 Abstract

The flipped classroom has emerged as a transformative pedagogical model that challenges the conventions of traditional, lecture-based instruction. By shifting direct instruction to pre-class activities--typically through video lectures--and using in-class time for active, collaborative learning, this approach enhances student engagement, autonomy, and academic performance. This review explores the evolution, theoretical underpinnings, and practical implications of the flipped classroom within diverse educational settings. Drawing from a broad spectrum of empirical studies and scholarly analyses, the article highlights the pedagogical benefits, implementation strategies, and technological tools central to flipped learning. Additionally, it examines the challenges educators face, including student readiness, digital access, and institutional support. The review concludes by emphasizing the flipped classroom's potential to reshape modern education and offering recommendations for future research and policy development.

 Abstract

The increasing demand for energy and the integration of renewable sources necessitate efficient energy management strategies. This paper presents a Hybrid Optimization of Multiple Energy Resources (HOMER) approach, integrating solar panels and windmills with a priority-based load setting for peak and lean times. The proposed system employs a DC-DC chopper controlled by a microcontroller to regulate and boost the voltage from renewable sources.

 Abstract

We are observing that a prompt rate of increasing the criminalization in politics day by day or we can say year by year has been consistently posing a latent threat to India's Democratic Fabric. This research paper is about to explore everything about the political criminalization from its root causes to the initiatives taken by our hon'ble judiciary to control criminalization in politics. However, recently Hon'ble Apex Court took various steps through the landmark rulings to address such issues but in order to control this rate of criminalization of politics, just an issuance of number of orders will not suffice but there must be an effective mechanism to implement these orders or there is a need to take a bit of stringent actions to ensure a proper compliance of these orders by the Supreme Court through Judgment. India is a country with a constitutional and democratic landscape and in a democratic fabric it is not just a judiciary to take initiatives to free our nation from such types of threats but a democracy also expects such an effort from its executive as well. As in India, crime in politics has been reached to an alarming rate, so in order to control this both Judiciary and Executive have to work in a coordinated, planned and harmonious way and its only a tactic through which we can make a big fall in this alarming rate of political criminalization. This research paper also delves deep into identifying what is criminalization in politics, also explores into its socio-economic and socio-political effects.

 Abstract

Know Your Customer (KYC) is a critical process in the banking sector aimed at verifying the identity of clients to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes. However, traditional KYC systems are often centralized, prone to data breaches, and involve repetitive procedures across multiple institutions. This paper proposes a secure and transparent KYC framework by integrating Blockchain Technology and InterPlanetary File System (IPFS). The decentralized nature of blockchain ensures immutability, auditability, and trustless verification, while IPFS provides a distributed file storage system to securely handle large KYC documents off-chain. By leveraging smart contracts, the system enables seamless access control and data sharing among authorized banks without duplicating the verification process. The proposed model enhances data integrity, reduces operational costs, and empowers users with control over their personal information, thus revolutionizing KYC in the banking ecosystem.

 Abstract

In an increasingly connected world, ensuring inclusivity through technological innovation is essential. Individuals with speech, hearing, or physical disabilities often face significant communication barriers. This research presents the design and implementation of a smart glove system that enables gesture-based communication using the Internet of Things (IoT) and NodeMCU ESP8266. The glove uses flex and LDR sensors to detect hand movements, which are encoded into messages and transmitted to a receiver via Wi-Fi. With the integration of APIs, OLED displays, and potential audio outputs, this system provides a low-cost, scalable solution for assistive communication. The study demonstrates its potential for use in healthcare, education, and smart home environments, and lays the foundation for further development in wearable assistive technologies.

 Abstract

Developing nations still face major public health challenges due to protein-energy malnutrition and lack of vital micronutrients. Targeting disadvantaged groups, the goal of this study was to create and assess a nutrient-enriched, readily reconstituted smoothie mix that included almonds, barnyard millet, proso millet, and spirulina. Different ratios of millet and spirulina powders were used to create three different formulations. A 9-point hedonic scale was used for sensory evaluation, and the proximate and micronutrient content of the most palatable formulation (Variation 2) was further examined. With 24.3 g protein, 9.39 g fat, and 549 mg calcium per 100 g, as well as notable amounts of iron, zinc, and vitamins A, C, and E, the chosen smoothie mix had a good nutritional profile. The product was affordable, stable on the shelf, and appropriate for use as a dietary supplement. The findings provide credence to the functional food's promise as a locally derived, sustainable means of addressing hunger in environments with limited resources.

 Abstract

Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) are engaged in the arena of philanthropic and humanitarian interventions and empowering marginalised groups to build sustainable livelihoods with the effective development strategies. NGOs have been known for promoting development and enhancing the social service delivery across the globe. In recent years, the increasing relevance of NGOs, they have realized the importance of developing their employees as assets to create sustainability of NGOs and their functions. NGOs are providing ample opportunities to foster employees' skills, knowledge and capabilities to achieve organisational outcomes with an orientation of long-term sustainability. The current research is focusing on Strategic Human Resource development orientations in NGOs. The approach of SHRD in NGOs has a combination of Strategic Action Orientation (SAO) of the top management and their commitment towards employees and Human resource development orientation (HRDO) of the employees and their alignment towards NGOs. The current research uses the Strategic approach to HRD orientations in NGOs as tool to study in-depth about the applications of SAO-HRDO aspects in the context of NGO management.

 Abstract

The increasing demand for clean and sustainable energy sources has underscored the importance of solar energy in modern power systems. Accurate prediction of solar energy output is essential for efficient energy management. This study proposes the design and development of a machine learning (ML) based predictive model for solar energy forecasting. This system also analysed by Explainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) techniques to enhance model transparency and trustworthiness. A Random Forest Regressor and XGboost algorithm were selected to capture complex, non-linear relationships between environmental factors and solar power output. The model was trained on real-world datasets .To address the interpretability in ML models, SHapley Additive exPlanations (SHAP) were employed to analyze and visualize the contribution of individual input features to the model's predictions. This enabled the identification of key influencing factors such as angle of incidence, wind direction, solar positioning, temperature, humidity, wind speed, and cloud cover, providing critical insights into the system's decision-making process. The integration of XAI not only improves the credibility of the forecasting model but also supports informed decision-making for stakeholders. This work demonstrates that the combination of robust machine learning algorithms with explainability frameworks offers a powerful tool for solar energy prediction that is both accurate and interpretable.
