 Abstract

Night travelling leads to lack of travelling judgment and dangerous for beginner drivers. Even the expert driver may miss the wheel judgment in 4-wheelers due to less visibility in front view lower position. On other hand GPS map, guided driving may distract the driving attention and lead to abnormal situations. The proposed system will be design to guide driver using infrared beam design to about wheel judgment and the vehicle passing lane space judgment. This technology could also extend to display mapping information and all other information that may guide driver on road. The number of vehicles on our roads is burgeoning day by day. This is turn forced almost all this vehicle manufactures to think about the extra safety instruments and electronic controls to attach with these products for giving the users a safety derived in all road conditions through a mass flow traffic. Currently central locking system and theft detection system is available in the vehicle these can alert car owner for theft detection but major problem with all these system is it can alert local users only not to the remote one.

 Abstract

The main objective of project is to protect buildings by earthquake resistant structure. While no structure can be entirely immune to damage from earthquakes, the goal of earthquake resistant construction is to erect structures that fare better during Seismic activity than their conventional counterparts. Damper systems are designed and manufactured to protect integrities and structural damages and to prevent injuries. There are many techniques to make seismic resistant structure. The base isolation technique is used in this project to resist against earthquake. Lead Rubber Bearing is a new type earthquake resistance rubber bearing, formed by inserting lead core into ordinary laminated rubber bearing, vertical supporting, and horizontal displacement and hysteric damping are combined in single unit together.

Sentiment evaluation is a Study comes beneath Natural Language Processing It allows to discover the real Sentiment hidden in a text. In these studies, we attention on Finding the Sentiments for Twitter statistics set. It has greater exacting because of its unstructured statistics, constrained size, use of slangs, misspells, emojis, abbreviations, prevent words. Most of the researchers dealt with diverse sorts of methods of sentiment evaluation and evaluate their results the use of diverse methods had been underexplored inside the literature Hence, in our studies we strive to carry out sentiment evaluation on twitter statistics the use of herbal language processing. Here we are taking two data sets for testing and training. In train data set we have label means two values 0 and 1. It is to indicate racist and non-racist tweets. In this research we are making the data as a structured manner with nlp techniques like tokenization, stemming, lemmatize etc and we have used svm classifier for prediction of the data and we need to find the confusion matrix and accuracy. Compares its performance with other well-known classifiers. Comparison results shows that SVM classifier better predicts the outcome.

 Abstract

Abstract Background Maternal healthcare is influential in improving the health of women and children. Its services are still a challenge in the rural area due to several factors like lack of infrastructure facilities, economic constraint of the people, socio-cultural and geographical location. This paper evaluates the availability of access to maternal healthcare services looking into the existing healthcare system in Pherzawl district, Manipur. Methods This study uses purposive and random sampling technique to find out the health seeking behaviour in access to maternal healthcare services among women of 15-49 years of age. Investigation is made on the services of three important component of maternal healthcare such as antenatal care, childbirth and postnatal care using in-depth interview and observation. Result The study found that 11.43% of women were receiving ANC check-ups more than four times during pregnancy while 2.86% of them have not done even a single visit. The reason behind is the inconveniences caused due to lack of awareness, their busy schedule for food security, poor cooperation from the husband and financial issue. Home delivery is high which constitute 38.57% wherein it is due to the poor quality of services and far distance from home. Majority of the home delivery is assisted by untrained traditional birth attendant. Government institutional delivery stood 42.86% with private hospital delivery is 18.57%. Moreover, 62.86% of women have not received postpartum check-ups due to lack of awareness which made them felt unnecessary unless they have serious health complications. Conclusion Maternal healthcare service is poor in the rural area. It is necessary that the healthcare system needs to improve the quality of services so that maternal healthcare services reach the target beneficiaries at the maximum. Also, stakeholders who are responsible for the proper implementation of healthcare services must be vigilant in serving the underserved population.
