through the integration of real-time data analysis, predictive modeling, and automated control mechanisms. The system continuously collects and processes data on energy usage and environmental conditions, enabling it to identify anomalies, predict future energy needs, and adjust operations accordingly to enhance efficiency. By leveraging artificial intelligence, the EMS minimizes reliance on manual oversight, reduces human error, and ensures timely responses to changing conditions. Its scalable and flexible architecture makes it adaptable to various industrial and commercial settings. Moreover, the system promotes transparency, supports informed decision-making, and contributes to long-term sustainability by reducing energy waste and operational expenses.

This study investigates the relationship between aggression and emotional intelligence (EI) in young adults, with a specific focus on comparing gamers and non-gamers across gender. Aggression, a multifaceted behavior that may be physical, verbal, relational, instrumental, or reactive, is examined alongside EI, the ability to perceive, understand, manage, and utilize emotions. The sample comprised 160 college-going young adults (80 males and 80 females), divided equally into gamers and non-gamers. The study aimed to identify differences in aggression and EI and explore correlations between them. Results showed no significant differences in aggression or EI between gamers and non-gamers. Additionally, no statistically significant correlation was found between aggression and EI across the general sample, nor within gender-specific subgroups. Although females showed a slightly stronger negative correlation than males, it was not significant. These findings suggest that gaming status may not substantially impact aggression or EI levels. The study highlights the need for future research with larger, more diverse samples, differentiated gaming types, and control for contextual variables to further examine these complex psychological constructs

Abstract This paper critically analyses the most preferred receptive skills and discusses Strategies for developing them among upper-primary-level English as a Second Language (ESL) learners in Gujarat State, India. The study explores the theoretical foundations of receptive skills and provides practical strategies for their implementation in English language classrooms. Furthermore, it underscores the importance of receptive skills for primary-level learners in second language acquisition. The findings suggest that appropriate learning strategies significantly enhance listening and reading comprehension among upper primary school students in non-urban settings and are of significant value to educators, researchers, and policymakers in ESL education.
