Due to its ease of self-administration, compactness, and simple production, the tablet is the most widely used dosage form currently in use. In many situations, urgent action is necessary rather than conventional therapy. As an alternative oral dose form to address these limitations, instant release dosage forms have arisen. After ingestion, immediate medication release dosage forms dissolve more quickly than regular dose forms. Superdisintegrants like Cross linked Polyvinylpyrrolidone or crospovidone (Polyplasdone), Sodium starch glycolate (Primogel, Explotab), carboxymethylcellulose (Croscarmellose), etc. are the fundamental method utilised in the production of tablets. After administration in the stomach, these superdisintegrants allow fast tablet disintegration. Parenteral dose forms and quick release liquid dosage forms have also been introduced in this field to treat patients. Suspensions using common dispersion agents, such as hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, AOT (dioctyl sulfosuccinate), etc., can be administered in liquid dose form. A line extension in the market is made possible by the introduction of immediate release therapy; a variety of medications, including neuroleptics, cardiovascular medications, analgesics, antihistamines, and other medications, can be considered candidates for this dose form. Pharmaceutical companies frequently create a specific therapeutic entity in a new and enhanced dosage form as a drug entity approaches the end of its patent life. A novel dosage form enables a producer to maintain market exclusivity while providing a more practical dosage form or dosing schedule to its patient base.

In this project the main intention is to measure the electricity consumption and calculate its price using IOT. The readings of voltage, current, the power consumed, no. of units and the corresponding price are calculated. It is a difficult job for the electricity board officials to manually take meter readings and calculate bill as it is time consuming and requires man power. Considering all these features that can be done by a single energy meter it is called a IOT BASED 3 PHASE SMART ENERGY METERS. The effort of collecting electricity utility meter reading. Internet of Things (IoT) present an efficient and coeffective to transfer the information of energy consumer wirelessly as well as it provides to detect the usage of the electricity the main intention of this project is measure electricity consumption in home appliances and generate it's bill automatically using IoT. ESP 32 is used as the central controlling unit in this system. For energy meter, the voltage sensor and current sensor are interfaced with a microcontroller. The readings of voltage, current, the power consumed, no. of units and the corresponding price are calculated. The output will be shown on Blynk webpage with the help of ESP 32.

Abstract: Urinary tract infection (UTI) is a bacterial infection that affects any part of the urinary tract. When bacteria get into the bladder or kidney and multiply in the urine, they cause a UTI. The most common type of UTI is a bladder infection which is also called cystitis. Another kind of UTI is a kidney infection, known as pyelonephritis, and is much more serious. The diagnosis of UTI is confirmed by a urine culture. Uropathogenic Escheria coli (UPEC) is responsible for approximately 90% of UTI seen in individuals with ordinary anatomy. Uropathogenic Escheria coli utilize Pfimbriae (pyelonephritis -associated pili)to bind urinary tract endothelial cells and colonize the bladder. These adhesins specifically bind D-galactose-D- galactose moieties on the P blood group antigen of erythrocytes and uroepithelial cells. Approximately 1% of the human population lacks this receptor, and its presence or absence dictates an individual's susceptibility to Escheria coli urinary tract infections. UPEC can evade the body's innate immune defence, the complement system by invading superficial cells to form intracellular bacterial communities(IBCs).IBCs have the ability to form K antigen, capsular polysaccharides that contributes to biofilm formation. Biofilm producing Escheria coli are recalcitrant to immune factors and antibiotic therapy and are often responsible for chronic urinary tract infections. Quinolones are a family of broad spectrum antibiotics. They inhibits the bacterial DNA gyrase or topoisomerase IV enzyme thereby inhibiting DNA replication and transcription. The present study reveals the prevalence rate of quinolone resistant isolates of Escheria coli from patients suffering from UTI attending in SRM Medical college hospital and Research Centre, Chennai.

The motivation behind analyzing the health of the students using smartwatches can stem from several factors such as Early Detection of Health Issues, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and Enhancing Academic Performance. The project is driven by the desire to prioritize student well-being and perform physical activities to burn the required amount of calories every day, thus leading to a healthier lifestyle. Students can adjust daily goals as per their potential. In our app, we are measuring the heart rate, BP, Sleep Time, and Oxygen Saturation and analyze health-related issues.

The topic of women's representation in the media has been the subject of discussion and analysis for several years. This research paper inquiries into the delineation of women in the 2022 Malayalam film Pathonpatham Noottandu through feminist film theory, post-colonial theory and the male gaze theory to explore the intersection of gender, race, and colonial history in shaping the portrayal of female characters. The paper examines the experiences of lower-caste women in nineteenth century Kerala within the context of social and gender inequality. The research highlights those women belonging to lower castes experienced extensive discrimination and oppression, including adherence to strict dress codes and exclusion from certain religious practices, which is depicted in the movie. Even though these events occurred centuries ago, they remain relevant in the twenty first century due to the persistence of various forms of discrimination against women. Retelling this history serves as a reminder to effect positive change and prevent such discrimination from occurring again. Overall, this study contributes to a better understanding of the complex and multifaceted nature of women's experiences in nineteenth century Kerala, which faced significant challenges in terms of social and economic empowerment. It underscores the importance of continued investigation and the implementation of policies to address the obstacles encountered by women in the region, particularly those belonging to marginalized groups.

Yoga is a popular practice that involves various body postures and breathing exercises to improve physical and mental health. In this project, we have developed a system that detects yoga poses in real-time using a webcam and machine learning algorithms. The system uses a total of eight yoga poses including Bhadrasan, Shavasan, Gomukhasan, Vajrasan, Sarvangasan, Shirsansan, Chakrasan, and Dhanurasan. The system works by first collecting a dataset of yoga poses with corresponding virtual coordinates for each pose. We manually annotated the poses with 501 virtual coordinates on the body and face of the yoga practitioner. The dataset was preprocessed by normalizing the coordinates and splitting them into training and testing sets. We used OpenCV and MediaPipe libraries to extract features from the virtual coordinates for each pose. Once the model was trained and validated, we used OpenCV and MediaPipe libraries to capture live video feed from the webcam and extract virtual coordinates from the video frames. The extracted coordinates were then passed through the trained model to predict the corresponding yoga pose. The system displays the name and accuracy of the predicted pose on the screen in real-time. In addition to pose detection, we implemented a user registration and login system using the tkinter library and an SQLite database. This system allowed users to register their information, which was stored in the database for future logins. The login system ensured secure access to the real-time pose detection system. The proposed system achieved an average accuracy of 95% in detecting the eight yoga poses in real-time. The system can be used by yoga practitioners to monitor and improve their practice, as well as by instructors to monitor their students and provide personalized feedback. Future work includes expanding the dataset to include more yoga poses and incorporating feedback mechanisms to improve the accuracy of the system.

This study proposes a smart safety helmet that integrates multiple sensors to detect potential hazards while riding a motorcycle. The helmet successfully detects risks, such as alcohol consumption and drowsiness, and alerts the rider to reduce accidents caused by human error. The integration of sensors with a helmet has the potential to significantly improve rider safety, and the smart safety helmet designed in this study represents a promising solution. Further development and testing in real-world scenarios are possible.
