Women & Nature, duo, the twosome: life giving & life sustaining forces prevailing on the face of earth, the stereotypically devalued duo: whose qualitative life conserving has undoubtedly been analogised as unquestionable paradigms of nurture and prevalence: has off late been sidelined for afterthoughts on value being measured on quantity and not quality. This paper explores the cravings for comfort that has raised incalculable apprehensions on the quality raised under such conditions, declining the quality escalating mantra of movement: compromising on the thoughts of considering man as meanders of mechanical existence. Mechanics is redrafting the old ethics of hard work founded on integrity: integrity working on the principles of ease and inequity, promoting survival of the smartest, smart work is solely appreciated and propagated: closing the eyes to the exclusivity of conception, squashing the standards set for ubiquitous unanimity. Such seemingly sound scenarios serve as samples for seamless sagacity of servitude that serves as a slavery ploy to a multitude of meagre percentile that make the world rattle around their ideologies of justice, dialogues of distinctive deliverance though the means and end happens to be evidently biased, not touching anywhere on the boundaries of equivalence: those affected are either screeching for soundness or some who are oblivious of the order of each day, decade, era etc. Industrialism, capitalism, in the guise of intensifying standards of life, is demeaning the democratic approach to life, deploying the demons of capital and profit accumulation, as vital value vials of cause and effect to existence. Such Scenarios hardly drive man to appreciate the uniqueness of prevalence and purpose: rather mute mankind to gimmicks of few who run the world to their self-benefit but propagate claims of communal gain.

Smart cities are the basis of the development of any nation worldwide. Evolution in smart cities gives rise to urban development, which leads to overall development of the nation, helping to address various challenges while promoting sustainable growth and development. But this evolution is not as easy as it seems; many factors affect the development of cities into smart cities. However, the realization of this vision hinges upon a nuanced understanding of the diverse factors driving smart city development. This paper helps in the analysis aimed at unveiling the basis for the effective growth of smart cities. Through a diversified examination of urban landscapes for various places across the world, we identify and study a varied array of factors encompassing technological innovation, governance structures, socioeconomic dynamics, environmental considerations, and community engagement. We will mostly focus on air pollution and energy management in smart cities. Using a mixed-methods approach, including qualitative and quantitative research methods and case studies, we construct a framework that covers the complex give and take of these factors. Our findings help in lighting the complex dynamics shaping smart city evolution and offer actionable ideas for policymakers, urban planners, and stakeholders. By describing what, why, and how of smart city development, this research tries to find out the barriers stopping urban development and sustainability across the globe, as well as the ways to overcome these barriers.

T.S. Eliot's The Waste Land is one of the most significant works of Modernist literature, encapsulating the fragmentation and disillusionment of the early twentieth century. Written in the aftermath of World War I, the poem reflects the social, cultural, and spiritual disintegration that characterized the modern era. This paper examines the theme of disillusionment in The Waste Land, focusing on how Eliot's fragmented narrative structure, allusion-laden language, and innovative poetic form serve to express the profound loss of meaning, coherence, and spiritual direction in the modern world. Through a close analysis of key sections of the poem, this paper argues that Eliot's "broken voice" reflects the fragmented, disillusioned nature of modern existence, marked by alienation, spiritual emptiness, and the collapse of traditional narratives and values.

Abstract: Teachers play a vital role in a child's education. Teacher's knowledge of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is important because they are often the first to notice attention deficit hyperactivity disorder symptoms in children & can provide information valuable for diagnosis and helps to influence student school performance and general learning ability. However, many misconceptions about Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder persist among teachers. Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder have academic difficulties, but they can be supported by a teacher who understand their unique needs and develop learning programs that are best for them. In India the prevalence of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among children was found to be 11.32%. Hence the focus of this study was to assess the knowledge regarding attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among primary school teachers working at primary schools of Kudal, Sindhudurg in the year 2024. A pre experimental research approach was used in this study. The data was collected personally by the researcher through direct observation and structured knowledge questionnaire with 30 multiple choice items. The sample was primary school teachers selected through probability simple random sampling technique. In the present study after analysis and interpretation of data with regard to knowledge score regarding attention deficit hyperactivity disorders it was found that the mean post-test knowledge score is higher than pre-test and this shows that the planned teaching program is highly significant in increasing knowledge of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among primary school teachers in selected schools of Kudal, Sindhudurg. BACKGROUND: Hemodialysis is an artificial substitute for kidney function, particularly in cases of renal failure. It is a treatment that filters water and waste from blood, just like healthy kidneys did. Hemodialysis aids in blood pressure regulation and the proper balance of vital minerals like calcium, sodium, and potassium. Dialysis is the process of eliminating waste and excess water from blood. Although dialysis cannot fully restore lost kidney function, it can control its operations to some degree using diffusion and ultrafiltration. Hemodialysis is not a treatment for kidney failure, but it can help people feel better and live longer. It is carried out when the glomerular filtration rate drops below 15 ml/min/1.73 m2 in patients with chronic renal failure. Patients with chronic renal failure who are anticipated to require hemodialysis treatment are treated with fistulas and grafts. A direct connection between an artery and a vein is known as an autogenous Arteriovenous, or AV Fistula. It permits arterial blood to pass through the vein. This results in venous expansion and engorgement, which permits sufficient blood flow for Hemodialysis at a rate of 600 mL/min OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY: 1. To assess the Knowledge regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients. 2. To assess the Self Care Practice regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients. 3. To find out correlation between Knowledge and Self Care Practice regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients . 4. To find out the association between Knowledge regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients with selected demographic variables. 5. To find out the association between Self Care Practice regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients with selected demographic variables. METHODS AND MATERIALS: A descriptive survey design was used to accomplish the objectives. Study was undertaken on 70 Hemodialysis patients with Arteriovenous Fistula admitted in selected Hospitals of Kamrup (M), Assam by using purposive sampling technique . Participants were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. Self structured Knowledge questionnaire and inventory checklist were used to assess the level of Knowledge and Self Care Practice. RESULTS: The study revealed that Out of 70 respondents 63 (90%) had moderately adequate Knowledge and 7 (10%) had inadequate Knowledge regarding Arteriovenous Fistula. The overall mean was 10.63 and standard deviation was 2.78. Out of 70 respondents 54 (77.1%) had moderate Practice and 16 (22.9%) had adequate Practice regarding Arteriovenous Fistula. The overall mean was 6.47 and standard deviation was 1.51. Correlation between Knowledge and Self Care Practice scores regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients. The calculated Karl Pearson's Correlation value of r=0.590 shows a fair positive correlation between Knowledge and Self Care Practice scores which clearly infers that the when the knowledge regarding arteriovenous fistula among Hemodialysis patients increases or decreases then their Practice towards it also increases or decreases. In association it was observed that the demographic variables did not show statistically significant association with level of knowledge regarding Arteriovenous Fistula among Hemodialysis patients at p<0.05 level. CONCLUSION From this study it was concluded that majority of the patient had moderately adequate Knowledge and majority of the patient had moderate Practice . So, the investigator concluded that proper awareness of Self Care Practice regarding Arteriovenous Fistula is needed in order to improve the Knowledge among Hemodialysis patient with Arteriovenous Fistula which will help to prevent from Arteriovenous Fistula related complications.

In recent years, cyberattacks targeting sensitive systems and data have become a growing concern, despite the use of advanced encryption methods. This paper introduces a secure File Distributary System that strengthens data protection by fragmenting files into multiple encrypted segments and distributing them across various cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud. The program automatically selects the cloud services and securely stores each fragment without revealing the storage locations to the user. A hidden internal key is used to track and manage the fragmented data. When access is required, the system uses a secure login to retrieve and reassemble the segments into the original file. This approach enhances cybersecurity by reducing the risk of data breaches, as a hacker accessing one cloud service would only obtain an incomplete portion of the file. The paper contributes to the fields of cybersecurity, cloud storage, and distributed data protection.
