BACKGROUND: The life of a college student is often characterized by a mix of hope and anxiety. While students are eager to engage with new academic challenges, form connections, and explore their own abilities, they may also experience a growing sense of uncertainty. The pressure to perform academically and meet deadlines can lead to academic procrastination, where students delay their assignments due to feelings of anxiety. This procrastination can further intensify their anxiety, creating a cycle of avoidance and stress. In an attempt to cope, students may use distractions, such as social media or taking selfies, to temporarily boost self-confidence and self-presentation. However, these distractions can also prevent them from addressing their academic responsibilities, leading to further feelings of guilt and self-doubt. Despite their desire for greater independence and self-direction, the demands of academic life can overwhelm them, and the fear of failure can hinder their ability to achieve their goals. METHODOLOGY: The descriptive study was conducted to assess academic procrastination among college students in relation to anxiety at selected colleges, chittoor. A total of 60 samples were chosen by simple random sampling technique. After getting consent from study sample structured questionnaire was given to data collection. RESULT: The Results revealed that academic procrastination among college students in relation to anxiety, 18.30% had low academic procrastination, 30.00% had moderate academic procrastination, 43.30% had high academic procrastination, 8.30% had very high academic procrastination. Mild anxiety (25.00%), Moderate anxiety (26.70%), high anxiety (36.70%), and very high anxiety (11.70%). CONCLUSION: The study concludes that students knowledge and attitudes regarding mental health conditions should be improved through the use of effective education materials and audiovisual aids.

Abstract: Introduction Narrow band imaging (NBI) is a powerful tool that allows visualization of the mucosal and submucosal vasculature. Among the available diagnostic techniques, NBI is one of the most valid for early detection of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Material and methods: A cross-sectional study of 100 patients presenting in the department of dentistry, Dr SCGMC Nanded with Oral Potentially Malignant Disorders (OPMD) and malignant lesions were selected and subjected to NBI examination and sample were sent to histopathological examinations for confirmation. The intrapapillary capillary loop were indentified through NBI and the most common pattern were then correlated with histopathological findings. Result The use of NBI examination in the oral cavity revealed higher specificity, sensitivity, positive and negative predictive values and accuracy for the early diagnosis of oral squamous cell cancer (OSCC). Conclusion NBI is found to be an excellent optical diagnostic tool in diagnosis of early stage and preventing from diseased progression. NBI has proved great utility in detecting malignancy features in oral pre-malignant lesions.

In modern times we have to have proper attire in any domain since that represents our character, style, and way of working. and the shoe washer is a product which will help to reduce the time for washing the shoes manually and we can have clean pair of shoes to wear. Normal washing machines are compatible with washing shoes, but we are not using them to wash various resinous. Since the washing of shows can't be done in the washing machine because the machine itself is used for a different purpose which is cleaning clothes and daily used clothes which have to be kept clean and hygienic so we usually don't use the washing machine to wash the shoes because of hygiene purpose and the washer must be cleanly and shouldn't have order in the machines.

The study examined relationship between career development opportunities and remuneration and teachers' job retention in public secondary schools in Delta State. Two research questions and two hypotheses were raised and tested. An ex-post-facto research design using correlational method was adopted for the study. The population of the study consisted of 458 principals and 12,691 teachers in all the 458 public secondary schools in Delta State. A total sample of 853 respondents (737 teachers and 116 principals), representing 5% of teachers and 25% of principals across the Local Government Areas, was selected using a proportionate sampling technique. Two instruments were used for data collection. They were structured questionnaire titled "Career Development and Remuneration Questionnaire (CDRQ)" and 'Teacher Job Retention Questionnaire (TJRQ)," The instrument's face and content validity were ensured by experts in Educational Management, and reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha, which yielded coefficient values of 0.864 for the CDRQ and 0.824 for the TJRQ. A total of 853 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, out of which 794 valid responses (116 from principals and 678 from teachers) were retrieved and used for analysis. Data were analyzed using coefficient of determination for research questions and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient (r) was used to test all hypotheses at a 0.05 level of significance. The findings revealed positive relationship between career advancement opportunities, remuneration and teacher retention. The relationship between career advancement opportunities, remuneration and teacher retention was significant at 0.05 level. Based on the findings, it was recommended that the Delta State Ministry of Education and the Post Primary Education Board implement motivational policies, of continuous providing teachers opportunities for career development and attractive remuneration to enhance teacher retention in public secondary schools.

It has been shown how herbal medicine has potential for producing safe and effective hygienic products and that can address the growing public imprinting on harmful chemicals in personal care Products such as soaps and hand washes. The hands have always been the means for transferring infections to patients. Promoting "personal hygiene" is the main rationale for developing a herbal handwash. The polyherbal hand wash can also be made at home with your own hand-wash recipes. The popularity of herbal-based personal products has continued to increase based on their efficacy, safety, and sustainability. The ingredients used in the product preparation from the topic's perception and experience included the use of various herbs with minimal side effects profiles on the skin. The use of the herbs selected was based on their specific medicinal properties. This study reviewed the formulation of an antibacterial hand wash with good cleansing action to maintain personal hygiene in a compatible and eco-friendly manner. The study set out to develop a new polyherbal hand wash gel blend of Neem and Aloevera extracts, and a selection of different herbal raw materials to promote hand hygiene, inhibit bacterial growth and reduce irritability on the skin.Powdered sapindus saponins are completely safe and nonionic surfactants with a broad-spectrum antibacterial effect. Commercial soaps and hand washes are loaded with toxic fatty acid salts, surfactants, and fragrances that are toxic to skin and the environment. Thus, it is paramount to develop hand washes that are biocompatible while ensuring cleansing capability and antimicrobial functions are maintained.

India's DIKSHA and SWAYAM portals are innovative government-funded digital teacher training platforms, aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and PM eVIDYA, to support equitable education. This mixed-method study estimates their reach, cost-effectiveness, and impact, using quantitative evidence from the Ministry of Education (MoE), DIKSHA dashboards, SWAYAM course reports, Economic Surveys, and NITI Aayog reports, complemented by qualitative inputs from CIET-NCERT. Findings offer DIKSHA's reach of 27.5 crore users and SWAYAM's 3 crore enrolments, at cost-effectiveness of INR545 and INR3,333 per user, respectively. Both platforms enhance teacher competency (20-30% improvements) and students' pass percentages (10-15%), enabling economic inclusion for marginalized and rural teachers. A two-sample t-test, conducted using STATA, rejects the null hypothesis of equal competency gains, indicating SWAYAM's higher effectiveness (p < 0.05). Comparative analysis highlights DIKSHA's scalability and SWAYAM's quality focus, with a mention of challenges like digital divides and data gaps. Policy recommendations aim to leverage maximum accessibility, usability, and impact for inclusive education.

The objective of this research is to determine the factors influencing the working capital of manufacturing firms listed in Middle Eastern countries. Data was gathered from companies in Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Kuwait, resulting in a sample of 30 firms over the period from 2018 to 2024. The findings indicate that companies with high leverage generally possess lower working capital due to their obligations in managing debt. Moreover, larger firms often have reduced working capital levels because of their significant expenses. Interestingly, it was found that companies with high profitability also tend to maintain lower working capital, as they engage in more projects. The strong positive impact of growth and cash flow on working capital indicates that companies experiencing high growth typically manage their working capital more effectively.
