Abstract: Conjunctival carcinoma in situ (CIS) is a rare pre-invasive neoplasia that can progress to invasive squamous cell carcinoma. This article reports two cases of conjunctival CIS. The first case involved a 66-year-old man with UV exposure, treated successfully with surgical excision and cryotherapy, showing no recurrence at 12 months. The second case was a 45-year-old woman, managed with surgical excision and mitomycin C, with no recurrence at 18 months. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment are crucial for effective disease management and preventing progression to invasive carcinoma.

The researches had mentioned in the objective and hypothesis of the present research which was very much necessary to find out the level of job satisfaction of secondary school teacher, who were taking as a sample under present study. Further it was also hypothesized whether this level of job satisfaction many b outcome of different factor which are named as factor, factor within the organisation and factor out of the organisation the research has also this curiosity whether the level of job satisfaction and teachers hierachy of needs are interrelated or not for the measurement of job satisfaction of the teacher with his assumption that the level of job satisfaction ( high, moderate, or low ) result to high level job satisfaction moderate level of job satisfaction and Low job satisfaction. The indicators of job satisfaction where general statement obted from " A handbook of research design and social measurement" in which total 18 statement were given, to the respond on five points 'Likert' type scale ranging from fully agree to fully disagree. The scale includes indicators like powerlessness, meaning lenses, normalessness, devians and conformity, five option were given the re- spondents ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree for the responses . Abstract Background:- the isometric strength training is a part of physiotherapy program of muscle condition.Where tendinopathy is failed healing of response of tendon, with proliferation of tenocytes, interacellular abnormalities in tenocyte disruption of collagen fibre. Lateral elbow tendinopathy commonly refferd as lateral epicondylagia or lateral epicondylitis or tennis elbow which is one of the most common lesion of arm. Physiotherapy is a conservative treatment that is usually recommended where management of tendinopathy is done by tissue manipulation, electro therapeutic modalities ,exercise programme and manual techniques. Study designs :- An overall evaluation approach was utilized in this framework. Subject:- 50 subject were randomly divided in 2 groups and revived with 2 different techniques observed for 6 weeks Methods:- Group A received concentric isotonic contraction with ice and Group B received eccentric isotonic contraction with 10 repetion Result :- the result indicates a significant important loading to the rejection of null hypothesis and acceptance of alternative hypothesis .The analysis reveals that concentric isometric contraction with ice and eccentric contraction both lead to an improvement in range of motion.

The present study uses a comparative method to explore the socio-economic and educational status of Muslim women in West Bengal. It reveals large gender gaps on virtually all three indicators of employment, earnings, and education between Muslim women and the rest of the women in the region. Unlike the other religious communities/groups settled in West Bengal; the Muslims, especially the Muslim women are reported to be behind the mainstream in every possible aspects of social development concerning its socio-economic standing, educational attainment, empowerment, political, the decision-making capacity etc. due to multifarious internal and external constraints. The research indicates low levels of socio-economic status of Muslim women, a situation which is still valid in West Bengal as they not only have low literacy rates, they also have high dropout rates with the lowest labour force participation. Cultural norms and economic hurdles further slow them down. Nevertheless, efforts from the government as well as numerous non-governmental organizations to increase their educational and economic opportunities are bearing fruit. This survey finds significant regional gender disparities in health, education, employment and empowerment among the Muslim women in comparison to the health status of other parts of country or Muslim population dominating regions, highlighting where effort should be made for designing targeted policies and interventions. The findings bring out the importance of education and economics empowerment for the improved well being and social status of the Muslim women of West Bengal.

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) are becoming an increasingly important and challenging research area. Advances in WSN technology enable a wide range of applications, including environmental monitoring and object tracking systems. WSNs consist of small, low-cost sensor nodes with limited transmission ranges, processing power, storage capacity, and energy resources. This study focuses on energy-constrained WSNs deployed over a specific region, where the primary task is to collect data from sensor nodes and transmit it to a base station for further processing. Each bit of data requires a fixed amount of energy to receive and an additional amount to transmit, which varies with the transmission range. If all nodes were to transmit directly to the base station, they would rapidly exhaust their energy reserves. Efficient routing in WSNs, given their constraints on power, energy, and storage, poses a significant challenge. In this work, we propose a Particle Swarm Optimization-based Routing protocol (PSOR) that prioritizes energy efficiency in routing and optimizes data forwarding paths to the base node. The PSOR algorithm generates optimized routing paths by using energy consumption as a fitness value to select the best path. Our novel strategy enhances route optimization by integrating the Breadth First Search algorithm with PSOR to achieve more energy-efficient and shorter paths. Effectiveness of the proposed method was evidenced by experimental results obtained through the NS2 (Network Simulator 2) tool.

Genetics has undergone a revolution because of gene editing technologies, especially CRISPR-Cas9. These technologies allow for accurate, effective, and cost-effective modifications to DNA. Although the scientific world applauds these developments for their potential to improve human capacities and eliminate genetic diseases, there are significant ethical questions. The goal of this paper is to present a thorough analysis of the ethical discussions surrounding gene editing technology by looking at case studies, moral dilemmas, and legal issues.

ABSTRACT: A new global change in the earth's atmosphere is greatly affected by climate change and degradation of natural resources and environment. Environmental mitigation measures in this paper examined the collection of baseline information on Chinnagoundanur, Sankari, Manjakalpatti, Devannagoundanur, Kaliyanur villages in Sankari Taluk in Salem Districts. Identifications of the 4 areas of villages and aspects in these air pollution studies are very important role in dispersion of air quality and health benefits from a comprehensive mitigation strategy in the residential areas of pollutants, mining and is estimated within the atmosphere. The Ambient of Air Quality has been monitored around the areas of villages. At all locations, the PM2.5,PM10, SO2,and NOx values are found to be within the limit and as the existing airquality measured during the season. Compared to the baseline, the residentialmitigation scenario will result in 28% and 11% lower PM2.5 and SO2 emissions. Thispaper helps to reduce the dust and noise levels below the desirable limits in Sankari Taluk and further improved the working environment.

Through her powerful storytelling, Bama, a Dalit writer from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, dismantles oppressive narratives and creates a liberating world by weaving complex webs from her lived experience. This paper embarks on a linguistic journey through selected works by Bama, focusing mainly on his novel Karukku and short stories, and how he used language as a tool for social criticism and cultural flexibility. Examining Bama's skillful use of code-switching between Tamil and Dalit dialects, we see how she subverts linguistic hierarchies and brings the marginalized Dalit voice to the fore. We analyze the deployment of imagery and metaphors often rooted in nature and the body to highlight the harsh realities of caste discrimination and its embodied experiences. This study explores Bama's innovative manipulation of syntax and narrative structure, particularly his non-linear storytelling, to challenge dominant social stereotypes and offer a subversive perspective on history. It acts as a transformative weapon and destroys the language of the oppressor. Creates alternative worlds within the fabric of words. Their linguistic choices empower Dalit communities by fostering a sense of shared identity and weaving paths of resistance and liberation.
