 Abstract

Numerous organizations have faced substantial environmental performance challenges resulting from more than a half-century of worldwide industrialization. Grounded in social learning theory and recourse-based view theory, this study explores environmental performance and its impact on employees and industry outcomes. Drawing on a cross-sectional online survey of 500 full-time employees working in the chemical industry in Lahore, Pakistan. The results revealed a significant positive influence of Green HRM practices on employees' green innovation as well as on environmental performance. Additionally, significant influences of study variables were recorded on outcomes such as green compensation and reward, green performance management and appraisal, green training and development, and green recruitment and selection. Several key policy insights related to consumer resistance to innovation in low-income societies and future research directions are suggested, along with theoretical and practical implications.

 Abstract

In the digital transformation era, IT Service Management (ITSM) is transforming from historical, reactive support paradigms to proactive, intelligent service ecosystems. This paper discusses the impact of intelligent automation, specifically with reference to the Flow Designer platform, in the transformation of ITSM operations. The article outlines an innovative architecture model which combines AI/ML decision engines, low-code workflow orchestration, and closed-loop feedback loops--offering a single, scalable framework for ITSM process automation.Contrary to existing work that separates AI methods or process automation into solitary silos, this work presents an overarching, multi-layered system design that unifies data consumption, smart analysis, automated processing, and perpetual optimization. The work is novel in the conceptualization of Flow Designer as being more than just an automation tool for tasks, but rather as a core orchestration engine that powers smart decision-making, adaptive workflow, and domain-specific extensibility.Through experimental outcomes and performance measures, the review illustrates considerable improvements in mean resolution time (-45.8%), automation coverage (+620%), and cost savings (-36%). The results are placed within the wider context of AI-based IT operations, providing practical insights for practitioners and a technically sound basis for further work in enterprise automation.

 Abstract

Filtration has gained increasing importance in the present global era in every day life owing to the advances happening in countries at a fast pace, which pose challenges to the environment due to the pollution. Filtration when rightly understood involves separation of insoluble substance from a fluid, permitting it to pass through a porous material. Developments are taking place various technologies are being utilized for filtration of air and water with continual improvement of the quality of filtration. This paper leads to use of filter cloth on different processes and will make the clear understanding on the factors that directly or indirectly influence of the quality and quantity of filtration using different kinds of filter cloth.

 Abstract

Edge computing, IoT, and microservices--on their own, each has value. But together, they're quietly reshaping how distributed commerce actually works. Businesses today want more speed, more flexibility, and experiences that feel tailored. That's where this trio starts to shine. This review gathers a mix of recent studies, practical insights, and conceptual thinking to unpack how these technologies interact on the ground. It digs into system design, shows how latency gets reduced, and how scaling and reliability are handled under pressure. It also doesn't ignore the messy bits--implementation hurdles, uneven results, or trade-offs teams face in real settings. All told, the evidence suggests that this combined approach isn't just clever--it's one of the more realistic paths forward for commerce that actually keeps up.

 Abstract

Customer-centric innovation in service promotion was explored to understand how emerging marketing techniques shaped customer loyalty and purchase intention via the mediating influence of customer trust among frequent e-commerce users. A structured web-based survey was administered to 350 active online shoppers, measuring customer-centric innovation, personalization, and use of emerging marketing techniques alongside customer trust, loyalty, and purchase intention on a five-point Likert scale. Structural Equation Modeling with mediation analysis using SPSS AMOS revealed that innovative platform features and tailored promotional efforts did not directly influence loyalty or purchase intent; instead, their effects were realized exclusively through the cultivation of customer trust. These findings from this study suggested that without first establishing trust, even highly personalized or innovative digital service offerings failed to foster consumer commitment. Managerial implications underscore the importance of transparent data practices, secure transactions, and clear communication in deploying new interactive tools, recommendation algorithms, and loyalty programs to ensure that customer-centric initiatives effectively translate into loyalty and repeat purchasing.

 Abstract

The indescribable tale of Rani Avantibai carved her mark in the records of history. The queen of dindori also known as Rani Avanti bai lodhi she was the Empress of the Kingdom of ramgarh near jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh in the colonial period. She is remembered for her fierce opposition to the British East India Company and her leadership in the revolt against their rule. She is famous for her uprising against the Britishers in the Revolt of 1857. This paper represents the contribution that she made as of women, as a queen and as a wife in the freedom struggle where it was rare to see a girl who is in power rising and revolting against Britishers. With the help of ethnographic data methodology this paper shows the various events and history behind Avantibai. The aim behind this paper is to present how she used Gorilla war tactics and refused to surrender herself to the Britishers and made a great impact on the papers of history. This paper also shows all the great achievement that she made with her bravery which may influence the contemporary youth and women's. Queen Avantibai breaks the barriers of being just a woman and a queen who is not allowed to participate in freedom struggle. Orientation of this paper is surrounded by the event taking place in Ramgarh of Madhya Pradesh and in the life of Empress of Dindori. The main question is How in the patriarchal society the woman outshine the others and fearlessly fought against the cruelty and befitting against the male bigot.

 Abstract

E-commerce has revolutionized the agricultural sector by providing farmers and agribusinesses with new opportunities to expand their market reach, enhance sales performance, and improve supply chain efficiency. This study explores the role of e-commerce in the expansion of agricultural businesses, highlighting its impact on production, trade, and technological adoption. By leveraging digital platforms, farmers can connect directly with consumers, reduce post-harvest losses, and optimize pricing through increased market transparency. The paper examines recent advancements in e-commerce and their influence on agricultural marketing strategies, including the integration of social media, digital payment systems, and data-driven decision-making. Additionally, it assesses the benefits of e-commerce for small-scale farmers, enabling them to access broader markets and compete more effectively in the global economy. Despite its potential, challenges such as logistical constraints, trust issues, and digital literacy remain significant barriers to widespread adoption. This research highlights how e-commerce platforms contribute to the sustainable growth of the agricultural sector. It also explores how emerging technologies like blockchain and artificial intelligence enhance transparency, traceability, and operational efficiency. Ultimately, this study underscores the transformative potential of e-commerce in fostering agricultural development, promoting financial inclusion, and strengthening rural economies.
