Anxiety disorders are the most common of all mental disorders on a global scale. There are varying forms of anxiety disorders with each having its own characteristics and associated symptoms. The level of anxiety disorders in a specific population may largely be dictated by socio-cultural factors. Moreover, those suffering from anxiety disorders often find these intervening with their daily as well as academic lives specifically as a result of partaking in procrastination behaviour. Considering all the aforementioned, this research paper aims to conduct a thorough review of anxiety disorders and their link with procrastination prior to conducting an intensive analysis to derive the prevalence of anxiety disorders in high schoolers from India and further evaluate how this influences procrastination behaviours amongst the sample population.

The revolutionary impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the healthcare industry is demonstrated through an exciting combination of diverse technologies, algorithms, and state-of-the-art techniques. Medical and administrative procedures in healthcare organisations are rapidly being revolutionised by AI technologies. The general consensus is that AI tools will prove to be beneficial adjuncts to healthcare practitioners, not a replacement for them, despite concerns about job displacement. AI is positioned to help healthcare workers with a variety of duties, including clinical documentation, patient outreach, administrative processing, and advanced support in areas like image analysis, patient monitoring, and diagnostics. The numerous uses of AI in healthcare are described in this thorough analysis, which goes beyond its direct use in patient care to include drug discovery and ambient assisted living, among other areas of the healthcare value chain. The main objective is to create a solid body of information that will guide the creation of risk-reduction plans. In order to ensure the safe and successful integration of AI technology into standard healthcare procedures, several measures are essential. Understanding the need of researching the hazards associated with AI in healthcare, this work becomes essential to both improving AI systems and developing technology in general. The focus is not just on accepting the possible advantages but also on taking proactive steps to reduce any hazards that may arise, which will help AI in healthcare develop responsibly.

Drug delivery technology advancements have changed the pharmaceutical sector in recent years. One such invention is the self-emulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS), which offers decreased toxicity, increased therapeutic efficacy, and improved bioavailability. SMEDDS are especially helpful for medications classified as Class 2 in the Biopharmaceutical Classification System (BCS), which has low bioavailability and poor water solubility. We shall examine SMEDDS and their potential for BCS Class 2 medication delivery in more detail in this blog article. We will also discuss how SMEDDS technology is expected to develop in the future and how this could alter the landscape of medication delivery.

The use of the bibliometric analytical technique for examining Direct Marketing research is found to be non existent in the literature. The basic purpose of the study was to perform an empirical examination of bibliometric trends and patterns of all Direct Marketing -related publications in the Web of Science core collection. This study covers 617 search results from web of Science website resulting from a query for documents with titles containing the keywords, Direct marketing and marketing. Analysed parameters included document type, year of publishing, language of publication, authorship, distribution of subject category, country of publication and most-frequently cited article. VOS viewer was used for data visualization. Standard bibliometric analysis were used for presenting The growth of publications, research productivity and citation analysis. The present research aims address a significant gap in the current academic literature by utilizing bibliometric analysis to examine the landscape of Direct Marketing research. Specifically, this study focuses on conducting a comprehensive analysis of all publications related to Direct Marketing within the Web of Science core collection. A total of 617 search results were obtained by querying the Web of Science website using the keywords "Direct marketing" and "marketing" in the title of the documents. The analysis encompasses various parameters including document type, year of publication, language of publication, authorship, subject category distribution, country of publication, and the most frequently cited article. To visualize the data, VOS viewer was employed. In addition, standard bibliometric analysis methods were employed to present the growth of publications, research productivity, and citation analysis. It is worth noting that the use of the bibliometric analytical technique in the examination of Direct Marketing research has not been explored in the current body of scholarly works. Hence, this study represents a novel contribution to the academic field by providing a comprehensive overview of the publications in this area.

Caste remains an important social, political, economic, cultural and psychological phenomenon in various spheres of Indian social life. The Indian caste system is seen as a hierarchical system where at the lower level are groups such as Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes and Other Backward Castes who experience caste-based discrimination in almost all spheres of their lives. Social adjustment refers to the balanced performance of various social roles by an individual to achieve his or her real goals. The main objective of this study was to find out the effect of caste on social adjustment in adolescents. Keeping in mind the objective of this study, three hypotheses were formulated which are as follows: (i) Social adjustment of Scheduled Castes will be better than Scheduled Tribes, (ii) Social adjustment of Other Backward Castes will be better than Scheduled Castes, and (iii) Social adjustment of General Castes will be better than Other Backward Castes. For this, a total of 100 adolescents aged between 17 to 21 years were selected as samples from A N S College Barh (Patna) using the purposive sampling method. Data collection was done using the Mohshin-Shamsahd Adaptation of Bell Adjustment Inventory (1987). The data obtained was analyzed using various statistical tools like mean, SD, ANOVA, and p-value to get meaningful results. The result showed that on the level of social adjustment Scheduled Castes were better than Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Castes were better than Scheduled Castes while General Castes were better than Other Backward Castes.

Herbal nail lacquer is a type of nail polish formulated with natural, plant-based ingredients. the utilization of herbal extracts, essential oils, or other natural compounds. Onychomycosis is an infection of the nail due to fungi that include dermatophytes, non-dermatophyte molds, and yeast (Candida species). More than 90% of cases have this dermatophyte infection, which is mostly brought on by trichophyton rubrum and Candida species. Herbal nail lacquer has been designed and developed in this study for the treatment of onychomycosis. An oleuropein compound found in olive leaves has shown potential as an antifungal agent. Incorporating it into herbal nail lacquer could aim to achieve effective treatment against onychomycosis. It was anticipated that this would increase patient preference as well as potency. The nail lacquer preparation was designed by maceration for extraction and simple mixing and analyzed for thin layer chromatography, gloss, smoothness to flow, viscosity, water resistance test, drying time, and determination of antifungal studies. In this study, the formulation was prepared by using Eudragit RL-100, ethyl acetate, ethyl cellulose, dibutyl phthalate, salicylic acid, acetone, Clitoria ternatea (a coloring agent), and alpha-santalol (a smelling agent). The prepared medicated nail lacquer was evaluated for various parameters such as organoleptic characters, drying time, smoothness of flow, gloss, and water resistance that showed satisfactory results. Among all formulations, the F4 formulation was highly effective due to its good water resistance (0.05 g), quick drying time (60 s), good film thickness (0.14 mm), good viscosity (147 cp), and best zone of inhibition. From the above studies, it can be concluded that medicated nail lacquers proved to be a better tool as a drug delivery system for the transungual drug delivery of an antifungal in the treatment of onychomycosis. It can also be used for the beautification of nails with ease of application.

Abstract Shiro Basti, an Ayurvedic therapeutic procedure, involves the application of medicated oils on the scalp using a special cap. This literature review aims to collate and analyse existing research on Shiro Basti, focusing on its historical significance, methodologies, therapeutic benefits, and potential applications in modern medicine. The review draws from classical Ayurvedic texts, contemporary studies, and clinical trials to comprehensively understand Shiro Basti. Historically, Shiro Basti has been used to treat a variety of neurological and psychological conditions, including headaches, migraines, insomnia, anxiety, and stress-related disorders. The procedure is rooted in the principles of Ayurveda, which emphasize the balance of body, mind.
