The goal of education is the holistic development of a learner which leads to development of nation. Throughout their life students acquire certain knowledge and skills which bring a permanent modification in their behaviors. This permanent modification in behavior is known as learning. The concept of teacher teaches and learner listen is prevalent since ancient times. But now, in 21st century the world is changing rapidly. Nowadays we daily encounter some advancement in technology. It is need of the hour that teachers bring innovations in their pedagogy and make the teaching learning process more student centered by adopting methods like inquiry based learning, discovery learning, blended learning, project based learning etc. It should be clear in mind that the purpose of education is not to make human encyclopedias but to develop character of a learner. In this paper, the highlights of the benefits of blended learning to make teaching and learning more progressive.

Financial investments have become a crucial part of modern society. With rising concerns over the dynamic environment issues, unequal societal practices and ramping stakeholders protection under governance, Investor's decisions no longer confine to quantitative numbers but the longer impact of that investment on the environment and the society. This study aims to identify the scope of education of ESG investments among the Indian retail investors, especially millenials and the factors affecting their investments in the ESG market. This study also tries to compare Indian market with the European and the US on the grounds of ESG investments and how Indian organizations and investors are responding to this nascent market. The findings will help the financial market participants and organizations in identifying key areas which need improvement thereby not only attracting retail investors but enlightening them on the same.

Candida is a yeast-like fungus and omnipresent in the environment, which makes it one of the most common pathogens for opportunistic infections. Candida usually causes mucosal Candidiasis but may also cause systemic and disseminated infections in debilitated patients. Phospholipase production has been reported to be one of the virulence factors in Candida. This study was carried out to isolate various species of Candida from different clinical specimens and to check their Phospholipase activity. All the clinical specimens suspected of fungal aetiology were analysed and subjected to Microbiological identification of Candida species. Candida species were subjected toPhospholipase activity by Egg Yolk Agar Plate method. A total of 7 varieties of Candida species ( C.albicans 25.45%, C. tropicalis 32.72%, C. krusei 12.72%, C. kefyr 12.72%, C. dubliniensis 10.90%, C. glabrata 3.63%,C.utilis 1.81%) were isolated from various clinical samples.Out of total 54 isolates, 29(53.70%)showed extensive Phospholipase activity.

Face recognition (FR) is one of the most extensively adopted biometric approach for identity verification. The applications of face recognition can be seen in various sectors such as, army, business, public security etc. However, there systems were not able to detect the faces accurately when covered with scarf and masks, which degrade their overall performance. In this paper, an effective approach is proposed to detect the occluded faces with different head pose angles. To do so, the images are selected from the available dataset or can be taken in real time through camera. These selected input images are then analyzed carefully to detect the various face points such as eye, nose, mouth etc. Once the faces are detected from the input images they are converted to gray scale and HSV color images, so that their statistical features like mean, standard deviation, variance, skewness and kurtosis can be evaluated. These statistical features obtained from gray scale and HSV colored images are then concatenated together to form a single feature matrix. The feature matrix is then given to the CNN model for training and testing purpose. The performance of the proposed CNN model is simulated in the MATLAB environment in terms of various performance factors such as accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, precision, recall and Fscore. The simulation outcomes obtained proved that the proposed CNN model is effective and accurate in identifying the masked faces.

Gestures is one of the methods that can be used by the humans to communicate with each other. Humans not only use vocal language but also gestures to express themselves. Gesturing is a method of communication that can be understood by both humans and computers. Computers have advanced enough to understand human gestures using Gesture Recognition System. The main motive of a GSR(Gesture Recognition System) is to understand human gesture and control the device accordingly. For this system to work, we require a webcam attached to computer for capturing the gesture. And to make this system work, we used real-time had tracking algorithm, extraction algorithm and feature extraction.

ABSTRACT: The whole world is moving fast and we are constantly in need wanting for time and find the things that can be postponed or cancelled just because we don't get all the time we need throughout the day. There is a popular saying that "Every second counts", we considered this saying the best of letter and spirit. Every day we normally spend 10-20 minutes in front of the mirror in our day-to-day life. Thus, we planned out to make this time also more interactive and productive and make it useful for the one using the mirror. Nowadays in the field of technology, many innovations happen almost daily and things are also getting smart such as smart phones, smart televisions, smart watches, smart locks, some smart home devices such as Amazon Echo, Alexa and many more. Thus, we proposed the idea to make an interactive smart mirror embedded with various features to make sure that every second is utilized properly. This smart mirror will be acting like our digital assistant providing with our to-do-lists for the day giving us the remainder's for our appointments, meetings and will also help us to keep a track of upcoming events important days, will give us the news, also it will update us with news, weather forecast, the one having investment in the stock market can keep a continuous track of it, and also helps a person to get current affairs happening around the world. The smart mirror is implemented using peripherals such as raspberry pi, LED monitor covered with two-way acrylic sheets. The microcontroller which is a part of raspberry pi makes a connection with the internet and can retrieve data from the internet which helps us to display all the mentioned things.
