In their days, most babies were delivered at home by an untrained woman, neighbor, relative or friend or for the fortunate few, by a physician or trained midwife. In the changing scenario of health care system of today's world, the trends in midwifery and obstetrical nursing are also changing. There is new advancement in care being provided, parenthood planning, national policies. Aim: To assess the knowledge and attitude on selected recent advanced trends in midwifery practice among staff nurses, moreover to find out the correlation between knowledge and attitude and also to find out if there is any association between knowledge and attitude with selected demographic variables. Material and methods: In this study descriptive survey research design was used. 200 staff nurses were selected by simple Random sampling technique. Data collection was done by administering the structured knowledge questionnaire and Likert's attitude scale. The collected data was optimized and analyzed by using descriptive and inferential statistics. Results: The result reveals that most of the samples (50.5%) were having average knowledge and majority (58%) has positive attitude. Conclusion: A significant average knowledge and positive attitude was found regarding selected recent advanced trends in midwifery practice. Health care professional and government have the responsibility to provide proper information regarding recent advanced trends in midwifery practice so that staff nurses will be aware about it.

Background: Hair loss, or alopecia, is a common problem affecting both men and women. There is a growing demand for herbal cosmetics due to their minimal side effects. Aim: The present study aims to formulate a polyherbal hair oil, designed to promote hair growth and treat alopecia. The polyherbal hair oil formulation was developed using a combination of herbs, including amla, pumpkin seed, green tea, aloe vera, almond oil, sesame oil, and coconut oil. Method and Results: The potent chemical constituents responsible for the hair growth were determined by phytochemical screening of the herbs. Formulated polyherbal hair oil underwent a series of evaluations to ensure its quality and safety. Parameters such as viscosity, pH, saponification value, colour, odour, sensitivity, irritation, and acid value were assessed. These provided important information about the physical and chemical properties of the hair oil, ensuring its suitability for use. Increasing popularity of polyherbal hair oils for alopecia can be attributed to the growing preference for natural and safer alternatives to conventional hair care products. Conclusion: By harnessing the therapeutic potential of herbal ingredients, these formulations offer a holistic approach to hair care, by promoting healthy hair growth. It provides a promising solution for individuals experiencing hair loss. These formulations offer the benefits of herbal ingredients with fewer side effects and improved safety and efficacy. The combination was carefully selected to obtain the best possible formulation for stimulating hair growth.

The recent moves of Indian government, whether it be Digital India or demonetization or DBT, all intends to drive India towards cash-less economy. Although these initiatives are the key to address the issues of financial inclusion, poverty alleviation, cheap access to credit and corruption, but the fact that 95 percent of transactions in India are cash based cannot be overlooked, as India is a cash based economy, with the cash-to-GDP ratio being 12 percent. Only 10-15% of the population is estimated to have ever used any kind of non-cash payment instrument, compared to 40% of people in countries like Brazil, and china. Thus, the journey of Indian economy from cash towards going cashless is highly debatable. Therefore, this study discusses the concept and the various dynamics of going cashless along-with the current position of India. The study also puts forward the benefits and adverse impact of going cashless. It also assessed the growth on the path of being cashless in terms of digital payments. Moreover, an effort is made to know about pitfalls on the way of going cashless for India. It is obvious from this study that the future of the Cashless India looks pretty promising. In spite of the pitfalls in going cashless, the response of the people towards this move of the government is a clear indication that the journey of Indian economy from cash to cashless is likely to succeed in near future, if the prerequisite infrastructure are made available and the hindrances are removed. This revolutionary shift, into the new era of digital payments, entails a need of series of radical reforms in a phase wise manner, especially in rural areas as it can't be forced abruptly.

In today's fast-paced world, businesses have exciting opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction through advanced information and communication technologies. Banks, in particular, are adopting innovative electronic communication channels to stay competitive and satisfy customers. This study aimed to investigate customer attitudes towards conversational banking, using AI-powered digital assistants. It identified key determinants influencing customer acceptance or resistance to this new approach. Through factor analysis, it was revealed that customer acceptance plays a crucial role in the success of conversational banking. Understanding these determinants enables banks to improve the overall banking experience. Abstract: In India, nursing admissions have been increasing steadily, but there is a significant discrepancy between the intake of students and the number of qualified graduates. To address this issue, this research aimed to investigate the qualities and behaviors expected from both nursing faculty and baccalaureate nursing students to enhance the teaching-learning process. A cross-sectional survey was conducted, where participants ranked the top 10 qualities/behaviors from the Teacher Behavior Checklist (TBC) list of 28 items. The study involved 23 nursing faculty members and 86 BSc Nursing students. The results revealed six key factors deemed crucial for effective teaching and learning by both faculty and students: Confidence, Professionalism, Knowledge of Subject Matter, Good Listening Skills, Positive Attitude/Humor, and Student Encouragement. Further research is recommended to explore these aspects across different nursing institutions and to compare views on effective teaching between baccalaureate and associate degree nursing programs.

Voice feminization is a multifaceted process that encompasses various interventions aimed at aligning the voice of transgender individuals with their gender identity. While increasing vocal pitch is commonly emphasized as a key objective, it is important to recognize that achieving a truly feminine voice involves more than pitch alone. Nevertheless, both surgical and non-surgical approaches have predominantly concentrated on pitch elevation as a primary focus of voice feminization interventions.

Intrauterine fetal demise is also called as stillbirth describes the death of fetus inside the uterine cavity. This term is usually adopted for loss of baby at / after 20th week of gestation. There are two types of stillbirths according to the gestational age which includes Early and Late still birth. Early stillbirth occurs from the Gestational week of 20 to 27 which is only insignificantly prevalent than Late stillbirth occurs from the Gestational week of 28 and or above. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention claims that IUFD occurs in 1:100 pregnancies globally. In this case, retro placental hematoma seemed to be associated with sudden IUFD. The death of a fetus in late pregnancy can be disastrous. The nurse's role here is to be fully familiarized with the location of equipment, medications, and emergencies trolley to avoid any delay and chaos. They are expected to be emotionally stable and focused, and also to help the mother through the entire process by providing adequate support.

Murshidabad Plain is part of the moribund delta. The position of the Bagri tract is within the quadrilateral, bounded by Bhagirathi, and Padma, and partly by Mahananda. In this study region of the river Bhagirathi, flowing from north to south dividing the district into two topographical divisions showing contrasting physical characteristics. The major old river basins in the Bagri tract are described in this paper. The simulated satellite images in MS form and DEM form demarcate the nature of river actions by their dynamic equilibrium. The main features of satellite images are contour, slope, watershed, flow direction etc.
