 Abstract

: Concrete is widely employed in the construction business these days and is essential to a building's structural elements. Concrete is a composite material composed of cement, water, and fine and coarse aggregate. Aggregate is a crucial component of these components in the creation of concrete. Natural sand is utilized as a fine aggregate in those aggregates. Due to the scarcity of sand, materials such as robo sand, steel slag, copper slag, clay aggregate, pumice aggregate, and quarry dust might be used in its place. Examining the manufacture of concrete utilizing steel slag and dolomite stone aggregate in place of fine aggregate is the main goal of this study. Using a number of experimental mixes with varying water binder ratios and super plasticizer contents, the current study examines the properties of hardened concrete of M40 grade concrete before achieving a good mix proportion. Steel slag aggregate and dolomite aggregate will replace the fine aggregate in the final mix's attained proportion by adjusting the fine aggregate percentage as 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% by volume replacement. Nine different mixes of M40 grade concrete are made for this project. This includes four mixes of steel slag as fine aggregate with percentages of replacement to natural sand (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%) and four mixes of dolomite aggregate and percentages of replacement to natural sand (0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100%). The results of the slump cone and compaction factor tests are used to assess the workability of the concrete qualities. By determining the concrete's compressive strength, split tensile strength, and flexural strength, its attributes are ascertained. After the specimens have been cured for seven and twenty-eight days, non-destructive tests include ultrasonic pulse velocity and rebound hammer tests. Results show that replacing steel slag in concrete up to 50% results in fair results for split tensile, compressive strength, and flexural strength; replacing steel slag in concrete up to 25% results in fair results for split tensile, compressive strength, and flexural strength; and that values vary slightly as the proportion of steel slag and dolomite aggregate in the mix increases; above 25% of dolomite aggregate replacement in concrete results in split tensile and compressive strength that are somewhat decreased and fall within a significant range. Test results indicate that adding steel slag and dolomite aggregate to concrete strength blends clearly improves hardened properties.

 Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has revolutionized education, offering immense opportunities for online STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education. However, it also presents significant challenges. Among the key challenges are the lack of access to high-speed internet, inadequate digital infrastructure, and the digital divide, which disproportionately affects students from underserved regions (Anderson, 2020). Additionally, the absence of hands-on experiences in virtual labs limits the development of practical skills, a cornerstone of STEM education (Mishra & Koehler, 2006). Student engagement and motivation also remain critical issues due to the lack of personalized interaction in online environments. Despite these challenges, online STEM education offers notable opportunities. It allows for global access to high-quality resources, asynchronous learning, and collaborative opportunities that transcend geographical barriers (Means et al., 2014). Emerging technologies such as virtual reality (VR) and artificial intelligence (AI) are enabling the creation of interactive and immersive learning environments that foster active learning. Moreover, online platforms facilitate interdisciplinary learning and foster skills such as coding, data analysis, and computational thinking, which are increasingly vital in the 21st-century job market (National Research Council, 2012). The role of effective teaching-learning strategies is pivotal in overcoming these challenges and harnessing the potential of online STEM education. Strategies such as flipped classrooms, project-based learning, and adaptive assessments can enhance student engagement and learning outcomes (Bishop & Verleger, 2013). Additionally, integrating collaborative tools and leveraging real-world problem-solving approaches can cultivate critical thinking and innovation. In conclusion, addressing the challenges of online STEM education through innovative teaching strategies can ensure equitable access and transform STEM learning into a more inclusive, interactive, and impactful experience.

 Abstract

The introduction of digitalisation and technology has increased the requirement for strong and automated systems that require less human intervention. Human resource departments are in charge of managing highly complicated duties such as talent acquisition, performance management, remuneration, benefits, and other critical employee-related functions. Manually managing a large staff database is not always straightforward. Previously, the Human Resources function was mostly transactional and administrative. However, as jobs and job descriptions changed, so did the way things were done. Businesses have recognised the importance of Human Resource Management in harnessing existing resources to help organisations gain a competitive advantage. HR analytics has become critical for firms to complete difficult jobs and identify trends for future initiatives. HR analytics is a buzzword among HR practitioners today. It aids in identifying gaps in individual and team performance and recommending ways to close them using Artificial Intelligence or other similar technologies. The goal of this study was to better understand the role of HR Analytics in transforming human resource functions. A sample of 197 HR professionals from various organisations were polled to learn about the benefits, obstacles, and impact of transforming human resource management with HR analytics. Transforming Human Resource Management using HR Analytics has a tremendous influence on an organisation.

 Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of clash detection in Building Information Modeling (BIM)-based residential and commercial building projects. With the growing complexity of architectural and engineering systems, effective design coordination is essential to minimize construction-phase conflicts and cost overruns. In this study, discipline-specific models--architectural, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)--were developed using Autodesk Revit. These models were integrated and analyzed using Navisworks Manage to detect and categorize spatial conflicts as hard, soft, or workflow-related clashes. The residential building model revealed 23 clashes, primarily involving wall-column and wall-wall intersections, indicating structural misalignments. In contrast, the commercial building model exhibited 58 clashes, with a higher concentration of MEP-related issues such as duct-beam and pipe-slab interferences. A clash responsibility matrix was implemented to assign resolution authority based on system hierarchy, improving coordination efficiency. Comparative analysis showed that commercial projects required nearly twice as many resolution iterations as residential ones. Early-stage clash detection was found to reduce design errors by over 70%, save an estimated 30% of project time, and significantly enhance interdisciplinary collaboration. These findings underscore the critical role of BIM-enabled coordination--especially in MEP-intensive projects--and support the integration of such practices in both academic and professional design workflows

 Abstract

Cryptographic ledger technologies have catalyzed a paradigm shift in democratic participation models, unlocking transformative approaches to deconstruct conventional institutional power structures. This investigation presents a pioneering computational framework for developing autonomous collective entities that exploit Solana's high-velocity transaction processing and economically efficient execution environment. Contemporary organizational governance suffers from systemic inefficiencies rooted in bureaucratic centralization and costly operational friction. Our engineered approach deploys a dual-tier computational infrastructure that elegantly synthesizes immutable cryptographic protocols with adaptive collaborative mechanisms operating beyond the blockchain boundary. The underlying consensus layer employs programmable smart contracts constructed via the Anchor development toolkit, codifying irrevocable governance statutes, proportional influence allocation systems, and autonomous financial management protocols. The interaction framework, developed using React.js with sophisticated state coordination and cryptocurrency wallet compatibility, establishes an intuitive ecosystem for stakeholder engagement encompassing initiative formulation, democratic deliberation, and perpetual administrative transparency Comprehensive verification methodologies--spanning microscopic contract logic auditing, complete wallet communication pathway testing, and cross-system data integrity confirmation--demonstrate that our implementation surpasses established industry standards for cryptographic robustness, distributed system performance, and interface usability metrics.

 Abstract

Kathakali, the classical dance-drama tradition of Kerala, intricately weaves elements of dance, music, acting, and poetry into a complete aesthetic experience. This paper examines how ???g?ra rasa--particularly sa?bhoga ???g?ra is poetically and dramaturgically realized through dhvani in Kathakali performance. Focusing on Unnayi Warrier's Nalacharitam, especially the Kuvalaya-vilochane poem from the Nalacharitam second day's act, the study illustrates the subtle shifts in emotional texture and acting techniques that elevate this text to a paradigmatic example of refined eroticism in Indian theatre. Drawing on N??ya??stra concepts, historical context, and performative traditions, the paper reveals how Nalacharitam redefined narrative, language, and abhinaya in Kathakali, giving ???g?ra a new artistic gravitas through suggestive dramaturgy.

 Abstract

--The food industry is undergoing tremendous change due to artificial intelligence (AI) and automation. One of the most significant such changes is the emergence of cloud kitchens--spaces without dining areas but serving food for delivery purposes only. Cloud kitchens leverage AI and automation to simplify operations, reduce costs, and cope with increasing demands for food delivery online. The paper explains the application of AI systems in cloud kitchens, such as predicting customer orders, wisely managing inventory, preparing and packing food through robots, and automated interfaces to handle customers. It also explains how machine learning facilitates smooth delivery and personalizes customer experiences with information. The paper explores the application of IoT and smart kitchen devices for live audits and quality inspection. While such technologies promise new opportunities for expansion and going green, data privacy concerns, job loss, and integration issues for systems are concerns. The aim of this paper is to provide an unequivocal vision of the state of affairs, advantages and disadvantages, and future promise of automation and AI in the changing food business, particularly cloud kitchens

 Abstract

This research presents a QR code-based attendance system that streamlines and digitizes the attendance process in educational institutions. It allows educators to generate session-specific QR codes for each lecture, which students scan via a mobile app to mark attendance. These QR codes are time-limited to prevent misuse. All data is securely stored in a centralized MySQL database and accessed through a real-time web dashboard. Built using Node.js and a modern frontend, the system eliminates proxy attendance, offers real-time tracking, and ensures secure, scalable operations for both teachers and students.

 Abstract

In an age defined by rapid digitalization and evolving consumer expectations, the essence of speed has become central to consumption patterns, particularly among younger population. This study explores the role of speed in shaping consumer behaviour, with a sectoral focus on fast fashion, within the broader framework of India's accelerating lifestyle dynamics. Employing a mixed-methods research design, the study integrates structured surveys and thematic analysis to understand generational attitudes toward speed-driven consumption. Key findings indicate that while speed is a visible characteristic of the fast fashion model, it is not a statistically dominant factor influencing purchasing decisions; factors like price, quality, and trendiness hold greater weight. However, significant associations were found between speed preference and variables like age and frequency of impulsive purchases, suggesting that lifestyle rhythm and emotional triggers may shape these preferences more than income, gender, or employment status. The study contributes to the understanding of contemporary consumer behaviour, offering insights into how businesses might navigate the tension between accelerated consumption and the emerging shift toward ethical and sustainable choices.
