Housing resident management plays a significant role in our residential life. Our day to day needs such as water supply, electricity, security, maintenance comes under housing resident management. This system exists for the purpose to help and ease our life but have many traditional methods and lot of paperwork. Our proposed system is an web based application which will computerize all day to day operations in the resident. This system is an automated system which will keep the details of daily notices, monthly meetings, cultural events and also contains sections such as compliant, domestic help, calendar etc.

The emergence of Coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) and the pandemic thereof has lead to major health and economic crisis in the world. The mortality and morbidity has also increased as the disease is spreading at a rapid pace. To curtail the spread of COVID-19 stringent public health measures have been implemented worldwide. These include complete lockdown, social distancing, ban on travel and quarantine of travelers and suspects. The increasing number of cases worldwide, public worry about becoming infected, threat of unknown outcome of the infection, many myths, misunderstanding and misinformation about the disease and non availability of specific treatment have increased or precipitated the mental health issues like anxiety, stress and depression among the general population. Further various efforts like social distancing and lockdowns to decrease the spread of the Coronavirus has its impact on health in general and mental health in particular. WHO has also stressed upon identifying the underlying drivers of fear, anxiety and stigma spread through social media which fuels misinformation. Major disasters are almost always accompanied by various mental health disorders besides domestic violence, and child abuse. Epidemics of infectious disease are also associated with psychological distress and symptoms of mental illness. The SARS epidemic of 2003 was also associated with increased mental health issues. The increasing mental health issues during the COVID-19 pandemic have been reported by many authors. These may include depression, anxiety, panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and others. As is evident COVID-19 pandemic is going to substantially increase anxiety, stress and depression but the literature on the mental health consequences of it is sparse. Hence we conducted this study to review all the available observational studies on the mental health during COVID-19 in Kashmir so that various majors are taken to mitigate burden on it.

The advance evolution of technology offers much new advancement in the process of teaching and learning in the classroom. Teaching, studying, and analysis are all benefiting from the use of digital platforms. Many mathematicians understand the significance and relevance of a Blended Learning (BL) method in teaching mathematics, which takes advantage of the various mathematical software that can be used in the classroom. In this paper the investigator is highlighting the tools which can be used for teaching mathematics in creative and innovative manner

Abstract: Nature offers freely with a variety of herbs (eg Thyme, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint, and basil) rich in many polyphenols and other phenolic compounds that have strong antioxidant properties and -biochemical. , carnosic, ferulic, Gallic, ip-coumaric, rosmarinic, vanillic) and rest provide an overview of their most common plant sources. A summary of the recently reported antioxidant activities of phenolic acids in o / w emulsions are also offered as in vitro lipid - the basis of the model. Assessing the surface action between phenolic acids can help eliminate their health properties against oxidative stress conditions of biological agents (such as lipoproteins). Finally, this review reports on recent literature evidence regarding specific biological aspects of phenolic acids.

One of the most difficult challenges is reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from the transportation sector. The road transport sector, in particular, accounts for roughly 80% of total transportation energy demand and, due to its reliance on fossil fuels, is one of the world's most significant sources of GHG emissions ,Fleet managers use smart routing to direct their vehicles and reduce costs. Typically, vehicle manufacturers conduct mileage tests, which have an indirect impact on the environment by emitting gases. We consider the standard features of the engine and the condition of the road infrastructure, which can significantly affect fuel economy. The majority of these models, on the other hand, are based on standard drive cycles, are calibrated only for specific vehicles, or only provide a simplified mechanistic model. Regardless, These capture the physical mechanisms that influence fuel usage; nevertheless, they may be representative of only a few specific examples and may not accurately depict what occurs in reality. These include the driving mode, constant speed, acceleration, weather conditions, and so on, and using the same equations or methodologies in more general conditions may be computationally expensive or inaccurate due to the highly nonlinear phenomena involved. We can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by predicting a vehicle's mileage rather than testing it on the road

Miniaturized scale diverts are principally utilized in biomedical gadgets and small scale fluidic applications. Creation of Micro channels has consistently been an extreme assignment utilizing regular assembling advances. Different sorts of materials are being used for manufacturing Micro directs in various kinds of utilizations including metals, polymers and pottery. Various strategies are being used for creating various sorts of Micro channels. These procedures incorporate both customary and nonconventional creation systems, for example, smaller scale processing, lithography, decorating procedures and laser removal handling. Due to the high performance of electronic components, the heat generation is increasing dramatically. Heat dissipation becomes a significant issue in efficiency promotion and stable operation. Microchannels are of current interest for use in heat exchangers where very high heat transfer performance is desired. Microchannels provide high heat transfer coefficients because of their small hydraulic diameters. In this study, the design and experimental investigation of fluid flow and heat transfer in a microchannel heat exchanger is conducted. Water and air are used as the working fluids and flowed through microchannels.
