The concept of Social marketing always works for benefit of the consumer or society as a whole, and its main objective is to bring a change in social behavior. Community engagement means involving in the activities that support and improve social wellbeing. It is a voluntary activity that intends to help the needy and serve society at large. Community engagement includes blood donation, organ donation, financial donation, adopting animals. Social Marketing have influence on community engagement both positively or negatively. In our research paper, we have analysed whether social marketing is influencing community Engagement related individual behavior. The sample size of the study is 150. Statistical software like SPSS and MS Excel were used to analyse the data. Hypothesis testing was done by using SPSS software by using the statistical testings like Independent sample T test,One Sample T Test, Correlation and Descriptive statistics.

Education is the empowerment and the freedom for excellence, None can deny that in the life of an individual as well as society education has a vital role. India has witnessed a very remarkable development in education system in the last six decades. The very first commission for education, University Education Commission Set up by the Government of free India in 1948 placed immense importance on the education of women. Higher education was recognized as a powerful instrument of socioeconomic advancement of the society in general and a vehicle for upward social mobility for deprived sections in particular. Now, India has third largest higher education system of the World. The present scenario witnesses that the number of women in India in higher education is increasing slowly. The necessity, the factors responsible for women participation in higher education and the suggestions for promoting women participation in Higher education are discussed in this paper.

Vidathaari Chooranam is a Herbomineral preparation used to treat Kaanaakadi. Symptoms include itchy, raised, red or skin- colored welts on the skin surface. The aim of the present study is investigating physico-chemical and phytochemical properties of Vidathaari Chooranam. Physico-chemical parameters such as Total ash value, Acid insoluble ash, Water soluble ash, PH and Loss of dry was evaluated through standard protocol. Phytochemical analysis revealed the presence of Alkaloids, Steroids, Terpenoids, Anthraquinone and sugar (carbohydrate).

During the colonial rule in India the right to information was restricted under the Official secret act, because the colonial rulers we intended to the fact that their mis governance and illegal policies should not reach the people. The Right to Information Act brought out in 2005 has made the general public discuss about the open and transparent governance, Right to information can be identified as a movement. Supplementing to the concept of right to speech and expression the movement of seeking information strengthened after 1990 which intensified and gained momentum due to public bureaucrat. Many public unions and non-government organizations jointly organized operations in national level to procure important documents from public authorities of the government.

The research showed absorbed on the risks that the Bank wants to face while yielding loan to consumer and also the ways, strategies and methods rummage-sale to diminish such risks. The main objective of this is to control the risk of the Bank when they are delivering loans to mandatory consumers and also to charitable some suggestions for proper consumption of loan amount and reimbursement of the same.Financial information obligatory for the analysis has been chosen from the financial statement like balance sheet and profit and loss account of the Bank. Data OD four financial years starting from 2017-2020 has been collected. The study focus on examining the study period of 4 years from 2017 to 2020 for the analysis and interpretation, analysis is a detailed examination of the elements collected and interpretation is a way of explaining the result of the analysis. The analysis used secondary source of data and the study used various tools a) statistical tools like descriptive statistics and b) financial tools like Ratios, Trend analysis and Comparative analysis are used to analyze the collected the data. These tools are helps to prove the said hypotheses and the outcome of the study is positively impacted on the MDCC Bank.

The main goal of this research is to look into the analysis of a piston with a design change in order to reduce volume and improve efficiency. This necessitated conducting a thorough thermal analysis. The investigation is focused on dynamic, model, and transient thermal analysis. The focus of this research is on performing analysis and material optimization in the piston. The piston is designed in two stages in this work: design and analysis. First, use the modelling Pro/E software to create the piston model according to the design specifications. After loading the piston model into the engineering simulation and 3D design software ANSYS, the boundary conditions are applied to the piston. Then several characteristics (stress and deformation) are analyzed, and the findings are quickly obtained. The piston is optimized for the piston material in this study. The thermal analysis is carried out to determine the overall heat flow in the existing piston under the specified temperature parameters. The temperature acting on the piston's surface is applied. The findings were also utilized to calculate the total heat flux of a given material.

Water retention is a person's basic needs in everyday life. Elevated water tanks consist of huge water mass at the top of a slender production, which most critically take into account the failure of the tank during earthquakes, elevated water tanks are critical and strategic structures, and damage to these structures during earthquakes can threaten drinking water, cause failure to prevent large fires and significant economic losses. The performance of raised water tanks during earthquakes is of great interest to engineers, not only because of the importance of these tanks for firefighting, but also because the simple structure of the elevated tank is relatively easy to analyze and therefore tank research can be informative about the behavior of buildings during earthquakes. It is observed that the lateral displacement is maximum with the value of the 20 mm in the case of model-I while it goes on decreasing with the minimum value of the model-VIII (Elevated water tank with Staging with C type Shear Wall at Peripheral Portion) having the value of 7.0 mm.
