Public fund allocation and tracking is a important role of public administration, but existing systems face problems such as corruption, lack of transparency, delays in auditing, tampering of documents, and poor tracking of records within system. Many-a-times,centralized systems also face unauthorized changesin data, leading to fraudlent projects and improper management offunds. To solve this, paper proposes a blockchain-based public fund allocation system which helpsin tracking funds and helps in fraud detection which is implemented using Hyperledger Fabric. This system aims to provide transparent and integrated system for all financial transactions and project documents. Documents will be stored offline using objectstorage, and their corresponding hashes will be stored online using blockchain algorithm to ensure integrity. This system also provides biometric-based authentication for identity verification and helps in fraud detection which is based on some rules. The system provides role-based dashboards for administrators, government officers, contractors, auditors, and citizens. This system aims to improve governance by ensuring transparency, integrity, and accountability for public funds mangement.

A wireless communication method called Li-Fi (Light Fidelity) uses visible light rather than traditional radio frequency signals to transfer data. The creation of a laser-based audio communication system using Li-Fi principles is the main goal of this research. Harald Haas popularized the concept of employing light as a medium for high-speed data transport, demonstrating the promise of optical wireless communication. A transistor-based driver circuit coupled to a laser diode receives an audio signal from a cell phone or other audio source in the suggested system. The laser beam transmits sound information through light by varying its intensity in response to the loudness of the audio stream. A solar panel at the receiving end detects the sent laser beam as it travels over open space. The light variations are transformed by the solar panel into equivalent electrical impulses, which are subsequently amplified and sent to a loudspeaker for audio reproduction. The use of a laser source provides increased directivity, better focus, and a longer transmission range when compared to standard LED-based transmission. Under line-of-sight circumstances, the system offers safe, energy-efficient, and interference-free wireless audio transmission. Experiments showed that audio signals could be successfully sent across a reasonable distance while still having a clear, intelligible sound.

Early identification and treatment of diseases of plants is of great significance in enhancing agri- cultural productivity and reducing economic loss. Conventional techniques of disease identification depend upon expert knowledge and inspection by hand, which can be lengthy and prone to mistakes made by hu- mans. At the present study, that we propose an attention-based deep learning based method for grape leaves classification of diseases using an Efficient-NetB3 with a Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM). The PlantVillage grape dataset is used in this study. Data augmen-tation techniques were used to improve the generalisation performance of the model and reduce overfitting. Transfer learning approach was used with ImageNet pretrained EfficientNetB3 and two stage training strategy (feature extraction and fine-tuning). Our model achieved a test accuracy of 99.67% which is better than the MobileNetV2 (72.18%), DenseNet121 (77.74%) and ResNet50 (98.53%). We have also used Grad-CAM visualisation to interpret the model pre- dictions and highlight the disease affected regions. Experiments show that incorporating the use of CBAM significantly improves the feature representation and classification performance, so that our framework can be applied to intelligent agricultural disease diagnosis systems.

The emergence of posthuman concerns in contemporary science fiction reflects the growing influence of advanced technologies on human identity, consciousness, and social existence. As scientific and technological developments continue to reshape the boundaries between humans and machines, science fiction has become a significant literary space for examining the possibilities and anxieties of a technologically mediated future. Neal Stephenson's Cryptonomicon (1999) explores this transformation by presenting a world where human experiences, intelligence, and relationships are deeply connected with computational systems, cryptographic practices, and digital networks. This article examines how Stephenson challenges the traditional concept of a stable and autonomous human identity by representing identity as a fluid construction shaped through information, communication, and technological interaction. Through an analysis of cryptography, digital infrastructures and computational thinking, the study argues that Cryptonomicon presents a posthuman vision in which technology functions not merely as a tool but as an active force that influences human perception, decision-making, and social organization. Drawing upon posthumanist theories, particularly the ideas of technological embodiment and the relationship between biological and artificial systems, this article investigates how the novel portrays the evolving machine-human relationship. It concludes that Stephenson's work anticipates contemporary debates surrounding digital identity, artificial intelligence and the increasing integration of human life with technological networks.

Infant cry analysis is a significant research area that can assist in understanding the needs and distress conditions of infants, particularly during the early stages of life when verbal communication is not possible. This paper presents a deep learning-based approach for automatic infant cry classification to identify various infant needs and distress states. The proposed system utilizes infant cry audio recordings, from which discriminative features are extracted using YAMNet embeddings. These embeddings capture meaningful acoustic characteristics of infant cries and are subsequently used for classification into different categories such as hunger, pain, discomfort, tiredness, and other distress conditions. The developed system aims to support parents and caregivers by providing timely and accurate identification of infant needs. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed approach achieves promising classification performance, highlighting the effectiveness of deep learning and transfer learning techniques in infant cry analysis. The proposed system can be integrated into smart healthcare and infant monitoring applications to enhance caregiving and enable early intervention.

Rape has historically been employed as a strategic instrument of war, aimed at terrorizing populations, undermining social structures, and inflicting long-lasting psychological and communal harm. Despite its grave impact, early understandings of war crimes often neglected, minimized, or misrepresented sexual violence, treating it as an unavoidable by-product of armed conflict rather than a serious international offence. In recent decades, however, international law has undergone a significant transformation, with notable progress in the recognition, definition, and prosecution of rape as a war crime. This development is reflected in the landmark decisions of various international tribunals and criminal courts. This paper explores the progressive development of jurisprudence relating to rape as a war crime. It traces the historical evolution of war crimes and critically examines the use of rape as a deliberate tactic in armed conflicts. The study further analyzes the legal framework governing rape under key international instruments, along with the interpretations advanced by international tribunals and courts. The central focus of the paper is to assess the advancements made in the prosecution of rape as a war crime, particularly through the contributions of institutions such as the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), and the International Criminal Court (ICC).

This descriptive research study was undertaken to evaluate the level of knowledge regarding cervical cancer among final-year ANM students. A structured questionnaire was administered to assess their understanding across key domains, including etiology of cervical cancer, risk factors, clinical manifestations, availability and importance of screening tests, HPV vaccination, and preventive strategies. The study sample comprised [50] students selected through [Convenient Ramdom Sampling].The study concludes that strengthening educational interventions, integrating focused modules on cervical cancer, and enhancing clinical skill development are essential to improving the preparedness of ANM students for effective community health promotion. Improving their knowledge base has the potential to contribute meaningfully to reducing the incidence and mortality associated with cervical cancer in the population.
