 Abstract

Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a new material that compacts itself using gravity alone, having the ability to fill and penetrate objects and counteract segregation. It is a fluid, substantial mixture that, under its own load, fuses the formwork together to completely melt without vibrating during pouring, even in the presence of the swarm column. SCC has similar perseverance and specialized characteristics as regular vibrated concrete and is thick and uniform. It was first portrayed by Japanese scientists in the last part of the 1980s and offers a reasonable substitute for diminishing the ecological issues brought about by the extraction and consumption of regular assets. Self-compacting concrete (SCC) is a serviceable material that can be applied in any environment without draining or isolation. This experiment explores how different admixtures interact with SCC to affect its strength and stability. Compressive strength, elasticity, flexural strength, and effective strength are some of the various additives used on demand. Three mixtures of 0.42 water concrete substances were used, with the first mixes varying in the percentage of airborne debris (FA) mixed with the concrete. The compression and gap stiffness of the set block mass were determined in this study. A 28-day restoration example found that adding 20% silica off-gas to a substantially expanded pressure drag contrasted with 30% flying debris. Super plasticizer not withstanding fly debris were also viewed as areas of strength for as give observable compressive and split rigidity as well as great usefulness qualities.

सूचना का अधिकार प्रत्येक मनुष्य का एक बुनियादी मानव अधिकार है। प्रसिद्ध फ्रांसीसी दार्शनिक मेले फौकॉल्ट ने एक बार कहा था, शक्ति ज्ञान से ली गई है और जानकारी ज्ञान का मूल घटक है। जानकारी लोगों की मानसिकता को बदल देती है और आधुनिक दुनिया के साथ सामना करने के लिए यह पर्याप्त सक्षम है। सरकारी निर्णयों में लोगों की जानकारी और भागीदारी की मुफ्त पहुंच शासन के सुशासन में परिवर्तन को विकसित करती है। इसलिए, सरकार का यह कर्तव्य है कि वह सरकार के भीतर जो भी हो, दिन-प्रतिदिन की घटनाओं के बारे में नागरिकों को सूचित करें। भारत की संसद ने जवाबदेही, पारदर्शिता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सूचना अधिनियम, 2005 का अधिकार पारित किया, जो कि लोकतांत्रिक सिद्धांतों को मजबूत करता है और भ्रष्टाचार को कम करता है। भारत जैसे किसी भी प्रतिनिधित्व वादी लोकतंत्र में खुलापन और सुशासन की आवश्यकता है। अनुभव के अनुसार, किसी भी विकास प्रशासन में शासन को बढ़ाने के लिए हमेशा एक दबाव की आवश्यकता होती है। 1, भारत में सभी स्तरों पर भ्रष्टाचार के अभूतपूर्व स्तर हैं। भ्रष्टाचार का प्राथमिक स्रोत गोपनीय है, जिसे कभी सरकार के खिलाफ सटीकता के उपकरण के रूप में इस्तेमाल किया गया था। यदि हम सरकार में पारदर्शिता की इच्छा रखते हैं, तो हमें गोपनीय की बाधाओं को तोड़कर भ्रष्टाचार पर नकेल कसनी चाहिए। सूचना का मुक्त प्रवाह एक लोकतांत्रिक समाज के लिए होना चाहिए क्योंकि यह समाज को विकसित करने और लोगों के बीच निरंतर बहस और चर्चा को बनाए रखने में मदद करता है। कोई भी लोकतांत्रिक सरकार जवाबदेही के बिना जीवित नहीं रह सकती है और जवाबदेही का मूल आधार है कि लोगों को सरकार के कामकाज के बारे में जानकारी होनी चाहिए। वे दिन गए जब सार्वजनिक व्यवहार को सख्त रहस्य में रखा गया था, एक अभ्यास जिसके कारण अकसर भ्रष्टाचार, दुरुपयोग और वैधानिक और प्रशासनिक शक्ति का दुरुपयोग होता था। हाल के वर्षों में, देशों, अंतर सरकारी संगठनों, नागरिक समाज और लोगों द्वारा सूचना के अधिकार की मान्यता के लिए लगभग एक अजेय वैश्विक प्रवृत्ति रही है। सूचना के अधिकार को एक मौलिक मानव अधिकार के रूप में मान्यता दी गई है, जो सभी मनुष्यों की अंतर्निहित गरिमा को बनाए रखता है। सूचना का अधिकार सहभागी लोकतंत्र – के महत्वपूर्ण आधार को बनाता है, यह जवाबदेही और सुशासन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आवश्यक है। सरकार के कामकाज के संबंध में जानकारी का प्रकटीकरण नियम और गोपनीयता एक अपवाद होना चाहिए। सूचना का अधिकार अधिनियम, 2005 सरकार को पारदर्शी और अधिक जवाबदेह बनाने के लिए पारित किया गया था; इसका प्रभावी उपयोग, लंबे समय में, भ्रष्टाचार पर अंकुश लगाएगा। हमारी जैसी जिम्मेदार सरकार में जहां जनता के सभी एजेंटों को अपने आचरण के लिए जिम्मेदार होना चाहिए, कोई रहस्य नहीं हो सकता है। शासन संरचना को प्रभावित करने के लिए व्यक्तिगत नागरिकों के लिए कोई वाहन उपलब्ध नहीं है। भ्रष्टाचार के साथ खिलवाड़ करने वाली प्रणाली में और वंचित नागरिक की समस्याओं के प्रति संवेदनशील हो जाना, सूचना के अधिकार ने नागरिकों को जवाबदेही प्राप्त करने और सुशासन के प्रवर्तक के रूप में कार्य करने का वादा किया है।

 Abstract

Amongst all the challenges conducting a partial and fair voting is still a very big challenge. So to overcome that in this new generation its very important to select the appropriate leader and for that conducting a free and fair election is very important. Blockchain technology is used in this because of its significantly amazing features like Immutability,Transparency,Consensus,etc. As voting is the basic right of every individual hence it should be conducted in a very fair manner with proper guidance because "Today's leader is tomorrow's future" hence it should be feasible for individual to cast their vote. And for this decentralized system is used because with the help of this anyone can vote from anywhere around the globe. Hence we can expect maximum participation rather than the offline voting that are being conducted. However, traditional voting systems tend to be centralized and are known to suffer from security and efficiency limitations. Hence, there is a trend towards decentralized voting systems, such as those based on blockchain. The latter is a distributed digital ledger within a peer-to-peer network where each participant holds a copy of the ledger with only digitally signed and encrypted transaction attachments. To develop this we can use the technologies of blockchain like Ganache(To set up Blockchain environment ),Truffle(Used as testing framework that is helpful in developing Blockchain Application),Metamask(as an online wallet).

- Just before British arrival, Indian education system was conventional and unaware of the rapid development of the west. Study of science and technology was neglected and it was mainly focused on religion, law, literature, logic and philosophy. Area of higher education was very limited and Nawabs, landlords and kings gave protection to the higher education institutions. Among Hindus, Brahmins' education was based on Sanskrit. Due to become official language, Farsi was famous in both Hindus and Muslims. Although it is quite noticeable that literacy rate of 18th century was better than the later British reign. In 1813 Warren Hastings wrote, "Generally Indians have more skill in reading, writing and in mathematics in comparison to any European country. Education of women was neglected other than the women of higher class." To improve the condition of education and Indians social reformers like Raja Ram Mohan Roy, Iswarchand Vidyasagar, Swami Dayanand Saraswati, Irawati Karve, M.G. Ranade etc came and brought many positive changes with them.
