 Abstract

Pradhan Mantri Jan-Dhan Yojana (PMJDY)" which is a National Mission for Financial Inclusion. The task is gigantic and is a National Priority. This National Mission on Financial Inclusion has an ambitious objective of covering all households in the country with banking facilities and having a bank account for each household. It has been emphasized by the Hon'ble PM that this is important for including people left-out into the mainstream of the financial system. This paper aimed to explore the awareness, usage, and opinion of the users of PMJDY account holders. A Structured questionnaire was prepared and primary data were collected from 68 respondents in Davangere district, Karnataka regarding awareness, usage, and opinion of the users of PMJDY scheme. The data was analyzed through Microsoft excel, SPSS by using statistical tools like frequency, percentage and chi-square test, t-test is used to test the hypothesis. From the chi -square test indicated that there is no significant association between awareness of PMJDY Scheme and gender of the respondents? and there is a significant association between awareness of PMJDY Scheme and Education qualification of the respondents?. From the t-test indicated that that there is a negative perception about the PMJDY Scheme among its beneficiaries?.

 Abstract

DDoS attacks involve routing large volumes of traffic from multiple computers to a network or server with the intention of crashing the system or disrupting its function. The attacks overwhelm the devices, services, and network of the target with fake internet traffic, rendering them inaccessible or useless to legitimate users. These attacks mimic a flood of requests made by browsers to load a web page. The impact of DDoS attacks can be severe, leading to downtime and loss of revenue for businesses. Early detection of DDoS attacks is crucial as it helps protect the functioning and security of a network. Networks without a robust DDoS defence strategy may struggle to defend against the range of attacks, which can be challenging to trace. Addressing the problem requires models that can manage the time information in network traffic flows. By detecting attacks during the initial requests to the server, we can block requests made by suspicious IP addresses. If they are false DDoS attack warnings, we can scale up our application to handle the traffic. To achieve real-time detection and better attack classification, we propose using Apache Flink and Gradient Boosting, respectively. We have achieved a mean accuracy of 99.41% of the model with big data approach and other enhancements. The minimum average training and testing time in minutes was 14.08 and 0.036, respectively. We can detect an attack in real-time in few milliseconds.

 Abstract

Periodontitis is one of the most common chronic inflammatory diseases. The etiology is clearly bacterial and a number of alleged bacterial pathogens have been associated with it. Treatment of periodontal disease in has moved toward an antibiotic/antimicrobial model of disease management. With increase in the incidence of resistance to antibiotics, probiotics may be a promising area of research in periodontal therapy. This paper reviews the evidences for the use of probiotics or prebiotics for the prevention of dental caries or periodontal diseases, and also addresses the risk associated with their prolonged use. Many questions have been raised pertaining to the benefits of probiotic administration, as the role of probiotics in periodontics is still in infancy, and a complete understanding of the broad ecological changes induced in the mouth by probiotics or prebiotics is essential to assess their long-term consequences for oral health and disease.

 Abstract

The use of colour in filmmaking is crucial since it affects the viewer's emotions. In filmmaking, the role of colour transcends aesthetic considerations. A film's tone and mood can be changed by using a new colour. Red is the colour of blood and peril, cruelty, rage etc. From the sky to the lake, blue is the colour of nature. This study focuses on the meaning of blue and water in the second act of the film Avatar, particularly Avatar, the way of water. This paper also emphasises the ability of modern science to colonise and dominate nature and its inhabitants. This research analyses the colour blue as a representation of water, nature, and the colonisation of the natural world by the contemporary, technologically advanced world.

 Abstract

Long-term and short-term growth are equally impacted by monetary policy. In this study, the examination of monetary policy and its effects on the Indian economy are the main topics. The central bank monitors the amount of money supply in an effort to maintain price stability. As a dependent variable, the study uses the gross domestic product (GDP), whereas the independent variables are the repo rate, reverse repo rate, unemployment, foreign direct investment, and inflation. These variables were used to demonstrate how completely dependent they are on a country's economy. The GDP calculation used different inputs. The study's goals are to evaluate the efficiency of Indian monetary policy and the effects of particular financial instruments on the domestic economy.

 Abstract

Detecting the cutting of trees plays a vital role in preserving our environment and maintaining sustainable practices. In this abstract, we present a comprehensive framework that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) techniques for accurate tree cutting detection. The framework begins with the collection of a diverse dataset comprising images representing both pre-cut and post-cut tree scenarios, encompassing various environmental conditions and tree species. These images undergo preprocessing techniques, such as resizing, normalization, and noise reduction, to ensure data consistency and improve overall quality. feature extraction techniques, including state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and pretrained convolutional neural networks (CNNs), are employed to extract relevant features from the preprocessed images. The extracted features capture important visual cues such as edges, colors, textures, and shapes that are indicative of tree cutting. Using the annotated dataset and the extracted features, a machine learning model, specifically a CNN, is trained to learn and recognize the patterns associated with tree cutting. The training process involves optimization algorithms and hyperparameter tuning to maximize the model's performance and generalizability. Once the model is trained, it is integrated into a real-time system capable of processing incoming images or video streams. This system applies the trained model to analyze the input data and accurately detect instances of tree cutting. Post-processing techniques, such as thresholding and morphological operations, are employed to refine the model's predictions and reduce false positives or false negatives. The framework includes mechanisms for generating alerts or notifications when tree cutting is detected, enabling prompt intervention and response. Continuous improvement is emphasized through feedback loops, incorporating user feedback, monitoring system performance, and updating the model with new data to adapt to evolving cutting patterns and environmental changes.

 Abstract

A multi-stage ultra-gain converter using minimum component including a single semiconductor switch is proposed. The proposed converter is formulated using an active inductor- capacitor-two diodes (LC2D) network. The basic structure of the converter called as a cubic gain converter is formulated using twelve components including a semiconductor switch. The operation of the converter is discussed for continuous and discontinuous modes of operations. The converter performance due to the parasitic elements is discussed, and the Si C-based semiconductor devices are selected to reduce the effect of parasitic elements. A 250 W, 50 kHz cubic gain converter prototype is made and the test results are recorded. The results prove that the operation of the cubic gain converter low duty ratio helps to attain 91.6% efficiency. The proposed structure of the n-stage and the detailed analysis of the cubic gain converter are the major novelties and contributions of this paper. The operation of the cubic gain converter is also confirmed using a hardware prototype in the laboratory environment.
