 Abstract

The socio-economic development of any country is based on natural resources. The natural resources are essential to the economy of the nation since they play a critical role in the provision of employment; they are a source of raw materials for various industries, act as the source of food and income, medicine as well as energy. Due to increase in population, these resources are over stretched often leading to resource depletion. Ultimately the depletion of natural resources has led to increase in the cost of living ,changes in weather pattern and decline in economic , social and cultural benefits that were accrued as a result of their utilisation .It is essential for nations to learn how to use these resources in sustainable manner to ensure that benefits are enjoyed in present as well as future generations There is need to prudently manage these delicate resources with the current trend in the advancement in the field of information technology, natural resources managers have now laid a lot of emphasis on the use of remote sensing and GIS technology in the management of natural resources,. These technologies provide a platform through which managers can generate informative data and the information that can be used to make sound decisions for sustainable development. Thus, this paper presents an overview of the GIS and Remote Sensing applications in land resources management and sustainable development.

 Abstract

Agriculture is the primary industry in India and provides employment and generates income. However, Indian farmers often face issues with low productivity due to incorrect crop selection and fertilizer usage. The Precision Crop Care Recommender System is a modern farming technique that utilizes research data on soil characteristics, crop production statistics, and soil types to suggest the optimum crop and fertilizers to farmers based on their specific location. This system significantly boosts production and reduces the number of times farmers pick the wrong crop. The recommendation system employs machine learning models such as Random Forest, Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machine, and Logistic Regression for high accuracy and efficiency. The fertiliser suggestion system is based on Python logic. The system compares the crop's ideal nutrients with the user-entered information to suggest fertilizers based on the nutrient's variation classification as HIGH or LOW.

 Abstract

Formula One is the highest and most expensive form of motorsport. Simply referred to as "F1," the elite motorsport is also a sphere for car manufacturers to showcase their engineering innovations and technologies. In spite of being the epitome of motorsports, F1 as a sport and entertainment is in constant search of unexplored audience clusters, thereby expanding its market and generating revenue. Thus, the media-controlling bodies of Formula One, in partnership with Netflix, produced the docuseries Drive to Survive, which explores the micro dynamics, the drama, and the humane side of the sport. This paper analyses how the European-centered and complex motorsport of F1 is made approachable to budding enthusiasts, particularly in countries such as the United States of America, and how the Netflix series Formula 1: Drive to Survive acts as a catalyst in producing emergent fan cultures.

 Abstract

When travel is not an option, video conferencing has grown significantly in popularity and reliability over the past few years. Lockdown orders issued in response to the COVID-19 epidemic have also had a significant impact on how people operate. During the pandemic, there had been a huge increase in the number of persons working from home (WFH). In the midst of this current circumstance, the necessity for distant learning has also grown and has become a required educational system. At this time, the Companies are also using a cutting-edge hiring procedure. So, in order to solve this problem, our project seeks to create a useful conferencing app to enable real-time chat, screen sharing, audio conferencing, and video conferencing amongst individuals. By using WebRTC and socket programming, we have developed group video chat in this. Real-time conversation and screen sharing features have also been added. We used Angular for the web app's front end, Node.js, Express.js for the signaling server, and Firebase's real-time database to store chats and user data. We used sockets to communicate sdp packets and ice candidates after using WebRTC to establish a peer-to-peer connection.

 Abstract

A Paddy is the seed of the grass species Oryzasativa (Asian rice) or Oryzaglaberrima (African rice). As a cereal grain, it is the most widely consumed staple food for a large part of the world's human population, especially in Asia. A Paddy is the most important cereal food crop of India. It occupies about 24 percent of gross cropped area of the country. It plays vital role in the national food grain supply. Rice contributes 43 percent of total food grain production and 46 percent of the total cereal production especially for most of the people of South-East Asia. India has a largest area under paddy in the world but is the second largest producer of paddy next only the China. The other important paddy producing countries are Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar. In India paddy constituted 42 percent of the total food grain producing accounting for about 23.3 percent of the total cropped area. India has a largest area under paddy cultivation in the world, which is about 45 million hectares. Production of paddy in India is highest in West Bengal state, but productivity of paddy in India is highest in Punjab state. A Sample of 110 respondents were drawn by proportional to area under paddy. The farmers were divided into marginal, small, semi-medium, medium, large with the cumulative total method. The study of socio-economic profile of Paddy growers revealed that the average size of the family decreases, through very marginally, as the size of farms increases. Proportion of male (49.01%) in every size group was more than the female (41.97%). It was also noted that the highest number of people came under the age group of 15 to 60 year i.e adult group followed by age composition above 60 years (67.77%).%). The literacy percentage is considerable higher in medium size group followed by semi-medium and marginal, small size group and lowest in large size group illiteracy percent is higher in large size group followed by marginal and small, semi-medium size groups and lowest in medium size group. For these farms size group the primary occupation for farms was (44.73%), secondary occupation was (29.01%) and tertiary occupation was (26.23%).

 Abstract

Money is often said to as the lifeblood of any economy. Cash transactions are now easier because to the internet, cell phones, and other digital technology. The majority of activities in the current environment are cashless, and physical currency will lose its dominance in the future.Different platforms have been developed to conduct transactions without cash. Despite the expansion of digital payments, security worries have also grown.Digital payments will undoubtedly experience security problems, which could impede their expansion. As a result, this study aids in determining how consumers perceive cashless transactions, the factors that influence them, as well as how knowledgeable they are about information security.According to the research, mobile wallets and credit/debit cards are the two most popular payment methods among consumers.Consumers were influenced to use cashless transactions by ease, privacy, and security, and it was discovered that they are sufficiently aware of the protection of their information. So, it may require time for digital payments to become a popular method of payment, but this could have positive effects on the economy soon.
