The status of any social group is often assessed based on indicators such as literacy levels, education, health, and overall standard of living. Tribal women, like women in many other social groups, generally exhibit lower literacy rates compared to men. This disparity is evident in their reduced levels of educational attainment, lower enrollment rates in schools, and less frequent presence in educational institutions.

Study of water quality tells about present status of unstable water for domestic use. Indiscriminate and wasteful water consumption and improper waste disposal practice have led to deterioration of both, surface water and subsurface water. Due to the pressure of human activity, urbanization and industrialization, the ground water sources are degraded gradually. Therefore pure, safe, healthy and odorless drinking water is matter of deep concern. There are many pollutants in ground water due to sewage viz, organic and inorganic pollutants, heavy metals, pesticides, fluoride etc. The purpose was to ascertain the quality of water from these sources. These were analyzed for Acidity, Alkalinity, Chloride, Hardness, pH, Fluoride and Nitrate using standard techniques in laboratory.

This article explores a morally urgent question--"is there any human right not to suffer from severe poverty, and if yes, then does it entail any corresponding duties, either positive or negative to minimise the suffering of global poor?" It does not deny the contributions of Western moral cosmopolitans' right-based approach in addressing global poverty rather it humbly attempts to highlights some of its moral insufficiencies in addressing acute global poverty, especially in the Global South. It explores why right-based approach is a "noble lie or hollow promise" to the global poor in the absence of any plausible framework of duty. In the 'institutional approach', my primary focus will be on Thomas Pogge for the reason that he is the leading global justice theorist of our time and have done significant work in this area Having discussed problems and limitations of Thomas Pogge's institutional cosmopolitan right-based approach in addressing global poverty, I will be exploring Indian conception of human rights and how Gandhi's understanding of the relationships between rights and duties helps us in addressing global poverty in a better way.

Telecommuting has been the latest trend in the work world. This has come into emergence due to the COVID pandemic which has caused an upheaval in work practices. It has an effect on the environment and inturn it eventually impacts the competitive advantage of the firm. Telecommuting is said to have a positive impact on the environment by way of reduced greenhouse gas emissions, less paper usage and improved quality of air and hence it was supported by most of the environmentalists. This study aims to explore the influence of telecommuting on the competitive advantage of the firm by way of environmental sustainability. The study data was collected through a systematic literature review. The results demonstrated that Telecommuting had a positive effect on the environment, ultimately enabling the organisations to gain a competitive edge over their competitors.

Influencer marketing refers to the collaboration between a brand and an internet influencer to promote a product or service. Artificial intelligence (AI) is a critical technological advancement of the Fourth Industrial Revolution that refers to any intelligence presented by a robot, computer, or any machine in general which is equivalent to intelligence of humans. The aim of this qualitative study is to analyse the possible uses and benefits of AI in marketing. The researchers have analysed the AI's expanding importance, as it relates to online platforms mainly influencer marketing. Additionally, the study investigates the contemporary applications of AI in social media advertising, aiming to gain a deeper understanding of the influence AI will have on the advertising and marketing sectors. Businesses use AI for various reasons including customer engagement. The researchers further investigate the integration of AI as a crucial component in advertising and its impact on digital platforms, particularly influencer marketing. To get better insight about the influence of AI on advertising sectors, the study also explores the current applications of AI in social media marketing.

ABSTRACT In this paper, we have tried to focus on women entrepreneurship in India. Empowerment refers to measures designed to increase the degree of autonomy and self determination in people and in communities in order to enable them to represent their interests in a responsible and self determined way, acting on their own authority. Empowerment refers both to the process of self-employment and to professional support of people, which enables them to overcome their sense of powerlessness and lack of influence and to recognize and eventually to use their resources and chances. Women empowerment principles equalities means business empowering women to participate fully in economic life across all sector is essential to build stronger economies, achieve internationally agreed goals for development and sustainability and improve the quality of life for women, men, families & communities. Across the world, educating and empowering women has proven time and again to be the catalyst for rapid socio-economic growth. Conversely, societies where women are repressed are among the most backward. In spite of Indian women have proved themselves and women (both rural and urban) have played crucial role in economic development of country.

In recent years, the use of UAVs has significantly increased due to their wide applicability in surveillance, agriculture, search and rescue, and delivery services [1]. The versatility and efficiency of UAVs make them increasingly popular, especially in specific areas such as surveillance, agriculture, search and rescue, and delivery [2]. Effective path planning is essential for enabling UAVs to operate autonomously and navigate through unfamiliar or dynamic environments [3]. Reinforcement learning has revolutionized pathfinding in complex environments by offering credible solutions to challenging navigation problems [4]. To enhance the autonomy and efficiency of UAV operations, this study introduces an adaptive learning strategy with reinforcement learning (RL) for UAV pathfinding [5]. The proposed approach aims to make the pathfinding process adaptable to changing environmental conditions by leveraging UAV experiences [6]. The system was evaluated in simulated environments, successfully navigating through challenging operational scenarios, and demonstrating the robustness of the approach and algorithm [7]. Using adaptive learning techniques and powerful deep reinforcement learning algorithms, the system effectively learns from high-dimensional inputs to achieve precise characteristics [8]. The system learns dynamically by interacting with the environment, thus adapting the pathfinding and resulting in robust performance in real-world applications [9]. The experiments conducted in simulated environments demonstrate that the proposed system is more efficient and safer compared to traditional pathfinding algorithms [10]. This research addresses a critical gap in UAV operations by presenting a novel solution that can lead to significant gains in autonomy and effectiveness across various domains. The advancement of UAV pathfinding capabilities through the development of a robust and adaptable solution for autonomous navigation in a variety of real-world applications is a key objective of this research

This study investigates the significant challenges faced by Master of Education (M.Ed) students at Kerala University while preparing their research dissertations and proposes strategies to overcome these obstacles. The qualitative research design involved interviewing 15 M.Ed students to gather insights into their experiences. The analysis revealed several key challenges: time management issues, difficulties formulating research titles, inadequate supervisory guidance, etc. To address these challenges, the study recommends structured time management workshops, specialized seminars on research design, a restructured curriculum integrating statistics and research proposals early on, flexible data collection options, comprehensive training on standardization and instructional design, investment in modern technological resources, integration of statistical software training, and thorough instruction on citation practices. By implementing these recommendations, institutions can better support M.Ed in their research projects, thereby improving the standard of teaching and future educators' professional growth.

Uterine rupture is a surgical emergency.Maternal and fetal mortality rates are very high. Early management of this complication of childbirth has mortality and morbidity associated with this complication of hildbirth. We present a case of spontaneous uterine rupture in a patient with a bi-scarred uterus at term complicated by pelviperitonitis following delayed diagnosis , treated by laparotomy in the obstetric emergency department of CHU Ibn Rochd, Casablanca.
