Crossandra infundibuliformis is a well-known plant in India for its therapeutics Profits even in fields of medicine inclusive of Ayurveda and siddha yoga of traditional Medicine in the whole world for the treatment of several ailments.it has been looked upon as the conventional utilities of Crossandra infundibuliformis got their identification when tested using distinguished disease-based pharmacological models taking diverse extracts of roots, leaves and steam as test subjects. every single part of this plant is used to remove the active phystochemistry.in this study the main exploration revealed the existence of so many phytochemicals that are domestic to this plant leaves.it revealed the existence of secondary metabolites as well as other compounds like tannins, saponins, alkaloids, flavonoids, steroids, glycosides, terpenoids, and carbohydrates. In this Review, we choose only those compounds whose pharmacology has been reported. We also concisely discuss the ethnobotany of the plant. Further to a greater extent study jurisdiction on pharmacology are also proposed where needed.

The current study aimed to examine the relationship between social media engagement, the need for popularity and core self-evaluation amongst young adults in Noida. Data were collected using self-report questionnaires from a sample of 293 undergraduate students (aged 18-21 years, Mage = 19.25 years). SPSS and SPSS Amos were used for data analysis. The results revealed a) a significant negative correlation between social media engagement and core self-evaluation; b) a significant positive correlation between social media engagement and the need for popularity; c) partial inconsistent mediation between social media engagement and core self-evaluation with the need for popularity as a mediating variable. The findings have an important implication for active social media users, educators and mental health professionals.

KRAS is the most frequently mutated oncogene in lung carcinomas, accounting for 25% of total incidence, with half of them being KRASG12C mutations. RAS is one of the most well-known proto-oncogenes. Its gain-offunction mutations occur in approximately 30% of all human cancers. The KRAS gene can simultaneously harbor multiple mutations that can potentiate tumorpromoting activity. Therapeutic strategies tailored for KRAS+ NSCLC rely on the blockage of KRAS functional output, cellular dependencies, metabolic features, KRAS membrane associations, direct targeting of KRAS and immunotherapy. A comprehensive analysis of the different pathways and mechanisms associated with KRAS activity in tumors will ultimately pave the way for promising future work that will identify optimum therapeutic strategies. Over the years, a large number of studies have identified strategies at different regulatory levels to tackle this 'difficult-to-target' oncoprotein.

A good number of people in this universe are physical challenged, among them many of them at worst needs the assistance of a wheelchair. Every single individual in this world wants to carry on with a typical human life. However, mishaps, maladies, senior ship make their longing into incapacity. Normal wheelchairs have demonstrated to be good for the impaired however it has just dole out the motivation behind individuals with irrelevant incapacities. An individual experiencing halfway tetraplegia or sclerosis feels incredibly hard to makeover the seat, even inside the limitations of a house. Such an individual needs other help even to do his/her ordinary occupations. An elective decision is the utility of an electric wheelchair. Though latest electronic wheelchair technology helps, it's still not enough to make a handicapped user completely self-reliable. Especially for people with halfway tetraplegia and paraplegia, who form the major part of handicapped occupational population. An idea of "Detachable E-drive module-based power wheelchair" is proposed which offers this population an economical traversable model of wheelchair that enhances their capacities to travel distant locations with faster speed. Proposed model offers flexible use of wheelchair, extending its application beyond the limitations of home.

This study has been undertaken to investigate the effect of self myofascial release technique by foam roller to reduce pain along Sartorius and to improve lower extremity functions among professional female tailors. Due to the repetitive and continuous pedaling movements there is adaptive shortness of Sartorius muscle leading to pain radiating from hip to legs. Myofascial release is a technique used to improve joint range of motion (ROM), to reduce muscle tension and pain. Experimental study was performed from 27th jan 2023 to 11th feb 2023. 24 participants were selected according to Inclusive, diagnostic criteria (Hip flexors length test) and Exclusive criteria.Pre and Post intervention NPRS(Numerical Pain Rating Scale) and LEFS(Lower Extremity Functional Scale)score was taken. Paired T test was done. The results obtained for Myofascial release technique on Professional female tailors with pain along Sartorius by Foam rolling suggests significance as P value obtained was (<0.0001) and T values was values for NPRS(RT.LL) is 15.0037 ,for (LT.LL) is 14.3725 , and for LEFS is 16.6560. This study shows there is significant effect of self myofascial release technique by foam roller for pain along sartorius muscle and improvement of the lower extremity functions in professional female tailors.

Abstract This article aims to develop theoretical knowledge in Literature Studies to find out the theme of Myth and Folk in Girish Karnad's Nagamandala and Hayavadana. The paper will also enhance the knowledge of traditional Indian theatre culture and legendary and mythical representations, as well as that of investigative and educational work. Girish Karnad wrote plays for a long time, typically using history and folklore to address contemporary themes. Karnad focuses on social issues and his plays deal with improbable and real issues are located next to the social ones. He has a vibrant energy that scours the past for pertinent myths, stories, and folklore to analyze the present. He made an impact on society, country, and the globe. He tried to represent how to retell Indian mythology in a contemporary setting. Before concentrating on how Girish Karnad reinterprets myths and reinterprets them in his plays to represent contemporary reality, it is crucial to consider his early influences on his development as a dramatist. In his formative years, Karnad was impacted by a wide range of individuals. He was exposed to a sociopolitical context where native and Western cultures were in stark opposition to one another.

A data logger, as the name suggests, it is a specific kind of electronic device that captures data over time and monitors changes in environmental variables. It is a versatile tool employed in areas such as scientific research, industrial processes, and building automation systems. The main function of a data logger is to gather and save information from sensors or other sources for future analysis. This information can be examined later to identify recurring patterns or trends, to resolve issues, or to adjust processes or systems when necessary. Logging data can be used to find a pattern, and analysed behaviour to know conditions in past, it is very important to monitor and log environmental data related to processes this data gets stored with a time stamp, it can be used in the future if required. In this review paper, we primarily focus on the temperature parameter because it is one of the most important environmental variables affecting daily life.
