The present case study explores a comprehensive intervention strategy designed to support a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), here referred to as "B," an 10-year-old male diagnosed with moderate ASD. The treatment approach integrated behavioral, educational, and family-based strategies tailored to address his social communication deficits, restrictive behaviors, and sensory sensitivities. Given the importance of early intervention, a structured program was implemented with the cooperation of B's parents, school teachers, and therapists. B showed significant improvements in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior over a six-month period. This case study demonstrates how a multi-modal, individualized intervention plan involving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, and occupational therapy can bring meaningful functional changes in children with ASD. Parental involvement and school collaboration were critical in reinforcing therapeutic goals and ensuring consistency in intervention

Indian fiction is rich in mythological lore, with authors continually reinventing classic tales. Mythology plays a vital role in shaping Indian society, imparting moral values and cultural traditions. Drawing from epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata, Indian literature has experienced a revival, reinterpreting myths in innovative ways. Kane skillfully reinterprets mythological stories, infusing them with fresh perspectives and insights. Her writing is marked by vivid descriptions, bringing mythological characters and settings to life. Kane's novels often feature strong, independent female characters, challenging traditional patriarchal norms. Kane's novels often feature strong, independent female characters, challenging traditional patriarchal norms. Kavita Kane's retellings, such as Lanka's Princes, excel in weaving myth and imagination. Kane's writing is notable for giving voice to marginalized characters, transforming them into central figures. This paper explores Kane's portrayal of Surpanakha, a misunderstood heroine from the Ramayana, and how she convincingly reimagines Surpanakha's transformation from Meenakshi.

Communication gaps in organizational processes can lead to significant inefficiencies and challenges, particularly in complex systems like BigFix. These gaps often arise due to misaligned messaging, unclear roles, and inadequate feedback loops between different teams and departments. This abstract examines the effects of communication breakdowns, highlighting how they can delay decision-making, reduce productivity, and increase the risk of security breaches and compliance failures. Additionally, the lack of streamlined communication can lead to duplicated efforts and wasted resources. To mitigate these issues, organizations must prioritize clearer communication strategies, foster interdepartmental collaboration, and establish transparent processes. Improving communication can enhance operational efficiency and ensure a more secure, compliant, and responsive IT infrastructure.

Annually, the hilly areas experience significant loss of human lives, properties and an extensive damage to infrastructure caused by one of the worst and recurring internal catastrophes, landslides. Darjeeling Himalayan area is non-exceptionally very susceptible to the most perilous geo-hazards caused by the non-coherent geo-environmental planning and intense tropical precipitation. The present assessment is focused to delineate the landslide hazard vulnerable zones in Kali Khola river basin in Darjeeling district using knowledge-based Frequency Ratio model incorporating Support Vector Machine ensemble. Total 107 landslide sites have been selected through field survey and satellite imagery obtained from Google earth imagery. Out of the locations identified, 75% of the landslide locations are randomly chosen as the training data and the remaining as validation dataset. The classification methods have given that the lower basin region has been dominated by the landslide susceptible zones compared to other regions in the catchment. Five classes; namely, very high, high, moderate, low, and very low vulnerability, have been introduced for the susceptibility area. Lastly, the results have been rigorously analyzed through the AUC-ROC curves, indicating the rate of prediction, from 72 to 75% accuracy-wise.

School education is the base of any country's education. It is the enhancement of all those capacities to the leaners which will enable them to control the environment and fulfill their potential. The policy of education is essential for the smooth running of the education system of any nation. In independent India, the first National Education Policy came in 1968, and the second National Education Policy came in 1986. Recently National Education Policy 2020 was approved on 29th July 2020 after a long gap of 34 years by the Union Cabinet of India, outlines the vision of new education system of India. The declaration of NEP-2020 was purely unpredicted by many peoples. The changes that NEP -2020 has suggested were somewhat that many educationists never say coming. NEP-2020 ensures universal access to the school education at school level. However, the education policy has affected school, college, and university education similarly, but the present paper mainly focuses on the role of NEP -2020 in the school education system. A well-furnished and futuristic education policy is an essential movement for the development of the country's economic and social progress, incorporated with cultural diversity, and local and the global needs. In the present study researcher has adopted a qualitative research method and analysed the National Education Policy 2020 based on the available data such as research papers, journals, websites, newspapers, etc. This paper investigators have discussed the fundamental role and principles of the NEP-2020 and mainly focused on school education system. From the viewpoint of school education- new academic structure, significant innovations, curriculum, and pedagogy are also highlighted in this entailed paper.
