Religion is an important part of life. It has motivated so many people in positive way but at the same time so many problems are also created on the name of Religion. The main reason is that it has not been felt in its true sense. The Spirit is more important. The Basic concept of Religion and Religiosity will be discussed in this article.

A pandemic is an outbreak of an infectious illness that has spread across a broad area, such as multiple continents or the entire world, and has affected a huge number of people. According to the World Health Organization, pandemic is the worldwide spread of a new illness. When a novel influenza virus arises and spreads over the world, and most individuals are not immune, an influenza pandemic ensues. Viruses that have produced pandemics in the past have usually come from animal influenza viruses. At Ashoka present whole world is suffering from COVID-19 pandemic disease. Clinical research to find an effective medication against a new corona virus has moved at a breakneck pace. To meet an unmet medical need, the regulations have been made more flexible and convenient, but medication safety reporting has not been relaxed. Because patient safety is the first priority, pharmacovigilance efforts, particularly adverse event reporting, should continue as usual, regardless of clinical trials or clinical practise. The increased exposure to investigational medications with inadequate risk-benefit data necessitates more stringent safety monitoring, accurate adverse event reporting, and early assessment. Causation evaluation will be more difficult due to the current restrictions on physical contact, travel, and free movements, isolation, quarantine, and a large clinical workload during a pandemic. It's probable that not all adverse incidents will be documented in detail, compromising the completeness and quality of safety reports.

The Healthcare Workers (HCWs) comprises a wide variety of professions and occupations who provide some type of healthcare service, including such direct care workers like physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, respiratory therapists, dentists, pharmacists, occupational therapists, physical and behaviour therapists, as well as allied health professionals such as medical laboratory scientists, dieticians, and social workers. An exploratory study was conducted among 120 healthcare workers in hospitals as well as private clinics to investigate the impact of psychosocial stressors among healthcare workers. The specific objectives were to recognize the coping strategies adopted by them to eliminate the negative stressors affecting their performance and efficiency. A self-constructed and validated questionnaire was used to analyze the negative stressors. It was observed that patient-related activities such as boarding, billing, collecting patient reports and data are some of the monotonous repetitive tasks carried out by healthcare workers. These tasks lead to psychological fatigue among them indirectly leading to stress. Healthcare workers in the age 31 - 40 years have the most monotonous tasks as compared to other age groups and 100.8 (84%) of them always accept the situation when the work is piled up and continue with their routine work The results recognized the need and urgency to reduce the negative stressors for healthcare workers.

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a condition that occurs as a result of damage to the blood vessels of the retina in people who have diabetes. DR can be developed if one has Type - 1 or Type - 2 diabetes and a long history of uncontrolled high blood sugar levels. There are different forms of diabetic retinopathy such as non-proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (NPDR), proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (PDR) and Macular Edema (ME) [1] [2]. In case of NPDR blood vessels in the retina become week which results in Microaneurysms (MA), Haemorrhages (HA). While in case of PDR, areas of retina become oxygen deprived which leads to abnormal growth of blood vessels. Macular Edema represents the swelling of macula. Several parameters are associated with the growth of Diabetic Retinopathy [3] [4], such as, metabolism control density and genetic-constraint. During the primary phase, the arteries in retina begin to leak and minute haemorrhages are created [5] [6]. The vessels, which leaks from lipoproteins lead to blurred vision. Another crisis is the growth of weaker blood vessels that burst and leaks blood in eyes, and therefore the retina will not be able to project images to brain that paves the way for blindness. As DR [7] [8] is a chief cause of visual loss among individuals suffering from diabetes [9], it is necessary to diagnose them frequently so as to spot the symptoms of DR at the earliest.

Robotic fish is a biomimicking of a real-world fish being developed with a view to enable surface level cleaning of water bodies. The fish monitors the pH levels of the water that it is currently in. The fish has to perform the above two tasks yet exhibit a good stabilization. To establish a stabilized structure of the fish the right buoyancy and a low center of volume and mass has to be ensured. To bring in locomotion against the currents of the water and to enable enough propulsion to push forward the garbage collected requires the fish to produce adequate thrust. To transfer commands to the fish from the operator a suitable communication mechanism, a web socket accompanied by a web application on the transmitter side and a ESP32 on the receiving side enables one to send control signals which would in turn enable locomotion and surface level cleaning. To avoid any damage to the circuitry a suitable water proofing mechanism is adopted.

Innovation progressions have a fast and colossal impact on each field of life, be it clinical field or different other various fields. Man-made reasoning has portrayed the promising outcomes in medical services through its dynamic by examining the information. Coronavirus has influenced very in excess of 100 nations during a question of no time. Individuals from everywhere the world are exceptionally helpless against its approaching results in the coming future. It is basic to foster a control framework that will recognize the Covid. One of the answers for control the momentum ruin can be the finding of infection with the assistance of different AI instruments. A clinical examination of COVID-19 infected people revealed that these individuals are significantly harmed by lung illness as a result of engaging with this virus. Chest x-ray (radiography) and chest CT are more powerful imaging techniques for identifying lurch-related problems. In any case, an impressive chest x-beam might be a cheaper interaction when contrasted with chest CT. Profound learning is viewed as perhaps the best method of AI, which gives different helpful investigation to contemplate a tremendous measure of chest x-beam pictures that can basically affect screening of Covid-19. In this work, we have taken the perspective on chest x-beam and CT checks for Coronavirus influenced patients just as sound patients and prepared our model to have the option to deliver results for the location of the infection.

Ternary logic is a reliable method for defining, analyzing, testing and implementing the basic combinational circuitry with VHDL simulator. It offers better utilization of transmission channels because of its high speed for higher information carried out and it gives more efficient performance. One of the major advantage of the Ternary logic is that reduces the number of required computation steps, simplicity and energy efficiency in digital logic design. This project using reliable method is brought out for implementing the basic combinational, sequential and T-ALU (Ternary Arithmetic and Logic Unit) circuitry with minimum number of ternary switching circuits (Multiplexers). In this the potential of VHDL modelling and simulation can be applied to ternary switching circuits to verify its functionality and timing specifications. An intention is to show how proposed simulator can be used to simulate MVL (Multi Value Logic ) circuits and to evaluate system performance.

Quantum cryptography is based on using photons and their fundamental Quantum properties develop an indestructible cryptosystem because it is not possible to measure the quantum state of any system without alarming the system. Classical cryptography is built upon classical information theory and the Turing model of computation. The development of Quantum information theory and computing amounts to a paradigm shift. In many respects, Quantum information processing is radically different from classical information processing. A Quantum computer with hundreds or thousands of qubits is needed to solve problems beyond the capability of conventional computers, and it is not known when such a computer might be built. Identifying new cryptanalytic improvements that make use of Quantum algorithms and expanding the applicability is known cryptanalytic attacks by means of Quantum technology.
