 Abstract

Fault classification is necessary for reliable and high speed protective relaying followed by digital distance protection. Hence, a suitable review of these methods is needed. The countless extent of power systems and applications requires the improvement in suitable techniques for the fault classification in power transmission systems, to increase the efficiency of the systems and to avoid major damages. The paper analyzes the technical literature, summarizing the most important methods that can be applied to fault classification methodologies in power transmission systems.

 Abstract

Health insurance industry has been changing very rapidly as the people perception towards insurance has been changing. This change has resulted in increase of competition between the service providers. This study is been carried out to compare the services offered by HDFC life insurance and Aditya Birla sun life insurance company. A total of 400 customers were been involved in the study. The study main aim is to understand the customers satisfaction towards the services provided by these two insurance companies. The findings of the study can be used for better understanding of what customer wants and how companies can improve their service offerings to gain competitive advantage in the market.

 Abstract

In today's world, Online Social Media is king in a number of forms the number of people who use the service is growing every day. The use of social media is skyrocketing. The primary benefit is that we can easily communicate with people via online social media and communicate with them in a more effective manner. This opened up a new avenue of a possible attack, such as a forged identity, false information and so on. According to a recent study, the number of accounts in the number of people who use social media is much higher than the number of people who use it. These fake accounts are difficult to detect for online social media providers. Since social media is flooded with false information, ads, and other types of content, it is essential to recognize these fake accounts. From an online social media dataset, we offer a method for detecting fraudulent accounts. We employed boosting methods to improve the accuracy of the standard technique, rather than employing typical machine learning classifiers. By boosting weak learners, this method has resulted in a large improvement in accuracy. In this paper we will use accuracy comparison of Xgboost Classifier, and Gradient boosting Classifier. Xgboost performed brilliantly when compared with the previous work.

 Abstract

The literature on the Internet and library and information services has emerged since 1990 and is rich in both variety and quantity. Yet little effort has been made to organize this literature. This work reviews and analyzes the literature and provides a comprehensive annotated bibliography containing 446 items on the Internet and library and information services. The selected items are classified into various topical categories. The author observes that the literature is descriptive and argues that more analytical research needs to be done in the future. It also emphasizes the challenging role of librarians and information professionals in the present internet era. Today the internet has revolutionized the traditional library activities viz document acquisition, technical processing, reference service, resource sharing, document delivery, etc. The paper also emphasizes the crucial role of librarians and information professionals in designing and maintaining libraries' web page website leading to increase in library efficiency.
